So I ordered two medium pizzas and two Mountain dews. The driver brought the food on time no problem. I told the driver he forgot my drinks. He said he would run back to the store and grab them for me. He apologized and I said it was no problem. (This is the second time they have done this too me). So I call in 40 minutes later asking if Im going to get my drinks. The manager was nice and went to talk to his driver. He comes back on and says the driver was under the impression I didnt want them. I told him I dont know why he would think that when he told me he would go back and grab them for me. THE MANAGER then tells me they will get on it and send someone out with the drinks. It has now been two hours since that phone call and still no drinks. I understand they might be busy, and that its only two Mountain dews. But I paid for them and gave good tips, they just steal and just dont care. This place is unprofessional and rude. They will get your order wrong and wont care. Order from dominos or the Pie pizzeria they are better. Thank you

This Pizza Hut is awful. As a past manager myself I always expect better customer service. My order is always wrong, even when I give them specific directions, and the manager, Alicia should be fired for her incompetence, disgusting attitude, and lazy work performance. Last time I went thru the drive thru to pick up my order, she looked at me, made eye contact, and turned around, and proceeded to talk on her cell phone with her ear buds in like I was an idiot. And when one of her employees asked her a question about my order she very rudely replied "what?" and continued to answer her question in the rudest way possible. No wonder this Pizza Hut sucks, its being run by a complete idiot. I plan on calling corporate to make such a stink I hope it reaches all the way up to the company franchises owner, Brandon!

Online ordering is easy, food is often ready quickly and usually by the posted estimate. However, of my dozen or so orders this year, exactly zero were made correctly. In years past this would mean a credit to my account, which made it worth the annoyance, but now they dont even bother to apologize. On my latest visit I ordered a large with double-pepperoni. I asked the cashier if that looked like double pepperoni, and he said "no, definitely not.. here, let me ask my manager." The manager appeared, and said, "I made the pizza to Pizza Hut standards. I asked how much pepperoni was supposed to be on a double-pepperoni pizza, and he said "two-toppings of pepperoni is 14 slices." So, a single-topping of pepperoni is 7 pieces of pepperoni for 8 slices of pizza?

08/12/17 i ordered a pizza it turned out that the pizza was completely flat as a piece of paper but when called back, Courtney is awesome to deliver another one better. So i gave another star! Thanks again Courtney. 06/20/17 i order a delivery at 8:00-8:10pm and they said 60-65 mins okay well when it came to the time i waited for 20 more mins to get a knock on the door check still havent got my pizza i called back and they said it has been saying that the delivery person called which we didnt have any missed calls and no knock on the door. Ive order from them for like ten times now and only this person that was delivering couldnt find our address! So i have to wait for another 30 mins for a fkn pizza that i didnt even get any discount on!!

The only reason it gets two stars is because it was so easy to order online and I understand things go wrong to a point. I ordered my food, three items which isnt even a lot. I just received my food which took over an hour and fourty five to reach me. At this point my pizza and wings are cold and my drinks warm. When I called the store the manager was snappy and told me "he has other pizzas to deliver!". Yes I understand that, however, there is a point when you know that the customers food will be late. No courtesy "sorry were behind" call, no sorry and a snappy "shift lead". Cant believe I paid for this. Do not order online if you are in their boundaries!

Horrible. I called in and got put on hold, the phone call ended. Called back again and ask to speak with a supervisor, go placed on hold again and the phone call ended. Now I got furious and called back and ask to speak to someone above his position and said he didnt hang up I did. I know how to work a phone and I did not press the red button. He told me to call the hotline asked for his store site number and refused to give it to me and ask if I wanted to order or not. So I called him a dumbass and called his coach. I dont play when it comes to customer service. Disgusting place to ever order.

When they get the order right it tastes delicious. If you pick up your order it will be ready in 20min. But if you select delivery from this location (when ordering online) you may have to wait 1hr and 45min as I was just shown on my computer screen. WTF??? Jimmy Johns can get here in 10min. I figure add bake time for a pizza and 30-45min seems reasonable. Why does it take 1hr and 45min to deliver?? Order placed at 3:05pm, says it will arrive by 4:50pm. Thats ridiculous!

So Im rating this place a 4 out of 5 stars based upon how well they treated me. So at first I was not happy with my order at all, in fact I was really disappointed so I called them to tell them how upset I was about my food. When I called the lady was all for replacing my whole order no questions asked really. So the second time around when I got my food it was 100% better. So shout out to them for being so understanding!!

Man these guys seriously dont get customer service. I was put on hold at least 5 times, I asked how long delivery took 4 times and they messed up our order!! On top of all that hassle, they showed up 15 min later than the time they gave us. Im pretty sure the guy taking my order would have hung up without even getting my info (number, address, etc.) if I wouldnt have mentioned something. Man Pizza Hut, Ya done me wrong!

From all the bad reviews, I was a little worried, but I tried it anyway. Ordering online was super easy. When I went to pick up my pizza, 10 min later, I got there and fully expected to have to wait for a while. But they already had my custom pizza waiting for me and I was in and out of there in less than 2 minutes. They got my order right and thr pizza was awesome. All of this on a very very busy Saturday night.

Called to order a pizza..was hung up on twice. Upon asking the speak to a manager, she was very rude and offered no apology for the hang ups. Then when I tried to procede with my ordee she informed me they dont deliver to my address and hung up. We have ordee from this location numerous times and never had a problem til now. We wont be taking our business back to pizza hut ever again!!!
