OVERVIEW I came here the other night with my wife and daughter. We just happened to be driving by and were hungry and were in the mood for Americanized Chinese Food made by Hispanics and Caucasians... When we received our food, every single table we tried to sit at was dirty. I cant understand why they couldnt spare one employee in the 8 o clock hour to clean the tables. LOCATION Located near Wal-Mart along a busy road is always a good choice PRICE Kind of the upper end of expensive for fast food. We bought two of those combos with three sides and one drink and it came to $19 something. We just shared what we had with our daughter. PRODUCT/SERVICE It took a while, and to make it longer, the teriyaki chicken had ran out, and when it came to the serving area, it had to be hand-cut, and even though it was hand-cut, it wasnt cut all the way through, about half of our chicken had to be ripped apart by hand... I have weak tastebuds when it comes to spicy things it is killer. I sampled the Orange Chicken and I didnt find it spicy, but when I ate several, then my tongue started to burn. EMPLOYEES The employees were nice, and looked clean. No much more to say.

I give 1 star not for the quality of the food but the quality of individuals working at the store. I made my order at the drive thru like normal people do. When I got to the window the guy handed me a receipt to make sure the order was correct. The order was wrong, I corrected them and told them that we didnt want mandarin chicken but instead we ordered black pepper chicken, our other side was orange chicken BTW. He asked me to pull around and wait, I decided to be nice and go in. They were utterly confused on me coming and tried recharging me for all my food again. I then again verified with the guy dishing up the food my order. I didnt feel it necessary to open it myself since he verbally read back my order correctly. I get home and I have pepper chicken and mandarin chicken "no orange chicken". Come on I can understand if I never clarified my order, but when I clarify to you twice and you are right in front of me... China may really just take over after all; the quality of American smarts has diminished.

A 15-20 minute wait in a drive through line is absurd. Drive through is supposed to be FAST and convenient. When I called from my car to see why I was still 4th in line after ordering 15 MINUTES PRIOR, the girl said it was because they ran out of chow mein and the person up front was waiting for it. 1) get on your game, man. Keep it stocked. 2) if you cant do that ask the people forcing the rest of us to sit there to pull around. There is no way to drive away in that line or I would have. Whats worse is the teenager who answered the phone was audibly making fun of me to other co workers when I called to ask what we were all waiting for. I could have (and should have) cooked a whole meal at home in the time it took me to wait there. This is the second time I have been trapped in line at this location. Do not use their drive through. If you are in a hurry, go somewhere else. Or stay home and cook. It will be twice as fast and taste better.

This location has never failed to disappoint me. Ive been trying to make the effort to drive to the Pleasant Grove location anytime I want Panda, but today due to being short on time I made the mistake of going to the AF location as it is just down the road from where I work. Of all the times Ive been there, my order comes out right only about 60% of the time and it ALWAYS takes way too long, both inside and at the drive through. Spent a little over 10 minutes in the drive through today only for my order to come out wrong. I should have known better than to go there after all of the poor experiences Ive had in the past. The food is decent, but definitely not up to par with other Panda Express locations. Overall I dont have much good to say about them. Its worth the drive to the Pleasant Grove location if you want decent & timely service.

such a bad experience at this location. i ordered food through the drive thru and was in a hurry to get back to work and starving. when i got back to work to open the bag and see the food i got i was super disappointed in what i saw. I got the bare end of the noodles in my bowl and it wasnt filled up at all there was barely any food in my bowl and that was so upsetting. Lunch is my main meal of the day since im so busy and this time i didnt even get enough to fulfill my hunger.. i also got the honey walnut shrimp and i barely got any of that too.. thats sad especially when they tell me im paying extra for it. i expect to at least get my moneys worth and not just 4 measly pieces. wish i could get my money back for this because i spent way more than what i got, but i guess you win some and lose some....

This has to be the worst run restaurant in their entire chain. You will always wait a minimum of 10 minutes at the drive thru, usually 30 minutes. For some reason they are always out of one or two entree items. When I say out, I mean they dont have it for the entire day. Save your time and go across the street to Temptasian. There seems to a lot of false reviews about this store. Notice the ones who mention the manager by name and his awesome changes. BOGUS REVIEWS!! Ive talked to the guy, didnt catch his name. Runs the store very poorly. Out of food and LONG wait times. Whats great about that. New visit in December. Once again, out of two of the entree items we ordered. Who runs this place? Wait time at drive thru 15 min. With no line in front of me either.

This restaurant is horrible. Aside from the subpar food, the customer service is horrendous. The wait times are ridiculous. I once tried to go through the drive through and ended up getting stuck in line for 45 minutes. If it werent for the 3 cars in front and behind me I would have gone in there and complained to the manager but by the time I got my food I was so fed up I had to leave! The employees are rude and slow, and they dont seem to care that their wait times are forever long. And even after all that you would expect the food at least to be fresh. (Because if Ive waited in line that long, that must mean all my food has been made from scratch, right?) WRONG. It was cold and burnt and tasted like it was a day old. I will NEVER eat here again.

This place is decent if you are craving some Chinese food and are on a budget. But, today when I came in to order my food, I seriously just stood there where you first order, for like 3 minutes. There was a girl stocking cups a few feet away from me, didnt even acknowledge my existence. There were three employees that I was near, all just talking to each other. No help from them either. Finally, when an employee came to help me, he was very rude. He treated me like I was interrupting his conversation. Didnt smile, didnt say hello. I felt like I was annoying him. Really? Poor costumer service. Even the Walmart treats their customers better.
