Ordering is done through a call center, not the actual store. I was located at a hotel very close to the prospect store. The call center did not log my room number after providing the requested information. An hour went by, I called the call center again and was forwarded to the store. The phone rang 10+ times and no one answered. I called the call center three more times, all with no responses. At this point an hour and a half had went by, I drove to the store and asked about my order. I was told that the call center didnt log my room number so they never made the pizza. I chose to not continue my order with and just went to Subway. I would HIGHLY recommend not giving this Pizza Hut your service only because the call center is awful. Papa Johns is not any better.

Wow, this place has gone so far down hill the last few years in it shocking! I called for a delivery, lady on the phone knew UMMM and about two other words! She failed to enter in the phone number correctly, and the address! I have to call the store after my delivery was way over due.... turns out the person who took the order also delivered the order... and became mad at me because she did not have a Motel room number. I ORDERED TO A BUSINESS!!!! WTF. looks like no more pizza hut at work. Not cool to wait an hour, just to have to order somewhere else.

The Pizza hut on Prospect Ave has become very much like Godfathers pizza...self serve. A part of me is surprised that they dont put your order on the counter n make you pick it up. Apparently, upper management heard this was something they executed at another PH tried this up on northern Mt, n it was working. Well, this isnt northern Mt, n its just an incredibly dumb idea. People go out to be served, not to be robbed while you serve yourself.

We arrived at 7:30pm on a Saturday night. The dining room was completely empty (we were the only customers). There were dirty tables and food all over the floor throughout the entire dining room. NO ONE CLEANED A TABLE OR THE FLOOR THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE THERE!! Although our server was friendly, we left soon after our food arrived. My first time in Helena and my last time at this Pizza Hut. Nasty!!!

Ordered a pizza online from my phone. Turns out I missed checking a little box opting out of Pizza Hut selling my info to marketers. Why I should have to opt out of being harassed by telemarketers while simply ordering a pizza is absurd. This is what this company does its customers. Gives your information to marketers-I will never eat there again.

the kids wanted pizza, I went shopping which is RARE and the server name was mia, she was polite and helpful...the pizza was great as was the service...thank you mia and pizza hut it was a wonderful experience

Ordered delivery about an hour and a half ago, still waiting on it to show up. Ive called twice and have been routed to the call center. This is the rule, not the exception. Horrible experience.

I love this place because they deliver, and they have an awesome pizza buffet that was only $6.99! My kids (both under age 5) ate free! It doesnt get better than free food.

My day job takes me all over Helena, this store is almost always clean and the salad bar is fresh. Try the thin specialty pizzas on the lunch buffet.
