I walked in to grab some lunch really excited to get a sub because I love the firehouse in sandy and midvale. As I walked in the manager came directly to me asking if I had an invite. I asked what for and he said they are doing a "training"all day that day. I asked if I still need one to get some food and take it back to work right next door. He said sorry I will have to come back another day. Even with a store full of other people they could not serve one single walk in customer that wanted a good lunch. I will never go to this particular store again nor recommend it. Horrible customer service. I would rather drive to another location than walk 1 minute a crossed the parking lot than go here.

Probably the best meatball sandwich Ive had. Good variety in drinks. Soup is good. I came in on a Sunday evening when the choices are few because a lot of businesses shut down for a day of rest... Respect! The service was good and fast. But even tho they close at 9PM, they start shutting things down early... While I was eating my most delicious meatball sandwich, they dumped the sweet tea out. I only wish they could have asked if I was drinking the sweet tea and if I wanted any more. But they didnt

Most Firehouse Subs are pretty great however, I have been unimpressed by my visit to this location. We arrived and waited a good ten minutes at the counter to order. Then we waited another ten minutes at our table before receiving it. The place didnt seem super busy and we came during a time that they should have a full staff on duty. Food was great, but they would work on service.

I bought the cheese steak sandwich and was displeased. sandwich was mediocre in flavor and bland in seasonings. without the peppers and mushrooms it would have no flavor. it was too small for the price, DP or moochies both make a much better cheese sandwich. I felt bad asking for my money back so I just did not eat it and left. sorry.

Boy these things are expensive. But they are dog gone tasty, thats for sure. I dont like the cafeteria style seating though. A few places to plug in a laptop would be nice. TVs for random sports is nice. Oh! And be sure buy some hot sauce to take home (the stuff in the glass fire hydrant bottle) its fabulous.

This place is sooooo gooooood. You cant hear me drooling right now just thinking about it. Got their briscut and cheddar sandwich and am in love. Best BBQ briscut sandwich I have ever had, hands, feet and gut down! Some may say theyve had better, but you would be really hard pressed to find it.

ordered meal. Guy at front seen 3 kids with us and could of informed us that kids eat free with paying adult but didnt. Went and spoke with him and he acted put out. And wasnt his job to tell us. Would not come back lehi store. They should be aware of specials when asked from customers

I came here 2 days in a row, and the guy checking me out remembered my name! It was a small thing, but I was super impressed. I wish I knew his name, cause Id give him a shout out. I consistently crave the food here, so I definitely recommend it!

The bread is delightful and the sandwich scrumptious, but all of the sauce bottles were empty as were most of the hot sauce bottles. Nevertheless, a good experience that wasnt too overwhelming during lunch hours

They didnt get our sandwiches right at all. They barely put on any sauce, didnt put the condiments we wanted or make it right. We ordered online so maybe that was a factor, but we were not happy with it!

Firehouse is my favorite location for a sub sandwich. The hook and ladder light is my favorite -- yummy and I can still stay in my calorie goal. This location is clean and the workers are friendly.

One of those chain sandwich shops that treats you right. If you order the small size, they still fill that bun up. You want hot sauces of many variety? They got that too. Just order and enjoy.
