We had come to a panda later in the evening and got some very stale food. Forth time Ive had this happen at this location. We called in about it and they said theyd replace it. When we got there it was a different manager. She wouldnt replace the food regardless of having the receipt. She couldnt find any notes on them messing up our food and accused me of trying to get free food! Ive never been to a panda express that leaves their food out long enough to get stale and then serve it to people. if you want good panda, try another location.

Food is great, and the prices are really good. The staff though could be a bit more friendly, though that is not a complain. What is a bit of a complain however is the cleanness of the place. Its barely an annoyance, I just found myself cleaning the table before sitting sometimes because there were crumbs or some rice grains leftover from the person who sat before me. And sometimes the chairs were a bit dirty but thats just nitpicking. Overall one of my favourite places to grab a quick meal.

Good, when they have the dishes you actually want. Frequently out of stuff. Aggressive upsells. "YOU WANT SAMPLE!" "YOU WANT EGGROLL!" "YOU WANT MEDIUM PEPSI!" No, thanks. No, thank you again. No, and again I thank you. You are most kind, giving me all these opportunities to purchase these high margin products from you. A+ Customer Service. But yeah, once you get by all that- Good normal fast Chinese food.

I like panda as much as the next guy, but I have had some problems with this branch in particular. In two separate occasions both in the later afternoon, I have been treated quite poorly by the staff. On one of those particular occasions the chow mein was stale, and I did not notice until I got to my dorm. Overall I am not pleased with this branch of panda express.

This is my first experienced eating in this Panda with my family but unfortunately this will be my last also. They have poor services, no manners, talk/look harshly, no greetings & no smile. Treating you like a cheap customer. I hope the management will make action about this unacceptable behavior. I went their to enjoy my food but it ruins my whole day.

My husband got me lunch from here and I was greatly disappointed. He picked it up right when they opened and they had almost nothing prepared. We got rice and it was basically raw like if you look at the picture you can tell its severely undercooked. Wont go here ever again no matter how close to campus they are. Disgusting.

Ive been here a couple of times. The food is alright, like any other Panda Express. My mom went and she ordered a drink but they didnt tell her that they didnt have soda, just tea. She got upset because they didnt mention anything and they said couldnt refund it back but gave some rangoons in exchange.

They dont open on time. I only get 30 min for lunch and its the second time they open late. Sign says 10:30 but they open @10:45 . You would think the manager over this establishment would be fired along with the slow employees. Absolutely unprofessional.

This is a great Panda Express restaurant. Food here is what Ive come to expect from Panda: good quality meat and rice. The employees here are very helpful, nice, and patient. This is a great place to go for a quick bite on your way to class or work.

Every time I go(doesnt matter at what time) they always make everyone wait for the orange chicken. I understand that its one of there most popular entries but they should at least try to fix the problem by making more at a time. Smh

Poor service. They dont greet nor they serve with a smile. Have always been harsh and look at their customers in a cheap manner. They do not offer samples, and always give meagre quantities which is very disappointing

Not as bad as some of the reviews say. They were a but understaffed for the amount of people coming in, could have easily kept 2 more people busy, but they give you full portions unlike the pei Wei on campus.

This location seems to only cater to the lunchtime crowd. Skip this place if youre going in for a late bite. They close earlier than other Panda Express locations and the food is usually not fresh after 3 pm.
