I honestly am DONE giving this place my business, for good. The employees here (including their manager) obviously have no manners and do not care about their customers AT ALL. I have been going to this location for YEARS trying to give them a chance, but I have finally drawn the line in the sand with this place. Every time I come into the Layton BWW, I get a really slow, careless waiter/waitress that doesn’t care about anyone that is surrounded by them. The worst part? The food. I LOVE BWW boneless wings, but the Layton’s wings are awful. They’re cold, hard, dry, and gross. I also got carrots my last visit and they were old, black, and soggy. I have never spoken to a manager about any of my problematic visits, until today. As soon as the manager approached my table, I immediately began to be very honest and forward about my visit today and past. He was very rude to me and my friend, which have given this facility HUNDREDS of dollars over the years, and told me the reason for this is because they make “6,000 Wings a day” and said ignorant stuff like “I think we’re actually doing a pretty good job so...”. Like??? I waited in the lobby for an hour, waited for my food for another 45 minutes, the LAST thing I needed was nasty cold food. He did offer to remake the wings or to refund - which I obviously chose to refund. BUT - HE WOULDN’T REFUND OUR DRINKS. We had to pay the insulting $3 for soda. Never been treated so poorly at a restaurant and by its own management so badly before until today. I will never continue to give this facility my business. I’d rather drive the extra 20 minuets to Riverdale, where they actually care about their customers and quality. The managers name is Sean/Shawn - however you spell it. I am making sure to let corporate and customer service know of this horrible and utterly disgusting facility, as if someone already hasn’t yet.

I will literally drive to the Ogden location in riverdale than go to this place again... Weve had nothing but issues since moving down to this location. First time we order our food and they forget the suace we call and they offer to fix it okay understandable. Then we order another time and the food is completely uncooked our burgers we literally red (I didnt mind but my wife hates red meat) we call and the manager offers us a free future order. We place a online order the confirmation says it will be ready at 5:15 I arrive at 5:14 and they cant find me in the system I show them my confirmation email and they just ignore it and say I must have done something wrong. Then this last time really put a nail in the coffin I go to get my order after work $50 order for the whole family I pay I wait and wait for over 30 minutes then the manager comes out and says what was the name on my order I tell him and he says well did you already send someone to pick it up? I look at him and say no why would I send someone to pick up my food and sit here for 30 minutes. He says well someone picked it up so we have to make it again. I was so shocked no apology nothing like this was my fault I sit there for another 30 minutes until someone comes in with our order and gives it to him. He looks at it takes it back then comes back out and gives me my order and says he had to be sure it was really a mix up before he could give me my food. This place knows nothing about service and the owners could care less

Some co-workers and I have lunch here quit often. This place keeps getting worse each visit. Service typically sucks, gotta ask for refills and they have horrible people skills. I dont care for the manager as well, they failed to bring out the entire order because one of us didnt (order from the lunch menu) which we did not know of. He got the same thing as us but one size to big on the wings. So he (the manager) rushed out our food to try and beat the clock while being completely oblivious of my friends order, even asking who didnt receive their food. There was 4 of us and only 3 of us had food, pretty simple math. So he rudely said fine Ill just pay for all your food as he stormed off. After this happened we got no service till right before we left when the manger asked if we would like refills on our drinks. Then our waiter (who only took our order and gave us our first drinks durring our entire visit) returned to a throw a bill on the table for my friend that had to wait for his food. We will not be returning to this BWW, this place is a joke and so is the manager, horrible service.

First, I love their sauces for their wings. Thats about all they have going for them. Besides that the service is terrible and the food is terribly prepared and ridiculously overpriced for what you get. We have timed waiting an hour for our food after ordering with very few other customers in the restaurant. When food was brought to the table almost every order had some kind of mistake. My order had mozzarella sticks that had no mozzarella in them... As well as several missing items. Our "compensation" for this experience was a coupon for a free half order of wings with purchase of another full meal. To add insult to injury we were all pretty sick the following day. I understand that bad nights can happen, but the reason for this bad review is this has not been the first time we have had this experience, its a very common trend. Because of this we will not be going here again.

First the positive: We went on a Saturday night and were seated in 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and the food came out pretty quick. That sums up the positive. There is a decent selection of sauces. Now the negative: For a place named Buffalo Wild Wings, I would have expected that their wings would be better than the chicken fingers at Dairy Queen. I got 20 boneless wings for $18.59. My chicken wings were over breaded and over fried, I was only able to eat 16/20 because the other 4 were basically chicken jerky. They hardly put any sauce on the wings. The sauce only covered 70% of the wings. They were dry and dissappointing. If I am forced to go again I would NOT get the wings, or try the bone-in-wings and ask for extra sauce. Would not reccommend to a friend.

Being a previous Bdubs server, I can say without a doubt there is a problem at the Layton location. We came in and waited 10 minutes to be seated.. Although the waiter to table ratio was 2:1, and no one was in front of us waiting. A couple of the managers even saw us standing at the front waiting to be seated and did nothing. They were standing around talking. We waited over 10 minutes for our appetizer and for the waitress to come take our order. And 20 more minutes for our food. Waiters were standing around and one was even sitting with her family eating and then getting up to go check on tables with a child in her arms. Very unprofessional location. Ill drive from Kaysville to Riverdale from now on. If I return to a bdubs at all that is.
