Called in at 9:55 to order a pizza. Guy took the order then told me it would take an hour and a half to deliver, um... I live 2 minutes away and you close at 11? Really, then he just hung up the phone on me. Decided, since I live 2 MINUTES away, that I would drive my happy ass up there instead. Got here, took the guy about 5 to 10 minutes to even acknowledge us. Told him we wanted to order a pizza and he got all huffy and stated it woul take 30 minutes. So I just replied, thats fine, we can wait. To which he just rolled his eyes and walked away and had someone else come help me. Definitely will not come back to this location. Terrible customer service. Your job is to work with the public, no reason to be extremely rude. Im a customer service manager and if any of my employees were like this, they wouldnt have a job anymore. Not ok. Then to have him throwing pans around and being annoyed with everything and everyone that came in after us? Im honestly surprised he has a job with how his customer service skills are. If I came in or called 20 minutes before you close I could be understanding, if hed been polite, but being rude about it? No, Wouldnt recommend this location either.

Though I had the worst experience yesterday (See bad review below) I called corporate and Mr.Jay Martinez rectified the whole situation and made me feel like a valued customer! I am rating five stars only because of corporate i.e. Jay Martinez and not because of this location and its seeming deplorable staff..... Thank you so much, Jay!!!! I asked for the Garlic knot pizza with pepperoni AND bacon I also ordered extra sauce. I was told an hour and a half. .. Pizza arrived with no pepperoni and no additional sauces .... called in and Brad stated that since the receipt didnt state "pepperoni" I didnt order it.... he said he would have the delivery kid bring my sauces but he never did. Brad, the manager, was very rude and highly unconcerned with customer satisfaction and his delivery guy is a bit of a scoundrel. This location needs to be restaffed or at the very least needs a manager who is versed in customer satisfaction. I work in the food industry and this experience was not an acceptable.

I usually have no problem with this Pizza Hut and if they ever forget anything I usually get it redelivered within 15 minutes. But today when I ordered from them I got a Pepsi bottle that had been opened and half of it was gone. My meal was delivered at about 1:30 pm and I called about 5 minutes later when I realized the problem. I was told by the person I talked that they would send another bottle out a make it a 2 liter. I waited over an hour for the soda and received nothing. So I called back and spoke to another guy who said that both delivery drivers where out and to wait about 15 minutes for them to arrive at my place.. I gave them 30 minutes and still no soda. I called again and spoke to a manager who said that he would give me a $20 credit and would make sure that he was the one to give the driver the soda. That was at 3:30 it is now 4:15 and I have yet to receive a soda. I really like Pizza Hut and am a frequent customer but after this experience I might have to go elsewhere.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! After waiting an hour I called the store to check the status. Spoke to the manager and he gave me a hard time. Told me I got the confirmation that it would be 2 hours. I told him it was not going to work I cant wait 2 hours. HE HUNG UP ON ME. had I known I would not have placed my order. After Looking at my email confirmation I noticed my card was charged BEFORE the email was sent to me. So I called back to get my money back. He told me agin with a bad attitude the order was cancelled and I would have to wait 3 to 4 day to get my refund. AND HE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. this "MANAGER" Needs to go. He is bad for business. I will NEVER GO BACK! And the call ca Enter is NO HELP EITHER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THERE IS BETER PIZZA OUT THERE AND THEY WONT TREAT YOU BAD

My daughter had a Book It coupon from school for a free personal pizza and was really excited to use it. We walked in the door and straight up to the counter. It took almost 2 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone even though 4 different employees walked past and looked at us. While we were waiting we heard several loud discussions/arguments between the employees including a couple of employees swearing at each other. Not happy that my daughter had to listen to an employee in a business tell the other to "shut the f#$& up". Not professional at all and not returning to that location!

If I could give this zero stars, I would. A few weeks ago, I ordered a pizza with some chicken alfredo but never got the chicken alfredo & we asked the driver where our chicken alfredo was & said it was in the pizza box but I was just like how!? I called so many times & never got transferred to the store & today we ordered a few things & got told it would be delivered in two hours so we waited & never got our order delivered & now theyre closed. This is freaking ridiculous!

Had to call in my order because the online wouldnt discount like the commercials said so I made an order for pick up they told me 15 min show up the sign said it was ready they look for my order and cant find it the worker said they where working on it Ive been here now for 30 min still no pizza I hear them talking in the back about they havent even made them not happy at all! There was a worker by the name of Ron who tried to make it right but the manager wasnt having it.

Im usually happy with the food but they need to fix their customer service at this location. I used to call in for Carry-out but delivery saves me having to deal with the staff in the store. They act like you are wasting their time when you come in. Hello guys, customers are the reason you have a job.. Edit: dont know why I keep ordering from here. This Pizza Hut SUCKS. They got my order wrong and the pizza is burnt. Tried calling them and they arent answering!!

We ordered at 730. My email confirmation said 857, but I didnt see that until we called the first time at 740. Its now 940, we called again and this time they didnt even ask our name just said there was a 75 minute wait time... well obviously they dont know how to add because its been longer then that. This isnt my first issue with this location, but I guess we will take our business elsewhere from now on since this store doesnt care about their customers.

I usually enjoy Pizzahut but this location was not what my typical experience with pizzahut is like. I am a student at SLCC and decided to grab some pizza for lunch. The crust had a stale texture and the marinara was pretty thin. The pizza was the only thing that I ate that day that is not in my typical daily meals. And low and behold, I was sick with a nasty stomach bug the next 2 days. I recommend Pizzahut, just not this location.
