Where to start with this dump. Okay on fathers day I get it its busy but to leave me there for longer than thirty minutes waiting in from of your booth with my family and kids is a horror story. I was right in front of you and then had to tell you guys to sit me down and you never put my wifes name in the system so we were having people sit down before us on a fathers day. Then I ask for the manager and this douche bag comes up and says whats going on I said your staff forgot to sit us and weve been waiting this guy has the nerves to say well its cause we dont have much tables that hold 6 people. Wait a minute the last three parties you say before me had a party of 5 and your gonna pull that sh@#$ come on now is that the way you guys as a company treat the customer is that the customer experience you provide here. I will give him a slight thumbs up cause hes gonna have a talk with his staff and oh by the way he said he was sorry but that doesnt fix my situation. Then the best part comes we get seated finally yay then we meet Skylar nice gentleman I could tell he was overwhelmed though. Gets us our drinks and I have to wait cause the bar was packed with orders. I get my strawberry lemonade and its delicious food was great but then Im low on my drink I could tell something was wrong when I didnt get a refill. So the gentleman that I am asks can I get a refill please and Skylar stated were all out at the bar. So now I have had it I had to ask for just a regular lemonade. When all is said in done I dont want any free sh#$ but what I do want is to see some good reviews that this place has got theyre head out of there a@$ and can finally get things right we pay your salaries and if you have to go the extra mile to take care of a customer please do it you dont know whos gonna walk in your place of business.

Called in an order for a cheesecake for a birthday party and was told I could stop by the "curbside to go" and they would bring the cake out for me. I told them I would be there at 530 and they said they would have the cake ready for me at that time. I called right before I arrived and I was told they will send somebody out immediately. 5 minutes later a customer arrives and within a minute, the attendant comes out and serves them. I immediately talk to that attendant and he says they will be right with me. Ten minutes pass and I give them a call again and they said they didnt know I was out there waiting. Fifteen minutes now and another customer pulls up behind me and is served. The waitress had no idea I was there again. When I asked for the manager the manager came out and said there was nothing he would do to compensate me for my time. He said that it is my fault for not letting them know I was outside despite the fact that I called twice and talked to two attendants about having waited for someone to help. I understand that mistakes happen in the service industry but to come out after 15 minutes of waiting and two different customers being served before me and have the manager tell me that I was at fault was not worth an overpriced 60 dollar cheesecake. On top of that, the cheesecake was still frozen an hour and half after I picked it up even though they told me they had left it to thaw two hours before I got there! I will never come here again and I dont recommend anybody else to go here either. Go somewhere local. At least your business will be appreciated.

Where to start... The side plates were filthy and scratched beyond serviceability. When I asked for clean plates, the bus boy stood there and argued with me saying they werent dirty. Excuse me?? The silverware was also dirty and not properly washed. Maybe they think dunking used silverware in soapy water and letting it air-dry is enough, but that stuff was still dirty. Even a simple wipe with a napkin does wonders. The server was either having a terrible day or hates her job because she slammed things on the table, cut us off before we were done speaking, and was generally awful to us. The strawberries on both the shortcake and the strawberry cheesecake were rotten, squishy, and most certainly not fresh. Inedible actually. The food we ordered was actually not bad. The cooks seem to have their act together, but the front side of the house needs an overhaul. Whoever owns/manages this place should be ashamed to have such poor quality staff and such low standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Depending on your server, either you get too little of bread or enough bread, which is quite tasty. The lemonades are a rip off because of how much ice is put into the cup, not enough lemonade. The food is different. I ordered a chicken stuffed tortilla, which was basically an enchilada and there was a side of black beans and some tamale cake thing. It was okay. Chicken was dry, sause was good though especially with the beans. The beans were fine. The tamale cake thing was alright. Although I am not a huge fan of cheesecake, the Oreo cheesecake was divine, the Snickers one..not really for me. Expensive but cute for a date if you know what to order. ----- Recently went back, it was awful. My waiter was quite rude. The rice was not fully cooked, the beans were cold. The tacos were flavorless. My date ordered a massive burrito, which was all around disgusting. It was cold, soggy. It was a very disappointing experience there and I definitely know I will not be going back.

Tonight my family and I came in and ordered the usual and it was just sad how they served me 4 soggy shrimp over Exactly 5 fork fulls of angel hair pasta, my daughter ordered the same meal and was served 5 soggy shrimp and about 4 fork fulls of pasta and a ridiculous amount of not even thoroughly chopped tomatoes. We also ordered the steak diane and was served 3 pieces of steak... the childrens macaronni and cheese was the worst part, the cheese was poured to the bottom of the bowl and the pasta was all at the top ( not even mixed). The server was great and the lady whom sat us was explaining to us that they sent majority of the staff home and that they were now short handed because it got busy, we come here very often and the last week I came my dish was extremely skimpy than usual but I just let it go...now tonights dinner it happened again, big disappointment we usually pick cheesecake factory for the quality and quantity of their meals.

Place has started to slip. Hostess was short and barely made eye contact. Called our name 10 min later for our table which was fine. Got to the table with a different hostess and the table was still dirty and she looked at us and said "I need to take you back to the front" and walked away. So we followed her. Up front. Manager came and took us to our table and almost didnt talk. After reading the menu it seems it has gotten much smaller and prices went up. Nothing is enticing anymore. Almost all the food has the same ingredients in it. Just a different version of course. I mean 16 dollars for a burito? 12.50 for friend chicken in a small tortilla cut in pieces, and 16 fora tomato basil in red sauce that was real dry. With tip for 2 was 63 dollars? Not a bad price for dinner but the quality has slipped and variety has as well.
