I stopped in this evening and grabbed a sandwich and o’boy was that a mistake. When I walked in the door, I could see a woman sitting down talking on her cell phone. Not really a big deal, except she continued to sit there on her cell phone and talk while I was waiting to order. Now, here even more dissatisfying information. When she cut the bread for my sandwich, she did not cut through it all the way and proceeded to destroy my bread as she tried to rip it open for the meat. When she put the meat on the sandwich Im pretty sure she did not put all of the meat the sandwich usually comes with on it, of course im sure it is very hard for her to tell when she is tossing it onto the bread like a Frisbee. Now, if you like you sandwich toasted, do not bother asking. She only left it in the toasted for about half the time and the cheese was not even close to softening and the bread had not toasting to it. On to the toppings, im pretty sure, that when someone asks for mustard on their sandwich it is because they would like to taste it, pretty sure the 3 dribbles she tried to give me would not have been noticeable. That was pretty much the story for all of the toppings I added to my sandwich. Overall, a very dissatisfying experience here. I have to work 20 minutes in order to pay for this sandwich, the least you can do is offer me friendly service and a good sandwich for the 5 minutes I am there.

Awful customer service. We spent $30 at your location today and the sandwich artist was rude and acted like we were in convienent to her becuase she was slow. We were still polite and she was still very rude to us. I will never go back here. I do not mind her taking extra time to make sandwich if she was friendly she was very mean, miserable and despite our thank yous, she said nothing.

Went there on a whim to get dinner for me and my daughter. The guy behind the counter was new, (first day) and very patient with me and my picky self. (I get everything on the side) I give 5 stars on anyone who will tolerate my complex orders. :)

I ordered a salad and they had no bowls. So they gave me my salad in a lid covered with another lid wrapped in plastic wrap. On top of that I didnt get a full salad because it wouldnt fit in the lid.
