I eat here often, once a week usually. The location is a bit rough and some of the furnishings could use updating, however, the food is really good. The coconut shrimp is awesome, as are the won-tons, and crab cake/shrimp dumplings. Sushi is hit and miss, but even when fresh it is a little bland. I still get it every visit. The Mongolian grill is not usually attended, but someone will show up if you leave a plate by the cooking station. Service is average. Sometimes my drink is always full, other times it is not. They never seem to deliver the check when Im ready to go, but I may not eat as much as some of the other guests. Their desserts are awful, but I find this to be common at Asian buffet restaurants. They do have ice cream! Lucky buffet is a Sunday tradition for me now and I keep going back.

We went to this restaurant for lunch and the food was bad! None of the food was freshly made. I think the foods were sitting on the counter for hours! And there were no sushi freshly made. I was very very disappointed! The waitress didnt come refilled our drinks. My husband had to drink water out of my cup. And the desserts are nasty! I dont know why they think its any good. Well I hope that next time they will fix these problems. And I dont like it how whenever im getting myself some food, the workers there keep staring at me getting some food. its creepy! And no im not hating on them, Im Asian also.

Went to the Riverdale UT store. most of the ingredients used are cheap economy items/cuts of meat. the wasabi was great but left out to dry. the pickled ginger was also great tasting was fresh and slightly sweet. the raw beef tray was refilled rather than being replaced which is a safety violation. the desert was wonderful as they are not to sweet or bland. the rest of the items are great tasting if you dont mind greasy food. my waitress was very attentive, remove used plates and refilled my drink promptly and politely. TTP: I will not be returning.

For an adult buffet dinner it is 10.00 (give or take 30-50 cents) it is a steal. Their sushi and fish is the finest buffet food Ive ever had. Lucky buffet isnt even comparable to golden coral or chuck a rama, it blows them out of the water any day of the week. Their dishes are clean, the staff is friendly and very respectful of your space. I appreciate staff that are attentive but not overly obnoxious and constantly asking how everything is. Their wait staff their is quiet, respectful and very kind.

Me and mom go there all the time. Receive good service from the staff. Waitresses are prompt at getting our drinks refilled. Food is hot and fresh when we have gone there. Admittedly the desserts are the only thing I dont find appealing except for the ice cream. Sushi is something Im just starting to enjoy and the the rolls they do make are ones I am loving. Their coconut shrimp, cream cheese wontons and spring rolls are my favorites along with the hot and sour soup.

The host sat us down but she had a little bit of a attitude and we ate. Went to have a egg roll and it was bad told her and she said that they were fresh when they was not had a bowl of egg drop soup used so crackers and they were 3 years old. Told her about that and she did nothing about it. Then when we was leaving we did not get a check because she was eating and not paying attention to us and the cashier was just a little bitchey. Will not return to this place again.

Every time we go here, I struggle to find something I like. The food is lukewarm. Id like to try the Mongolian dishes, but no one is ever standing there to ask. The sushi is ok if its fresh, but sometimes its old and dry. I like their dessert cakes, but they dont wrap it well and the cake dries up. They have no toppings for their ice cream. Some of the hot food seems like its been sitting the a while. We think the prices have raised, so we might not be returning.

Tearable! The last straw; went on a Sunday night about 8:30 with family. When we got there, the place was pretty full with people. We went to get the food and about everything was out. I asked if they would bring out more food and I got a nod yes. 10 min later, they started to bring things out, but, as they did everyone got up to get what little they did bring out. I hate to write negative things about a business but they knew what they where doing.

I love this place, they are the nicest people,I am disabled,cant walk well,they always offer to help me,there food is so yummy,a while back,they had yummy crab legs, I wish they would bring them back,other than that,they are yummy.I read the review about the lady with a hair in her food,I just want the manager to know she was very rude,your buisnes is awesome, sounds like shes weird.have a good day

I go there whenever I crave Chinese, delicious food and friendly staff !! ... One time, I went there around 9:00pm and it was slow and there was no food in there serving area ... But, the manager came and told us that they will cook us whatever we want !! and thats what happened, we ended up eating different stuff and it was AMAZING.

I seen a cockroach coming down from my mothers in law melon on her plate. We told the waitress about it all she did was scoop it back up with the melon amd walked straight to the garbage. WORSE DAY EVER made us sick to our stomach we didnt finish our meal or enjoyed our stay either. Bathrooms arent clean eaither as they should.

Waiter was eating food taking our drink order. Sushi was not the worst Ive had but far from the best. Not a very good selection of cooked rice. Cream cheese wontons hardly have any filling in them. Out of all the Chinese buffets I have been to this one is one I will not come back to nor recommend this place to anybody.

Their hours are the best in town. I have been asking my kids for the last five years where they would like to go for their birthday dinner? And they always chose Lucky Buffet! I really enjoy the food as well; the variety is great for all and you get all you can eat sushi rolls, for the price LB cannot be beat.

pros: most of the food is pretty good. not too crowded. good price. cons: they dont keep some of the desserts replenished. I love pie, but their pie is usually pretty bad. NAPKINS NAPKINS NAPKINS! they stand guard over the worst napkins I have ever laid my sticky fingers on.

First time here. Food wasnt horrible but nothing exciting. Disappointed in the desserts all store bought in the original store containers, at least take them out and make them look like your own. Presentation can make or break food. Not sure Ill ever go back once was good.

Food has changed. Not good. I dined with myself, my sister, and her 4 year old. The child said he wasnt hungry but ended up eating 2 little pieces of chicken and a little cake off his moms plate and they charged us for 2 adults and a child. LOL
