Worst IHOP visit ever at #1529. Went in for National Pancake day around 8:45pm. The wait to be seated wasnt bad however the wait staff and management were absolutely horrible. I didnt spend $15.03 to be treated like crap. We ordered our food and took about 15 min to arrive. When it did arrive it was cold and not really that great. We had asked several servers for additional silverware and drink refills and were told rudely to ask our server. Our server hadnt been seen near or at our table in over 15 min since the food arrived. My wife finally got her drink refilled and sadly by the time we left mine had never been refilled. By the time we left we had enough of the rude servers and lack of service. We went up to the cashier to pay our bill. The cashier rips the money and check out of my hand making the change fly everywhere. When we complained about the issues he stated "its busy and nothing I can do about it". We said to the cashier "if we wanted bad service and bad food we shoulda gone to Dennys" the cashier says "you should have then". We asked for the manager at this point. The manager comes out and after hearing our complaints responds with "well what do you want me to do about it?". Really? I get youre busy and understaffed but this level of service should get negative stars. Ive been to other IHOP locations on NPD and have never been treated like this or received service like this. Just an awful visit for me, the wife and kids.

Went there last night. Horrible, horrible server. No one, and I mean no one, was in the restaurant when we went in. We requested to sit by the window (we had our musical gear in the open Jeep), and he said those tables arent clean, and then just stared awkwardly for like, a minute. All of a sudden he says, "I could clean those for you?" Yeah, ya think? Jerk. Again, No one else was in there at that time, he forgot part of my order (the pre-salad), and then when it came he said they were out of the dressing I requested for my salad, which was to come BEFORE my burger which I already was now eating. And I requested that it come out beforehand... OOPS. I had to request all refills of water. this place sucks. Ive worked as a server. Bomb

Came here for breakfast and the waitress told me with my omelette you. Get pancakes, hash browns or toast. Extra for fruit. I told her that I wouldnt shave hash browns with a side of fruit. She said $1.49 extra for fruit I said that would be fine. I received my breakfast omelette and fruit only.bi told her I would like my hash browns she told me you dont get hash browns you ordered fruit. I paid $8.00 for omelette and $1.49 for fruit. This is wrong. She argued with me.bqe will never go back there again. Merry Christmas to me from a horrible waitress.

Went in for a breakfast with family. There were not many people here at all, yet the service is absolutely terrible. It took over 10 minutes to be seated and 45 minutes later, we hadnt even gotten our drinks yet. The server never once asked to refill our drinks, the burger buns were stale, and the omelet with American cheese literally just had two pieces of unmelted cheese laid on top. The empty coffee pot to be filled also had old dishwater in the bottom! Ive never had this bad of service at any restaurant and Im supremely disappointed.

The obnoxious and rambunctious employees of this location ruined the evening. They were as elementary students on a playground. While they played their games the desert in my water cup cried for rain. Their demenour was nothing close to professional. The other guests, whom I could hear, were agreeing with me. Employees trying to show customer service should not let the whole restaurant know that special orders are annoying, just after their guest made a special order.

Youd expect quality service especially when the place is close to empty but not this time. It seemed like there was only 1 lady running the entire place to start, she was inattentive, carefree, and more interested with talking to her friend that came in (not ordering anything) than serving paying customers that have already been waiting close to 5 minutes just for our drinks. Needless to say, we left and dont plan on returning to this specific location.

Dont go after midnight! The waiters seriously are rude, lazy, and naive. One waiter was walking around all mad and was mad cause she had to pick up a table and she dropped everything. Our waiter took 30 minutes to finally check on us. Was rude like it was busy when no one was even there. This is the only IHOP ive had a bad experience at after midnight

This specific location I will drive far out of my way to go to. The staff is amazing. Theyre friendly, efficient and really work hard to make sure your experience is great. The food is always delicious - made perfect in my pregnant opinion. We eat out a lot and Ive never been consistently happy with a restaurant like I always am with this location.

Everyone knows what IHOP is about. Its standard breakfast but with some funky pancake options. We went there last Sunday for breakfast at about 10am and only had to wait about 5 minutes. Good food, I wasnt expecting much, but I was surprised. One thing that sucked was that my glass of milk cost $2.50. That was VERY disappointing, but whatever.

We waited 40 minutes for our food when it wasnt even busy. When we finally got our food it was all so burned that my kids could barely eat it. We spoke to the manager, when we could finally pull him away from flirting with a server, and he could not have cared less. He basically had a "sucks to be you" attitude. I will never eat here again.

First inkling this place was lacking......bathroom smells like a port-a-potty. Then waiting for the warm syrup, to be told we had to "request it beforehand", and have never had to do this in any other IHOP. And last, had to ask for my biscuits and gravy to be warmed up. Was I Supposed to request this beforehand as well??

Just finished eating right now! Extremely Horrible Waitress！ With no manners and extremely bad attitude. Im a restaurant owner at Phoenix and I got off really late so I go to IHOP a lot. The worst experience I ever had!! If she works at my place, I definitely fire her right the way! I wish theres a zero star option!

The three of us had two medium pizzas. One pizza was pepperoni and the other chicken. We enjoyed both pizzas although the chicken was a bit bland. Interesting concept and we will return. Very crowded on the Friday night we attended. That being the case, we may visit another night sonwe can have better seating.

My wife and I stopped in here one afternoon for lunch for our first MOD Pizza experience. Certainly a different way of ordering a pizza - step up to a counter let them know what you want as they make it right there in front of you (almost Subway like) and one price for all the topping you would like...

Not sure why some people didnt like it, its good food either way! I really enjoy coming here when Im craving for some breakfast for dinner. My sister and her group of friends almost always hang out there in the middle of the night and its like their second home, love this place way more than Dennys.
