Took over 2 hours after the anticipated arrival time and still got my order wrong. Even when they arrived they made go to them and the "delivery employee" didnt even get out of the car to give me my food. I shrugged the time and costumer service because all I cared about was to eat my sandwich at this point. Went inside to only find out that the whole order was wrong starting with the sandwich and ending with only giving me one bag of chips after ordering two. Called them to tell them about my experience and "Jackie" said it was my fault for not giving an apt #, as far as the wait time goes. The employee was extremely rude and immature as she was giggling about the situation over the phone. Even had the audacity to raise her voice at me in an essence to not let me talk. She also refused to let me speak to a manager twice. After she finally had her fun she passed the phone to the supervisor and he was completely willing to help. He offered another delivery on him and apologized for everything. Good supervisor, yet that still doesnt take back the horrible costumer experience with his employees. Premature costumer service. Yes, i re-posted one word for word, not only because this was my experience too, but because i feel like the more this story is shared the better. Employees, such as Jackie P. should not be allowed to work at joints like these because all they do is bring the company down and make it look terrible. If you really want to act that unprofessional, why not go find yourself a job where customer service isnt your number one priority? For crying out loud, with the service i was given, i was scared to eat the second (correct) sandwich brought to me, in fear that one of the employees had spit in it.

Dear Diary, Know why I feel good? Cheba Hut! Its clean and chill, and they make my food fresh and delicious. Cheba Huts prices are retro, but their tunes are all over the timeline--and genre spectrum. Their cheer and attention arent fake bullshit. Its real humanity-loving humans at their best, making it impossible for the customer to doubt theyve added to the life of the joint by walking in. Cheba Hut chefs change up the recipes when it makes sense. It never happens without eye-poppingly ecstatic results. Okay, sometimes the most you get from these tweaks--expert and impromptu--is a slow smile across your leaned-back face. Well? Isnt that enough? Yep, whether by original recipe, or her dash of Worcestershire or his extra spice. Oh Diary, my advice isnt token: dont be afraid Ive replaced you with my new Cheba Hut introversion outlet. Look how your papers are filled with more than a sentence and a half. Finally! Even amidst the beats and voices. How did they pull that off? Could it be the brownies after all? Uh oh... If two bucks or less Gets you Kool Aid aplenty, Then how many cotton-mouths Could they cure--for twenty?

Jackie Percher or whatever the name is made this experience the worst that Ive ever had with any restaurant. When contacted over the phone about an order that was made wrong all she did was argue back about the mistake that THEY made, throughout this conversation I was unable to even get in one word to the point were I even had to ask to speak. I dont know but to my understanding you pay someone to provide you with something, yet I was in the wrong for simply paying extra for something I wanted and not getting it LOL. When a friend called back to get further information again It was Jackie over the phone who just LAUGHED at the fact that this call was about the same order. The way this employee conducted herself was extremely unprofessional, clearly she didnt care in damaging Cheba Hubs reputation. If thats the kind of employees yall hire intentionally than thats just plain sad. By far the worst employee I have ever dealt with, and the worst experience ever.

Im still shocked that this location also has a bar area that serves an assortment of local beers. I was unprepared for this delight, and will have to come back to try some of their beers! I love Cheba Hut, they introduced me to "toasted subs" years ago and I dont think Ive had a cold one since. The items to try if you have never been would be the White Widow or the Kind. I like to kick it up another notch and get a Jamaican Widow, which is just a white widow with spicy chicken, but it makes me feel like a badass ordering something that is not technically on the menu. Their "munchies" are effing delicious, including an assortment of huge, soft, chewy cookies ranging from chocolate chip to macadamia nut to yin and yang. They have crazy rice krispy treats with fruity pebbles and peanut butter also. If that wasnt enough they have KOOL-AID at the fountain. If you cant find something that you find delicious here, you need to consider some form of therapy.

I have went to this location 3 different times because it is in convenient distance from work. Every time I have visited I have been disappointed. First off, being a chef by trade, I am already critical. But, 20+ minutes to make a sandwich?! Lol! Ive owned my own restaurant in Farmington, NM where the sandwiches were prepped from scratch and raw meats cooked. My average ticket time was 4 minutes!! As it should be! I dont know if these guys really are stoned or if they really lack courtesy in that degree. The only thing I can say that I enjoyed were the munchies, but then again, who can mess up a variation of marshmallow crispy treats. I already nailed that recipe so I never have to return to a Cheba Hut again. Just shows that money and a cool concept prevail because the food is low grade at best. Subway makes a comparable sub...

Just ordered two sandwiches from a Cheba Hut and I am less than satisfied with the customer service. I order the sandwiches, added avocados and asked for specific ingredients not to be in the sandwhich. The manager who eventually told me he made the sandwhich himself, literally did the opposite of what I asked in the sandwhich. Did not apologize and then offered only 50% the next sandwhich. Forget the half off sandwhich, please make them correctly. The reason I couldnt get a better remake on the sandwich was possibly because I ate the sandwich, "hello I am hungry.....". Hate that this is a first world problem, but please follow instructions and just make the sandwich right as expected. I couldve been allergic and you pretty much contaminated my food.
