This was probably the worst pizza experience I have ever had. Its unfortunate because usually I really enjoy Pizza Hut; however, this time, it was terrible. My first concern was when I received a text at 10:12 pm saying my pizza was out for delivery. Nearly 27 minutes later, I finally received a knock at my door. I had a feeling the pizza was going to be cold. I looked up the amount of time it takes to get from the Pizza Hut to my place and it said 9 minutes. I understand it takes time to find a place youre not familiar with, but 18 extra minutes? Also, our order said it would arrive between 10:20 pm and 10:25 pm and that definitely was not the case. When I opened the pizza box, the pizza was closer to cold than warm. Was the delivery driver driving with his window down? As I pulled up the first slice, the center of the pizza was doughy and soggy. The middle of the pizza just sat there, stuck to the box. It was rather disgusting. I then noticed the pizza looked like it was extremely undercooked, seeing much of the cheese was not melted. Our second pizza was also undercooked, but not as bad. The temperature of each pizza was rather cool. We also ordered breadsticks, which were way overcooked and over-priced. $5 for 5 breadsticks?! Seriously?! Overall, this Pizza Hut really dropped the ball. If you want to know how to get a better review, dont deliver soggy, cold, undercooked pizza and dont offer to send text notifications when a persons delivery is out for delivery if youre not going to deliver it in a timely manner. We will never order from this Pizza Hut location again.

What happened Pizza Hut? I used to love you, five stars, twice a week, since I was old enough to pay for my own food. My favorite pizza chain that I would defend vehemently to anyone daring enough to speak badly of you in my presence. I used to be able to get a pan cheese pizza, extra cheese, and it was an amazing thick cheesy delicious mess. Now I order a pizza with extra cheese, the toppings are a full three inches away from the edge of the crust and they dont cover the sauce, the middle of the pizza is always a dry cheese-less wasteland. I feel lucky now if the pizza is fully cooked. When this is brought to the attention of management all you give me is a free pizza and rush me out the door? You never attempt to fix the problem. Honestly, I wouldnt eat your pizza again if somebody paid me to. Youve lost a customer for life. P.S. Good luck getting them to simply make the food you order. My orders are either; always wrong, uncooked, they forget wings, the criss-cut fries have the texture of rocks, they *never* put the correct crust flavoring on, the sauce drizzle turns the pizza into an inedible mess of incoherent flavors all clashing over a disgusting doughy crust that has more in common with cardboard pulp than food. Ive never ordered a sauce drizzle yet one is chosen for me every time I order something more complex than a classic meat lovers. Guess thats what happens when you have a new crew every week. Repulsive.

Piss Poor!! No other way to explain the service and confusion of this location! We made an order via the telephone, but when we arrived at the store no such order was placed. We made a new new order at the store, we waited for these jokers to make the food and then they proceed to place it in the warmer! I have to walk up to the counter and ask for our food. The manager takes food out of warmer and hands us the food then proceeds to review the order with us, upon reviewing the order with the manager she tells me youre good to go I thanked them and left assuming they were trying to fix their multiple mess ups. Not 30 minutes later I receive a voice mail from the manager accusing me of leaving the store with out paying for our food! I call them and speak with the manager Abbie who continues to explain how I left the store without paying for the food. I tried explaining the situation multiple times but she only wanted to tell us we needed to pay for the food or they will send an invoice and they will get their money one way or another. Abbie then hang up on us forcing us to call back I continue to explain the problem! Nothing but excuses and "he said she says at this stupid location! To bad Google doesnt allow negative scores!!!

Would like to thank Pizza Hut for ruining my Memorial Weekend! It was a toss up between them and Papa Johns but went with the Hut to try their wings. After eating a few slices of pizza I turned to the wings, after about 3 wings I realized hey these are kind of squishy. Bit into another one and took a look and sure enough it was still pink-bloody-fleshy, you know the type of chicken that youre not suppose to eat. Immediately felt sick to my stomach, and induced vomiting to no luck. Stomach cramped to hard to finish the job. So I was stuck with these raw wings in my belly. Great! Drove down there to talk to a manager in which he replied "Wow those are raw, Im sorry would you like me to remake them for you?" WTF? SERIOUSLY?! How about NO, I want my money back plus the tip I gave the driver. Well got my money back. (which didnt cover the sickness and agony I went thru the next couple days) Wish I could upload pics of these salmonella breeding ground of wings for you to see. Lost a good-returning customer. To bad. Oh well this isnt the only pizza place near me.

Ordered 4:47pm Delivered 6:26pm The one time I ordered pizza online I never thought it would take over 2 hours for delivery. The web site is a bit confusing because I checked for it “NOT “ to be delayed and it actually delayed the delivery. I called the store and they told me it’s faster to order via the phone than online. A few minutes later Pizza Hut called me back and asked if I would like to have the food sooner. Of course I would and if it wasn’t for that call back I would have been so ticked. Their customer service is great but the design of the web site needs improvement as far as delayed deliveries go. Other than that I am quite satisfied of the fact that I got a call back to have the food delivered faster. Who thought ordering online would be slower than calling the store? P.S. The delivery guy was so cool and kept us laughing. I gave him a $5 tip, forgot his name but he’s an older gentlemen who drives a dark gray car. Thanks Pizza Hut our family is totally satisfied and will order again.

We have never had a problem with Pizza Hut until we placed an order of 2 pizzas, and WIngs. They messed up the crust that we ordered on the pizzas, which is minor. We overlooked it, but when we got home, we went to take a bite of the wing, and discovered that the wings were Raw pink, slimy and bloody, all of them, we checked. I was so furious we went back and showed the Manager the wings... his response is what boggled us the most... "Well, its not that pink, there is not that much blood in these wings..." I cannot tell you how much I wanted to jump over the counter.. my children could have consumed those wings and gotten deathly ill. Raw Chicken... I can see messing up the crust, easily overlooked, but Raw Chicken is cooking for dummies level, you just dont do that. Not only was the food horrid, but the service to rectify the situation was terrible and obviously wasnt taken seriously by the manager of this location. Please double check any chicken you may purchase from this location.
