New owners took over a few months back and it is very noticeable. Being that everyone is new, I kept this in mind as people waited longer than need be for their orders. I went in last Friday and I ordered the same thing I always do...The Wings over Buffalo salad and I ordered it the same way as I always do. No tomato, romaine lettuce instead of spinach, with 1 ranch dressing and 1 chipotle ranch. When my order was finally up, I noticed that it was made with spinach and had 2 chipotle ranch dressings. I told them that the spinach should of been romaine. A guy in which I have ordered the same thing from a couple times, politely takes my salad and walks it over to the employee that made it. The guy returns and asks me if I am sure I told the lady to exchange the spinach with the romaine, because the print out that the employee was working from did not say to exchange the lettuce. I said "Yes I am sure. It is how I order it every time, I have even ordered it from you before" I also told him that I did not print out the slip, the lady that took my order did. At that time I also told him about the dressing mix-up. (Which by the way, was not the first time.) He took the salad back from me, and at this point, knowing it was take at least 15 minutes to get the salad right, I told him that I will just take it as is. I took back the salad, and as I was walking out the door, I turned back around, set the salad on the counter and said. "Here, you can have it" and I walked out. I did not ask for a refund. The guy did not believe me when I told him how I ordered it, there was no way he was going to offer up a refund. I will give them 6 months and they will be closed.

Spicy chicken sandwich - Usually I come in and the guy who is about 30 doesnt even say hello when I walk in, and Ive noticed the service is getting worse and worse. I ordered a Spicy Chicken and asked for no mayo, hot sauce on the side. I get my sandwich and there is mayo on it, so I take it up to the front and explain that I am allergic to mayo and can I get it remade. The lady takes my sandwich and in like 1-2 minutes they bring me a "new" sandwich. I look at it and on the underside I noticed the mayo had been scraped off and then re-fried in oil. I couldnt believe it!!!! So, I take it up to the front and demand my money back, and explained to her that had I eaten this, I could have a severe allergic reaction, and she apologized but its to late for that. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN, obviously my business wasnt as important as a 2 dollar piece of chicken. OH, and their bathroom smells like an outhouse 90% of the time, it absolutely disgusting!! Anyone that asks me about them, I tell them to go to Cheba Hut, a sub shop that is 1000% better that this place. DO NOT EAT THERE!!!

First of all, I actually hate how greasy their food is. The customer service topped it off today though. The California burger is listed as $6.99 on their website but they will charge their customers more once inside their location. I spoke to one specific woman in particular who was entirely rude and combative the entire conversation. Heres a tip Bite me, you are not a world wide chain. You cannot treat your customers like trash. You honor what it says on your website because it is your fault you cannot change it not the customers. Or have better customers service in the store when promoting a price change. For example "i see that you ordered this, online it is a different price we are letting people know its a different price in store." That is prime customer service that you are lacking.

I come here all the time and I love their breakfast and sandwiches. I ordered a breakfast burrito with sausage because. I DO NOT like or eat bacon. When i picked it up, i found bacon in my burrito, so i called to ask if i can exchange it. The woman on the phone proceeded to tell me that "thats what I ordered, but sure theyll exchange it". So, i decided not to argue and i went in and brought the burrito and they decided. That they would open the same burrito take out the bacon and replace it with sausage????? When i asked for them to make a new one. The bacon was Then taken off my burrito that has clearly been opened by me and they put the bacon on the grill. This is the last time Ill ever eat there. They lost a regular.

The taste of the Burrito was decent. Its a breakfast burrito. Egg, cheese, chorizo etc., if you can mess that up, get out of the food business. But the fact that this burrito is more of Large Soft Taco, absolutely disappointed. You know its bad when you think, " I could have just gotten a 7 layer burrito from Taco Bell and gotten more bang for my buck. Taste wise and size." You are in Arizona, there are Mexican restaurants on every corner, if you are going to get in the Burrito Game, Get in the Game or stick to Subs, which I will never waste my time even trying now. I have never been this disappointed in a Burrito.

So I have not actually gotten to taste their food. I placed and order and almost two hours went by without anything. I called and I was told that the driver got lost and their phone died... Bite Me Subs is pretty popular at my work. A lot of people order here and I know they deliver to my work. I am upset that they did not even call to let me know that I wouldnt be getting my food. I dont see why it took two hours. I cancelled my order. Thanks Bit Me Subs for this awesome experience.. NOT.

If you love BREAKFAST BURRITOS, this is THE SPOT! My lady and I frequently order the "No Meat Please" burrito, and it is literally THE BEST breakfast burrito we have ever had. Fili Bs and Los Favs... Jack in the Box, The Good Egg, whatever... can not compare! The price is fair too, and sometimes they offer a BOGO free deal. I love that they deliver, too. We often order delivery to avoid morning traffic. I wish that they served breakfast all day though.

Ive tried several items on the menu now and though their burgers are good their subs really cant be beat. I like the philly steak, the turkey, the manganaro and meatballs subs. I absolutely love this place! My co-worker and I order from this place regularly and we are in love with the food. The staff are very very nice and delivery is cheap. The delivery people are always wonderful and very kind. The one thing I wish they had was the ability to order online, but it is not a problem to order via telephone. Overall, weve always had a fantastic experience with this shop! Love it!!
