First of all, Lisa was great. Shes an excellent server. Worth 5 stars. But that being said, she was by far the best part of our experience. We read all the reviews and were excited about having dinner here. Went on Valentines Day for their seafood buffet. It was by far the most overpriced seafood buffet weve ever been to. The crab legs took forever to be replenished, which was actually ok because the quality was horrible. There was very little meat in the legs, and what meat there was, was so soggy, overcooked and tasteless that you really only made the one trip. Some of the Sushi had turned and had to be removed from the buffet because of the smell. The soup was terrible. Most of the beef on the grill side had turned brown. It really is a shame. We were so excited to try this place. My wife and I really love Asian cuisine and usually only leave positive reviews of places we love, but after spending over $50 for two people and receiving the quality of food we did, we had to leave this review. Do yourselves a favor and save your money. There are far better, less expensive options in the area.

We have been going to another seafood buffet on Friday night and then moved down to Chandler. This is the first place we went to after our move and it was very very good. The food was hot and fresh, the atmosphere very relaxing, wait staff was very attentive, and they even have a full bar. We did not try the sushi however the sushi bar looked extensive. I only had one item I did not care for but with the large selection I just simply went back and got something else. They also had a hibachi grill the only item I noticed missing that I would have really like to have had would would have been fresh bean sprouts. The price was very reasonable and our check including a $5 tip was $40 for two. We will definitely be returning.

Horrible! The main reason I give 2 star instead of 1 because the cashier was nice the waitress was rude! My friend introduced me to this buffet but it was not that amazing. I mean the food was ok but the waitress charged me more than it should have and she didnt even clean our plates. I still give her tips since I have worked in a buffet before I know its hard to earn tips. BUT plz dont that again! My mood was ruined because of her! Maybe I should have asked her name and tell you guys to beware of her:) If you guys think the price is too high or something is wrong with the price go find another cashier, she gives you a very reasonable price.

First time in this place. I ordered a tea and went to the bathroom to wash up. I walked over to the hot food bar and looked at the crab legs. Only 3-4 single legs in bottom of pan. I asked the woman behind the counter about more crab legs and she points to the non-existent legs like I was blind. I shrugged it off and walked over to the other selections and they were sparse and looked old like yesterdays leftovers. I decided not to pay $23 after tip, tax and drink to eat crappy food so I went to McDonalds instead. Awfully bad !

I come here almost once a week for the lunch buffet, and absolutely love it. Huge selection and food is delicious. The bad news - I recently saw on ABC that it received a poor health inspection. This wasnt very recent, and a re-inspection was scheduled, so I very much hope the restaurant fixed the problems. Since I see the owner replies to reviews, and did not see anything on ABC or online indicating what the second inspection results were, I was hoping I could learn more.

Horrible! Food was cold. Most of the food was missing. Had to ask for them to replenish. Barely had crab legs which was cold and the smallest Ive ever seen. No fresh sushi! Cup for water they gave my husband was dirty. It was 830p and all the workers where shutting things down and they dont close til 10p. Then as I got up to get food caught one of the workers coughing on the food yet he still wrapped it up and put it away. I pray we dont get sick!!!!. Disgusting!!!!!

I understand buffets are about quantity and im not under the illusion of expecting a home cooked meal at buffet restaurant. This was one of the worst dinning experience, if the food wasnt cold it was old. The managers and staff are rude and nonchalant about provding crappy food. (In my opinion) Anybody rating this place higher than 2 stars must be related to the owner or it is a fake account. Save your money and toilet paper and choose another option!

The place is SO clean and friendly. The environment is welcoming and stylish and the food is very clean, well presentated, and sanitary. The selection of food is enormous and cover a spectrum wide enough so that everyone is satisfied, even the pickiest of the picky. The food is always consistent in its quality, flavor, and smell. I highly recommend this place for the biggest of parties and even to just a solo night out! I love this place!

Brother of the owner of Pacific Seafood Buffet. Just as good, if not better! And a bar at this one! Lol I left some critiques with your oldest server who came from Pacific. I also suggest creating a Facebook page and getting the community involved in what kinds of dishes you should have. Maybe have a special dish every month that people can vote on. I really hope this place succeeds, it has great potential.

Great food and environment. You can tell the fake reviews because they are the ones saying negative stuff. You can easily look at the pictures of the inside to see the place is really clean. The staff is great and I take groups to the restaurant. I had been going to the other buffet, owned by the Jogoyas managers brother, for five years now. No disrespect but the Jogoya is now my favorite plus its closer to home.

Very nice buffet experience. Took my family here on a Saturday dinner and notice they have fresh sushi and other good choices with meat and fresh stir fry veges. Some of the workers there that I recognize from Pacific Seafood in Chandler. Nice to see them expanding their buffet service to this part of town. The one in Chandler is just too far away for me. Overall, good experience and would like to come back again.

Just had the best dinner here! Great sushi, hibachi, crab legs (included in price), and a ton of fresh dishes! We had Lisa and she was amazing (ask for her, seriously)! We are visiting from Ohio, and may try to come back before we head home! Our bill was under $40 for 2, with soft drinks only. Great price for all the options. We did tip the sushi and hibachi chefs.

Awesome seafood buffet in Chandler. Looks like they are owned by the same people from another popular seafood buffet. We somehow like Jogoya better for their clean environment and friendly staff. The host dishes are taste better than the other one and the sushi look and taste better too. We had our business lunch at the place and it was great turn out.
