So when you go to a place like this your certainly not expecting a 4 star meal, however, our family went through the driveway for "Taco Tues" and 3 out of the 6 of us ended up paying homage to the porcelain throne all night. Whats worse when we called the next day to report the food poisoning the manager offered us some coupons for some free food but no apology, no concern about checking in to it, and certainly no assurances that whatever had gone bad wouldnt have a repeat. He just said it couldnt be food poisoning because it wasnt a full 24 hours later when we got sick. Seriously have you ever looked up what can cause food poisoning. Needless to say keep the free food coupons I will never eat there again. My kids may never eat Tacos again.

I have been to this Del Taco several times, and recently I noticed an extremely rancid smell. I think they have some cleanliness issues and I didnt feel right after eating (food poisoning?). I did complain to the manager but they did nothing about it (at first he didnt want to give his name & then he said his name was George? Im not so sure about that). I also noticed they were using a filthy mop to "clean" the floor... This also had an ultra rancid smell. Im thinking I might need to call local authorities & report some possible violations here... If other people are getting sick thats a real concern... My little girls didnt get sick, but what they ate was different from what I had.

Let me first say that I dont have high expectations from a fast food joint. We come here all the time. We waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and when I went to pay, didnt have the order in the system. They had us pull around and wait. We waited 5 more minutes and decided to go in to see what the problem is. When I walked in the place was disgusting where the food was being prepped. Food, trash, and boxes all over the floor. Gross! Still the order wasnt prepped. I asked for a refund and the manager didnt appreciate my candid feedback and most likely wont change anything on their end. 25 minutes of my life I wont get back. The only reason to come back is for the hot sauce.

Worst service. I Can not believe how RUDE and LAZY this manager working right now is. She made someone in the back come up and take my order when she was only two steps away from the register. I complained saying how it was awkward to be up at the counter with no one there to take my order and she told me to calm down and chill. She tried to make the man at the drive thru(who is slammed with cars and taking all orders and getting them out the window). Ive worked fast food before but honestly Id rather go back to eating McDonalds then ever eating at this del taco again. Also she swept around me while I was eating. Terrible.

I like it better than "Chipoetul" - its a better value and they have something for desert when you want something sweet. The taco bowls look small but it was plenty of food. Its 24 hours AND I had my food in 5 minutes. "Chipoetul"s good but not worth the wait. The Dell Taco in Lehi Utah south of Salt Lake was very clean (restrooms included), had a small play area for kids and its nice to see employees that are happy and get along with each other. When I asked the Aces Athletic Club clerk where to eat at 10pm, he said Del Taco... Give them a bonus! And you know that! Nic Delamotte

went on a taco tuesday, they LOADED up the tacos. all other Del Tacos just put a tiny bit of meat, and cheese in the taco, but not this one. LOTS of meat. that shows me that the employees dont just throw thing together, they take their time and care about what they are doing. (very rare in fast food these days) also my churro was cooked perfect, also hard to find at other Del Tacos. GREAT LOCATION!!!!! will drive the extra couple mins for this one rather than the closer one.

Love this guys. The food is always great. The Customer service is bar none. I go there almost everyday without any issues. Thank you Thanksgiving Point Del Taco After several visits to this Del Taco, I have to change my stars. I just seat in the drive thru for 2t minutes as the Manager (new) took selfie in front of the Menu as 7 cars looked on. The food has been bad, service has been very slow and the upselling is mind blowing.

Service time through the drive through wasnt bad. The cashier was friendly, added the upgraded burrito to my order and noticed it right away; charged me for the correct burrito but still have me the bigger one. Food was the perfect temperature, not sure about how it tasted, i was flouting all day and didnt have enough time to stop between lay overs for real food. Cant complain about the experience.

I had the chicken avocado salad. The salad itself was nice and fresh, but the dressing was overpoweringly acidic. It tasted like straight white vinegar with mystery bits floating in it, and it definitely didnt look like any vinaigrette Id seen before. The hot sauce packets drizzled on top made a much better dressing.

Food was good but the kid at the drive thru forgot to give us our straw and fries.. we had to go back and get it since we paid for it and what made me give 2 stars was because as Im eating in the car and drop some food on myself theres not one napkin. That kid needs to wake up or be put on a different position.

We have always had great service here. One of my favorite people use to work here but he doesnt seem to be there anymore. Anyway, service is always fast and the food at Del Taco is so good! It tastes so much better and less greasy compared to other fast food options. Cheapest menu options, too!

Dont go here at night as the employees could care less about your business. I have had two experiences where the wait is around 15 to 20 minutes. The food is average to poor. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who cares about their time and values good food.

The food i ordered was fine. However, they almost made me late for work, as I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get my order. I talked to a couple other patrons and they had been waiting a long time as well. If youre in a hurry, dont go here.

Taco Tuesday is the thing! Youve got to go get the 3 for 1$ taco deal, its good. Even better would be the 3 for 3$ its worth more for its weight and quality. Nice family place for a quick stop in and go. Fast service overall 4/5

Went though the drive thru this evening. Our car had three orders and the leader James totally ignored me at the micro phone. Also when I got to the window he ignored me. Very horrible service. WARNING! NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION!

Terrible customer service. Drive thru took 20 minutes with no other cars in drive thru and no guests in the restaurant. Rude on the intercom and completely messed up a very simple order. Will not go back to this Del Taco again.
