When we arrived, the server was very slow to greet us. It took forever to get my beer my husband had to go up to the bar and get it himself because it sat there for 15 minutes, then, i recieved my 8 boneless buffalo wings and they were so dry with barely any sauce. I asked the server for more and she gave me a very rude look (deer in the headlights) no apologies, and finally took the food back. Well I got my new wings five minutes later (which i dont know how i got them so fast because when i first ordered it took 25 minutes!) oh wait i know why i got the replacement wings back so quick, because she brought the same wings back out!!!!!!! I was so frustrated i took them and paid the 40$ bill and we left. The manager was sitting at a table next to us talking with one of the girls who use to work at buffalo not even in the kitchen watching the food that was being sent out. He was flirting with this girl too it was really weird. He was a heavy guy and i beleive hispanic. He had on a beige shirt. Anyways, very disatisfied with this place and will not ever go back it was a big waste of money we only get to eat out once every couple months cause we are broke and this was just really upsetting.

I dont know what it is about Buffalos in general but the service and quality has gone waaaaaaay downhill. My issue with this location is the wait time. If I place an order online and am given a time when my order will be ready, then it should be ready. I shouldnt have to wait an additional 5 to 15 minutes. In addition, the staff there is incredibly rude and lazy. I waited on an order that I placed online for a long time. It wasnt ready when it should have been but I received excuses. On top of waiting for awhile, the two dimwit waiters made a snide remark and laughed in my direction. Im sorry you guys hate your jobs but please dont take it out on the customers. Also if you have time to lean then you have time to clean. I guess if they were under good management, then they would know this.

I have been to this location 4 times. The first time was good, no issues. Second time my food came out raw. I showed them and they said it was a dye they put in their chicken...but every other time it was normal colored. The third time my food came out cold. I told them and again did nothing about it. This fourth time just now, the bench seat in the booth was broken and I told them and again nothing was done. she just stated they had a few broken seats... we were sitting as low as a child without a booster seat. It took 15 minutes for anyone to initially come to our table and we never got refills even with empty glasses sitting at the end of the table. I dont think ill be back. Nice people but food hasnt been consistently good.

Rarely not busy, and noisy, as to be expected with a sports bar. Service is friendly enough and you can often see the management out bussing or waiting tables along side their crew. I only ever get wings there, which are good but seem to go up in price every few months. Used to get the medium boneless basket for $12 and its nearly $16 now over the course of 3 years going there regularly. I cant speak for any of the other food on the menu. I will say this is the best B-Dubs location in the valley for the service. The other tend to have much longer waits even when slow, which is why this one get 4 stars over 3 i gave the Tempe location.

We were here 2 hours only got 3 visits from our server asking if we were alright or needed anything, managers both of them never visited my table but we saw was able to visit eveything table around us, ordered wings that came out great thank you boh and an attentive bartender, but the text Mex chips got messed up and was told would only be 3 minutes and was actually 20 minutes till we got it. Normally great place maybe in the dining room so will never sit in the bar area again terrible service but saw some tables receive great service by waitress Ashley so next time we will hope to get her or ask for her specifically

If I could add extra stars I would. I have always been treated right at this location, unfortunately I can not say the same about other locations (check my review for the one on Gilbert Rd). It makes sense to go to the location on gilbert rd sense my house is closer to that location, but because of my bad experience with that location, I will drive the distance to go to the one at chandler mall sense I have never had any problem with their food or service. This is truly a great restaurant that knows how to take care of their customers.

The front entrance is the size of a small closet. When waiting to be seated the hotels never acknowledged you were there, finally had to step up and say I needed seating for 3. Instead of oh Im sorry, just got excuses, "we are busy" it was 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon, there were plenty of tables. The overall service was slow, stopped by once way to late into the meal then just to bring the check, hello. ...Maybe we wanted something else, also as a long time bww patron they finally lost me on there price point. So long bww!

Very slow service and expensive food n drinks. ( $80 for 2 adults and 2 kids + tip) It took a while to have our drinks refilled and after we were done we had to wait another 15-20 minutes to get our check. The waitress rarely came to our table. Will not go back there again. Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the chicken was decent.

Disappointed recently. Waitress brought me the wrong me , my wings werent grilled as requested, and they charge $11 for 10 wings!!!! Thats very expensive for some pretty damn small wings. Its too bad because I used to buy their sauce out of state back in the day before az locations and the food used to be much better

To get a beer and watch sport its fine but wild wings with all these locations should have wings much better than this. The boneless and regular wings have a lot of breading around it, and it does not taste anything special. You can get much better wings at many other restaurants. Will not go back.

Trashed bathrooms, sticky nasty carpet in the dinning area, looks like they clean once a year. Food took forever. I never complain about much but this place has gone down hill. Waitress was nice which was good. Ive seen rest stops that were more clean than this place.

Make sure you check EVERYTHING in your to-go order. Im pretty sure the soft pretzel appetizer comes with cheese. Ans im sure most people eat them by dipping the pretzels in cheese. So I dont know why my to-go order would not include cheese with the pretzels.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and a beer and to catch a D-Backs game before a movie. Sat at the bar and the bartender was great, getting my drink and food order right away. The place is well maintained and the servers seem to be very attentive.
