We ordered two pizzas for dinner one night. They were to be ready for pick up at 6:03. At 6:16 I talked with someone and was told they would be done in just a few minutes, so I sat and waited some more. Finally at 6:35 I went back up and asked when they would be done. The manager went into the back to find out and after 5 minutes finally returned and told me they were almost done, so just another couple of minutes. I was fed up with waiting any longer so I told her to cancel them and I left. As I was walking out the door, I heard her say to someone in the back, Dont worry about making those pizzas. so she lied to me just like the guy had earlier. About two weeks later, we broke down and tried them again. We ordered two pizzas again and this time they were only 10 minutes late. When I got them home, I saw that both pizzas were way over cooked and frankly tasted like cardboard. No, that is unfair to cardboard, as it would have tasted better. It was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life and I am 54 years old. Totinos $1.29 pizza is much better. Bowling Alley pizza would have been better. I called and complained to the same manager and she offered a $25 credit if we would try them again. A few weeks later, we tried them again and the pizza was better, though we were charged for cheese sticks that were supposed to be free. Still we had $10 - $12 left on the credit. Then tonight we ordered pizza again and when I showed up, they could not find the credit under my phone number, which means that they were either lying about it, or had just canceled the entire credit the last time got pizza from them. I really dont care at this point. I will never buy pizza from Pizza Hut again in my life. Call my foolish since they successfully lied to me repeatedly, but I am done with them. In Kaysville, I will only buy pizza from Davids Pizza. It is better and they are friendly as can be. My only regret is that I cannot give them negative stars on the rating. Worst run place I have ever been.

This place SUCKS ! I came in it the lobby store there for 10 min while the guy was in the back in his cell phone. I would give this place a half star. I was really disappointed. I was the only person there and on the screen there was 1 order that was already completed . I would recommend going else where. They wont serve you. So save your selfnthe time and go to another pizza place. This place shouldnt even be open.

Usually the food is great quality. But tonight I ordered one of their giant Hershey chocolate chip cookie things and it was burnt and hard as a rock. You just cant do that to a girl... I ordered it specifically cause I didnt want to leave my house due to my time of the month... And it gets here and its so hard I could of used it as a frisby disk to play frisby with my dog outback... Very disappointed.

I have always liked Pizza Hut Pizza in the past, but this time the pizzas were not the quality that I have always expected and received. I probably will not order pizza there again. What a disappointment.

I ordered pizza on the app and it arrived in 27 minutes from Kaysville to Farmington. The delivery driver was enthusiastic and very nice. The food was still hot and tasted great!
