Without a doubt this is the worst place Ive ever eaten, and thats really saying something. There are just so many things to list. I would rather eat one of those Hormel MRE thingies than go here. This place should also seriously get a look at by a health inspector. Where to start? 1) Rangoons - theres nothing inside of them. No joke. I felt like however that guy must of with that viral picture of a convenience store sandwich from China with nothing inside at all, only a small smearing of peanut butter and jelly on the outside to make it look like there was something in between the two slices of bread. 2) Sushi - I dont know why I thought this was a good idea getting sushi from some buffet. Fortunately I dont have anything to worry about because theres only a tiny bit of dog-food tasting meat in the middle of the roll and its mostly white rice! Its probably already cooked too! 3) Meat bun - Id never had one of these, and I wasnt expecting much honestly from a buffet but the bread tasted like plastic and the meat tasted like dog food. 4) Cleanliness in general - I was going to get some of the ice cream but the scoops were in some grayish water (PRESUMABLY soapy) with a tiny bit of water running into it. Decided to skip out of the ice cream. Id never seen ice cream at a buffet before and I dont know how theyd do this better but Im not touching that, no way. I had an issue with... well everything I got on some level. Except the rice and the "ribs" (chunks of meat with some sauce, wasnt bad but its something even someone like me could make at home!). To top it all off this place is nearly $15 a meal after a 15% tip on weekends. Every price is listed on the front except for weekends, coincidentally. I didnt try the "Hibachi" place they had to the side because the sushi was pretty warm already and I did not feel that anything was safe in that restaurant. They have a place where you grab a plate like Genghis Grill but with very few ingredients. Terrible place, I wont ever be back.

If it was at all possible I would give this establishment a 0 star rating. I had such high hopes for this buffet when it first emerged, and I have never been so disappointed by a buffet in years. The moment we walked in, the restaurant was very humid and hot. The floors were littered with old food neglected to be cleaned or picked up. The whole place smelt like wet hot seafood. We were sat immediately which was nice. The first unfortunate turn-off I ran into was the first few plates I picked up and examined were VERY dirty, and I had to go through quite a few to find one clean. That alone made me want to walk out the door, but determined to give this place a chance, we overlooked it. The sushi at the Sushi station looked very old, much of it we tried was warm as if it had been sitting out for a while. The chicken and various common meat dishes all tasted as if they were made from pre-packaged frozen bases. The Low-mein and Chow-mein both tasted rubbery, bland and overcooked. Everything was either overcooked or under-cooked. This was the first time I actually spat food back into a napkin! Having been turned off by everything else, I finally saw my favorite: Cream Cheese Wantons; My last hope. One bite was enough to convince me it was time to leave. It tasted soggy and spoiled. Already feeling sick, we promptly cleaned our spots, neatly stacked our plates and proceeded to pay our bill at the front where the girl charged us 25.00 for the two of us and tossed my receipt at me. That was the icing on the cake. This was our first and last time eating here. We really wanted to give it a chance and it failed us. Please, Dont make the same mistake we did.

Came here for lunch with my husband and and was harassed horribly by one of the staff members. My husband got a plate from the grill and the meat they cooked didnt smell appeasing to him so instead of complaining he just went up to get a different plate because after its a buffet. While my husband was up changing his plate the waiter cell up and told us to stop wasting food and that we needed to eat all our food before getting another plate I began to tell him that my husband didnt like what he ordered and the guy told us it didnt matter that we still needed to eat it! He continued to argue with me and tried to belittle us. I feel so embarrassed that we decided to leave and go pay the bill and they still kept arguing with us even after us telling him that we were dis satisfied with the food and the service. I have never been treated this bad at an establishment. If.you eat here be prepared for extreme disappoint ment and probably harassment!!!!

I found a metal grill piece in my food and they still made me pay with a 20% discount. Honestly the nastiest food, the bathrooms are disgusting and after I almost swallowed metal...I wouldnt suggest this to anyone. ........ Encontré un trozo de rejilla metálica en mi comida y todavía me hicieron pagar con un descuento del 20%. Honestamente la comida más repugnante, los baños son asquerosos y después me tragué casi metal... No sugerir esto a nadie.

Its like eating in a 3rd world country dive... I should have read these reviews before I ate here but I was just passing down the road and it looked like a fair place to eat. THIS IS A NASTY PLACE but i didnt notice immediately because I was so hungry. Maybe thats why it was so dead for a Friday evening. The food was warm where bad bacteria was definitely growing... sushi was at room temperature (yuk)... oysters were fishy and I didnt attempt to eat once I had them on my plate. I wanted to eat something from the grill but noticed the grill was filthy. Also the tables have a sticky feel to them and the mens room was disgusting. I dont even want to think what this place looks like in the back cooking area. People that defend & claim this is a good place to eat probably have homes that look like this. This was the first & last time I will ever goto this place.

Absolutely awful. At the very start of my experience, the table I was sat at was dirty and the straw I was given appeared to have been though a lot as it was crumpled and its paper wrapper wet and dirty. All the food was luke-warm with little to no seasoning. Creating an awful feeling of dissatisfaction as its(lack of) flavor touched my tongue. I attempted to eat some shrimp only to discover not only where they completely still in thier shells(legs and all) they had not been cleaned whatsoever and a thick, dark line of feces was visible once the shell was removed. While not all the crab legs offered where unapitising looking, some were off colored and foul smelling. I have never been somewhere that has made me physically sick from simply the thought that I had eaten what I would hardly classify as food.

Ok, for a buffet, it is what it is. They do have some items on the menu that taste very well, however, sometimes it can come down to who is cooking it and how busy they are. They do offer a Mongolian style grill, with limited options. They have increased these as of late. They have Sushi, which is always at your own risk. It is not bad though. The service is decent, quick to get you drinks and grab your plates and the decor is nice. They do have real ice cream and not frozen yogurt or cream. Where they lack in food is in taste and flavor. It is not that the food tastes bad, it just needs more seasonings.... A place with better seasoning, however, fewer options is China Buffet at Baseline and McClintok.
