Ordered a pizza at 11 am. Website said there is a 30 min delivery wait time. Website said the order would be here at 12:06....checked the order at 12:10 and it was just barely being made. Called the store, the not so nice employee said well there is a 3 hour wait time. Three hours????!!! Get the pizza and its OBVIOUSLY been sitting under a warmer. The driver got here and said there was only one damn driver. Spent $40 on Crappy cold pizza. Never ordering from this store again and you can bet I will tell everyone I know not to as well.

Horrible wait times. This Pizza Hut doesnt know customer service. To add, they took almost double the wait time, for a half assed pizza, they honestly dont seem to care. Manager on duty was the worst, telling me she doesnt have time for complaints. I understand a rush and how busy it can get, but I dont see that being an issue at 11:32pm. Said it would be out in 15mins and it wasnt. I can see why this store has low ratings. I would put 0 stars if that was an option. Dont promise something you cant maintain. DONT ORDER HERE.

I prefer my pizza to be well done or some call it extra crispy either way thats how I like my pizza cooked and that how I always order my pizza yet I get it and its all but just barely cooked still even a little doughy and I pick a piece up and its sopping in grease so soggy it just flips right down towards the plate! What a disgusting dissapointment! If you are not looking to waste your money and not looking to still be starving after ordering and paying for your food I recommend going else where.

Be warned, if you call pizza hut to place an order. There is a chance it could go to a call center in India, they take your order instead. I did this, and my order never got to the pizza hut... kinda sucked. Had to wait another 20 minutes while our pizza cooked because they didnt order at the right place. The pizza lady there said it happens all the time. The service was really good though, they cooked our pizza right away.

Waited nearly 10 mins to be greeted. Not because it was busy. On the contrary, it was very slow. I called out for assistance three different times with no answer. The two employees that were on the clock were outside smoking or something. They finally walked in the store when I called their phone number. Youd think theyd leave at least one person in the store to actually do their job.

Weve always done our own pickup, so we havent had to deal with any delivery issues, but the staff is always very friendly, pizza is very easy to order online, its almost always been ready when they say it will, and the pizza is great. I recommend adding various toppings to the barbecue chicken. Its delicious.

Ordered over the phone dealt with the call center. Unfortunately they lost our order. So we had to call the store an hour later and reorder. Pearl the general manager was great to us and took the time to explain the situation and gave us a credit. Great customer service

The employees were hanging out smoking outside with a 5 year old next to them when I walked in and they gave me an overcooked pizza with an extremely thin crust when all I ordered was a large cheese pizza. Biggest waste of $12. The place wreaked of smoke.

I wish I could give zero stars. The past 3 times I have ordered from this Pizza Hut, my pizza has been completely wrong. Each time I got some serious attitude from the manager when explaining my wrong order. Will not be going back again.

They dont honor a lot of the Online coupons at this location. They keep loosing my business to the Dominoes just down the street. The said part is they are located closer than Dominoes is located.
