The restaurant itself is gorgeous: excellent interior design, great natural and artificial lighting, and a simple, streamlined layout. The cleanliness in the restaurant is also fantastic, from the tables, to the smell, to the floor and other surfaces. The staff looked clean, alert, and personable, and acted professionally and helpfully. The menu displays were aesthetically wonderful, and the way they were designed to highlight the food works very well; the menu is not overwhelming with many, random choices, but is instead well-themed and still gives you a feeling of variety. I had the fish tacos, the pear-spinach salad, and the german chocolate cake for dessert. The fish tacos were excellent (especially the shrimp, which was cooked perfectly: very firm but tender.) The spinach was all fresh and not wilted, the grapes were shiny and crisp, and the pears were cooked in a way that made them not soggy. The dessert was wonderful as well. The ice in the drink machines was the nice kind in my opinion (which is rare). I loved how it had the feel and quality of a nice sit down restaurant, but did not have the long waits and personal waiters, which made me enjoy my experience a lot more because I was able to fill up my drink whenever I needed to, and we did not have to wait for a waiter (who would normally be working multiple tables) to take our orders and give us our food. We ordered before we sat down and had a server bring us our food after it was cooked. I had a great experience and hope to be back many times.

I bought a half of dozen sides after calling in asking what the prices were for their apples and potatoes. We were told 1.50 per side. My employee comes back and they charged us 3.50 per side because she didnt get an entree and guilted my employee into buying it at that price because they already prepared the food. I went back and told them it must be a must a mistake and she said if Id gone on the website and read the menu it says it on there. I asked her if she could hook us up and give us a better price because I didnt want to pay 20 bucks for 6 apples and we were told something different. She said sorry you should have read the website I said I could get an entree and still the price would be cheaper, she would not re write write anything.... the manager should learn how to treat people better and not charge people 3 dollars per apple when the person on the phone didnt give us the right prices. My fiancee and I were having them cater our wedding for 400 people later on this year but thanks to Tammys great management skills we will go with somebody else who treats people better. I am glad we didnt waist thousands of dollars on their crappy service. Its a stupid thing and not that big of a deal but I feel they are cheap after us about to spend thousands for them, they cheap out on a few dollars... just makes me feel used and like Im just a bag of money in their eyes.

I only have been here for breakfast, but I was wildly disappointed. I ordered the "blueberry lemon pancakes," which turned out to be pancakes with a couple of blueberries dropped in and nothing lemony about them at all. The "homemade buttermilk syrup" was more like melted caramel and the pancakes were absolutely swimming in it. My friend got the breakfast tacos, which were wildly overpriced and a tiny amount of food for $9, and according to her they werent bad but werent that great either. The pumpkin hot chocolate, however, was delicious. The atmosphere is really nice and the place was very clean, but the service was pretty lacking. The girl who took our order acted like she was annoyed we were there even though there was hardly anyone in the entire restaurant, and the layout of the restaurant is confusing, with no clear indication of where you are supposed to order for breakfast. I cant speak for the lunch or dinner experience, but based on my visit for breakfast I definitely wont be returning.

I would give this blue lemon more of a 2.5 rating for the following reason: half the time its great, and half the time my experience sucks. First of all, the food. The seared Ahi Tuna is my favorite plate here. I think it is seasonal though. I also love the balsamic chicken sandwich. I did not enjoy the shrimp tacos, and the chips that came with it were stale. They have a great soda selection. Breakfast is lame except If you get the French toast. Dont even bother with anything else. The salads are presented very beautifully. The salmon is pretty good. The service. Sometimes they are super fast and on top of it. Half the time it takes a half hour to an hour to get my food and when that happens they ALWAYS get my order wrong and forget things. The interior. Very well designed & fun environment. Last time I was there with a large group of people our table was falling apart and a nightmare to sit at.

My family and I ate there last night and it was not at all what I thought it would be. After waiting 15 mins in line I would have thought the food to be better. The Salmon was cold and dry, I as a cook could tell that it was not fresh or cooked to order. My husband had a sandwich which was way over priced for the size that it was. And the sweet potatoe frys were cold as well. My kids were not to happy with the food they had either ( Chicken Skewers and Baked Mac and Cheese) how hard is it to make mac and cheese that a kid will like? We will not be going back to that place ever again! And I advise whoever does to eat something before you go or you will be stopping on the way home to eat again. Looks to me like they spent too much time on making it look "pretty" and not enough on portion and price. Good luck to whoever goes!

While the food was decent Ive had few worse customer service experiences. We had ordered a ton of food between 2 groups of us and all the food was delivered to us together at the same time. We werent sure we got two 12 oz cups on OJ we ordered. We brought this to the attention of the staff. Instead of inquiring nicely about the situation, they acted as if we were trying stiff them out of 24 ounces of oj. After four different receipt checks and several rude interactions, Tammy the employee rudely came over and told us we were wrong and that was the end of it. Seriously?? We are locals that just spent over 100 dollars in food and they act like this? We are nice family, we didnt have some plot to buy a ton of food to get free 24 oz. of OJ. If I owned this place is be embarassed at this behavior and fire Tammy.

You know what, this is LITERALLY the 5th time Ive been here, and without fail theres been a problem each time. Why do I go back? The foods not amazing. Heres the low down this time: 1. To-go order of a sandwich and soup took 25+ minutes. People who dined in and ordered after me got their cooked food faster and were eating grilled fish while I was still waiting. Its a sandwich for hells bells. 2. Finally got food, and was missing salad. Took another 10 minutes after already waiting 25 min to get a side salad. Seriously? 3. Paid $3.00 extra for extra turkey on my sandwich. Get home, its not there. I wouldve spoke to a manager, but having a car of screaming kids and not wanting to wait for the manager, like the food, wasnt worth it. Never again.
