OK. So I read the other two reviews and thought, well, I am going to give it a shot. I chose the online order approach. The pizza showed up at the time stated, the guy was nice, pizza was hot, and no spittle or nasties on it that I could tell. Ate it and didnt die. So, I give it 4 stars. In the end, I will order from the place again. I know customer service is big, and folks in the AF, like myself, are used to a higher standard, but this place didnt seem that bad to me. Now I have not been on the inside. It may be a train wreck for all I know. But the food tasted fine and I didnt have to deal with the weak link by ordering online.

This is the 2nd time in a row were the service I received poor service from this location. The last time I placed an order which showed up nearly an hour after the order was placed. I was told then that the driver was over whelmed w/ orders but that due to the situation that I would be accredited $11.00, which seemed ok but now I just got of w/ the "manager" whom has shown nothing but an impulsive sense of ignorance towards me. I WILL NEVER ORDER AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN, EVER. Your layton location has become a disappointing joke, I can can comfortably say that. Keep this type of service up pizza hut will be a similar situation as kmart.

I seriously just called to place an order for delivery the lady I spoke to over the phone said my address wasnt popping up on the screen or her GPS on her phone. I was so outraged, the place is literally 7 minutes away from my home and our neighborhood is not a new subdivision by any means! They werent really trying hard enough and I dont understand why my address wasnt even loading on her GPS when it loads just fine on mine, never trying to do business with this pizza hut again!

Good Pizza, good pasta, good food. We pick up our orders, to ensure it is hot and fresh. We are not lazy, we dont expect everyone to fawn over us an deliver to our door. Lazy generation of young kids who dont know how to do things for themselves. If you want a hot pizza, pick it up, pizza hut is just seconds away from the gate. Lazy, lazy, lazy. My dad would kick yer asshs for being so dependent on others. btw, Im only 36 years old and not some old biddy.

Was using the golf simulator on base and called this pizza hut for a delivery. Some random stoner answered and I could barely understand him. Told him I was on the golf course on base and even gave him the correct address. 7005 golf course Dr. He put me on hold for 7 minutes and came back saying that address isnt coming up in his address book. Really? I used to love pizza hut, now.....Id rather eat pizza anywhere else because of this one Guy.

I ordered a simple pizza and not only did they not give me what I ordered, but it took them over an hour and a half to get it here. When it did get here I was not planning on giving a tip because of the time that it took, but the delivery guy asked for a tip! I found the experience awful and will never order from them again.

Courteous and fast service, the wonderful young lady even double checked my address, (we live in a brand new neighborhood) and order, and as always better pizza from any chain that delivers around. I will continue to choose them over other fast food pizza joints.

Took fifteen minutes to take my order and there wasnt anyone else in line. Then I had to wait twenty minutes for my pizza to cook. It made for a very long wait. The pizza was good thought. The store was clean, but no place to eat on site.
