The worst service ever..went there for breakfast. just the whole experience was disgusting. Our server to begin with was not presentable (just a mess.her teeth were digusting ..her arms looked like she picked on them for days and her hair was a wreck)took forever to just come and get our drink order. After we placed our order we watched her stuff her face with bacon while serving other tables without washing.. while watching all of this we also notice women cooking with long hair and no hair nets..swinging their hair everywhere. When we finally did get our food it was carried out all at once, plates stacked on her arm with the bottom of one plate touching the food of the plate underneath it and the waffle was way over cooked. When we brought this to her attention she just laughed about it and took no interest in rectifying the situation. So we left. Never had I experienced such horrible service from a waffle house before.. Never going back to that location again

No fue una muy buena experiencia que digamos. Yo ordene un platillo de huevos con bistek y no me pusieron el bistek, mi hermana ordenó una hamburguesa y no le pusieron vegetales cuando mi hermana le dijo que la quería con todo y al decirle a la muchacha que nos atendió nisiquiera se disculpó y no trajo lo que nos hacía falta. Le tuve que decir a otra mesera la cual fue la que nos dió lo que nos hacía falta.

Waffle House has always been a great place to go eat when you need something good tasting, quick, and affordable. I used to live in South Carolina and loved going to Waffle House but since living in Utah, I havent had the satisfaction of going to Waffle House. So while in Mesa, I was so excited to see them and went for breakfast one morning. It was a great bite to eat and tasted amazing. The hash-browns are phenomenal when you can put something in them and make them your own. The Waffles are dense and delicious. Everything else is just as great but those are definitely the highlights. This visit definitely didnt disappoint. It didnt earn a full 5 for me just because Waffle Houses are generally kind of dirty but it is what it is. Other than that it was great!

The waiter was a nice young lady. I got a burnt waffle with alot of chocolate. Had asked for very little chocolate (rectified). Asked for country ham got regular ham(later rectified). Got the hash browns burned (later rectified) i dont want to be mean but alot of things where burnt..honeslty if it wasnt for the very nice young lady attending us, i would have gave them a 1 star ..fyi just speaking on my exp. For this location only.. I ❤ Waffle House!..Advice for them- i wouldnt mind waiting a little longer for my food ..it seams like the cooks want to treat this waffle house like it was a fast food restaurant .. This tactic is clearly not working for you..please lower the flame ..there is no rush! Not a fast food joint ...Thanks...

Small, fast paced place with a fast food feel spin on a Dennys theme. I enjoyed a BLT with Hash Browns. First time anyone has made the BLT as a 2 slice instead of a triple stacker...thank you! Crisp bacon and crunchy toast made it fantastic. Coffee was a bit on the weak side as far as flavor goes. Never had hash browns cooked into a pancake shape before! Waitress, Glenda, was very nice and helpful. It was her 2nd day on the floor so I am sure the chaos here was overwhelming. No problem knowing what is going on with the lead cook calling out orders and managing the show from the grill. Could use someone to sweep up the cooking area once in a while, but the dining area was spot on. Quick service.

Awesome staff. We were here on Feb 11 2017 at 11:15 pm and Jennifer was an amazing waitress. It was my first time and they were so happy and courteous. Jessica was always asking if we needed anything else and was a step ahead of us. The food was cooked to perfection by CJ Martin and Terik - both very friendly. It was a great pleasure to see everyone working that night enjoying their job and making customers feel welcome. Thank You. Store # 1208

WOW..... And not a good wow. Where to begin on this. The waiting area was awkward with how many people were waiting to get a table. The seat was very uncomfortable. And for a place that seems to specialize in waffles, they die cant make good waffles. If it wasnt for the syrup there would have been no taste. Dennys waffles have more flavour. I would honestly not recommend it.

Let me start by saying when I first walked in I was somewhat uncomfortable. Im a Black guy in America, and seeing all white faces is terrifying. Amaris assured me it was a good nice place, so she took our order it turned out to be a great stay food was delicious, most places always mess up the bacon but they had my bacon right, YAY them.... I say yes stop by and eat.

Service was terrible, food was not cooked correctly, waitress was very unfriendly. At this point I would not recommend it and I have a been a customer for years but the service is just gone downhill the cooks dont know what they are doing and the waitresses are very unfriendly I am very disappointed as this used to be my favorite breakfast place

The TouchTunes volume is so low you can bearly here the music. The manager on duty keeps lowering the volume. When the Waffle House is packed you cant here the music at all. Dont waste your money on TouchTunes. I asked the The waitress to ask the manager to raise the volume and I heard him say "f$&@ that I dont have time for that!"

It was bad. One of the waitresses boyfriends was there eating. Made threats the whole time. Told her how uncomfortable we were. She still room his side. We walked out side and nearly fought. Supposed to be a family spot but Samora made us feel like we didnt belong. Her bf and his friend were chumps.

Welcomed warmly by staff as we walked in! Everyone was friendly and enthusiastic! Definitely the best breakfast I have had in a while! Our server Brandi was extremely sweet and accommodating! Would recommend this resturaunt to everyone and would definitely come back again! Loved my experience here!

I gave this place a 3 star because like any Waffle House the food is always good. The challenge was this place had terrible cleaning issues. The floor was horrible. No one was cleaning. A complete mess. Other than that the food was awesome and our waiter was great.

Stopped here for breakfast while on vacation. We had the pleasure of being served by Alayna who is one of the friendliest and most efficient servers who has ever waited on me. The food was yummy and inexpensive. Be sure to ask about their Seventeen Meals for $7 menu!

Great service great cook.. Shea is by far the best cook there. Will only go to eat if hes working. Also Krislynn is the only server I will let serve me and my family. The best service in my opinion is practiced by these two employees!!

The food was not good quality. And when they get an order they use markers to mark which plate is which and the marker they used for my plate, a ketchup packet, had a black hair on it and the marker was still under my food. Gross.
