I went to Chick fil a this morning thinking I was going to get me some breakfast, but that did not happen. A young lady by the name of Danny was running the register. She had a customer that she was helping because the customer had a big order. Instead of Danny telling the customers that was waiting in line that she would be back because the was helping the other customer carry her food to the car. Danny just leave the register doesnt say anything. The manager didnt acknowledge any of the customers that was standing in line until I said something. The manager then begins to have an attitude just because I asked was anyone going to take my order. This location is terrible and unprofessional. My order has been wrong on several occasions. The staff doesnt smile or greet you when you come through the door. A lot of the employees are very dry and have the look on there face as if they dont want to be at work. A lot of gossiping and playfulness goes as well. The whole staff needs to be re-trained.

I went in at 10:40 to get breakfast. I was refused my breakfast sandwich I wanted because "Breakfast ends at 11" so I checked my watch and told the guy "Ok, its 10:40, so I still have 20 minutes. cant you make it?" To which he responded "No" he didnt say sorry, he didnt try to offer any suggestions to help, he just stood there. It may sound dumb, but that sandwich sounded delicious. I drove clear across town specifically for it. And the fact that they wouldnt make me a new one during the time that they advertise they serve breakfast makes me think that they clearly dont give a sh** about their customers. Wont be going back, and I would never recommend anyone visiting this location. Just drive to 12th street, and check out the Chick-fil-A that deserves your business

If youre hoping to go to a fast food establishment and leave with what you ordered, then this is a bad choice. We got home before we realized there was a sandwich missing, which they charged us for, then by the time we got back they were closed. They said they didnt have any food left, while the four employees who were hanging around the window had probably just finished off our spicy chicken sandwich... They gave a free sandwich card, but that didnt feed me my dinner, and didnt even make up for the sandwich that was paid for plus the time and hassle they caused. All in all I wouldnt recommend the late night staff here and if I owned this place would be considering some attitude adjustments to the "manager" that we spoke with.

Food is great as you can always expect... That is if you get what you order and pay for. I work in south Ogden and there isnt a lot of choices for food. I drive down here maybe once a week (used to) to get some grilled nuggys for my daughter and salad. Two times ago we got back to south Ogden with the wrong salad and no dressing, today we got back with fried chicken nuggets when the receipt clearly says grilled, which my daughter wont eat. Too far to drive to fix a 4 dollar meal, plus the line set up with one person for ordering, one who takes your money, one who gives you you change, one standing outside the drive thru to hand you your food.. So annoying. Wont be back again.

I love Chick-Fil-A, I really do, and the staff has always been friendly enough at this location, but the last 15+ times I have ordered a salad with nuggets instead of grilled chicken (which is an option on the app and inside), it has been wrong. My husband and I dont use the drive thru anymore, because we know theyll get my order wrong and then well have to wait about 15 minutes for them to correct it, and we dont want to hold up the line. My order is always correct on the receipt, it just never makes it into the bag correct. ***edit: the last three times after posting this review, they have gotten it correctly. Thanks!

Came here a week ago around 12:50 PM. It was insanely packed. I had to catch a bus at 12:58 PM, so I was about to walk right out, but then I decided to wait. The line quickly passed to my surprise. Then I was helped by Mireyda, and she was so nice! I work at a store, and when things get crazy I sometimes forget customers service, but Mireyda did not. She had such a good attitude even though the store was crazy. This past week I havent been able to forget her great customer service. Plus order came way faster than expected, so I was able to have extra time to wait for the bus.

Ive been here twice, the first time I ordered a meal with a coke, got a Diet Coke and no straw. The second time I got the same meal with a coke and I specifically said regular coke. And the "coke" I got was basically carbonated water. There was no syrup. And I didnt get my fries. I usually let this stuff go because Ive worked in the food industry and I know when its busy youre just focused on getting people in and out as fast as possible. I just want some regular syrupy coke, with a straw and my fries I payed for. Most likely wont go back to this specific location.

Ok so this chic phil aye in riverdale is done darn good. My girl Ann without an E is the backbone of this the stablishment. I always order those 8 count nugs and sometimes they give me eight nugs plus some chunks! Im a huge fan of the operator, Ryan Dennis, but I am yet to meet they. Anyway is... theys fast, they taste yum, and my bank is dry but my mouth is wet. But honestly stop filling my whole cup with ice... I aint ask for that diet lemonade... I want straight sugar, not water.

These guys are awesome! They have super fast service, there can be a huge line of cars going around their entire store and they will still get you through the line in under 10 minutes. They send their employees outside to take orders faster, and it is ready by the time you reach the window. Just amazing how fast and efficient they are. They have been very friendly with me and seem like they care about me as a customer. The food is always good, but every knows chik-fil-A food is good.

I did not have a good experience at this chick fil a. I payed for my drink and shake in cash and they set down my change and walked away. I had to ask to get it. We also waited for fifteen minutes to get our order and when we asked if a cup sitting down was ours they replied "no" and walked away. When I finally got my shake they just set it down and didnt let us know it was ours. Not going back to this location. Granted it was busy but they should be prepared for busy Friday nights.

DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! Watch your CHIC-FIL-A ONE BALANCE on your chic-fil-a app! I had $17 credit on my app account & it vanished into a $0.00 balance! Very frustrating. If you dont have a paper trail proving it, then they get away with it... Deleted the chic-fil-a one app right after. Recommend not using the chic-fil-a one app or put credit on your account in the exact amount of purchase right before pick up.
