Too bad I couldnt give it a ZERO star!! I cant believe their average is 3.8 stars. What a joke!! I completely disagree - theres no way Oliver Garden delivers that kind of service. Seriously, the worst service I have ever seen in my 50 years of life - and Ive been to restaurants all over the world!! I expected to have the attention of my server, sufficient enough to remember what we ordered and to bring each course in the correct order. My server this time was Marshall. He pestered us to order the second we sat down. When we needed more time, we had to wait more than 10 minutes, and then had to resort to using their Ziosk (another annoying thing about Olive Garden) to alert him that we needed him to come take our order. Delivery of food....well, he had some guy from the back run the breadsticks out immediately, and then.....NOTHING. We sat and sat. Finally, he shows up with the entrees - did you see a mention of soup / salad? No? Thats because he forgot. Was he busy? Yes. He was busy snapping a towel at some girl in passing, chatting it up with two other tables, chatting it up in the back with a couple other servers. He realized he forgot the soup / salad in the middle of serving the entrees....and then he asks us, "Do you still want them?". What? Finally, after another 5 minutes, he brings out the soup and salad. And to top it off, the soup was the wrong one. Sadly, we felt so annoyed - awkward - like we were not welcome or valued - we just kept quiet and ate a little, then decided to settle the check and leave. How was the food? The Portobello Ravioli was huge, and were no sun-dried tomatoes on top. What was on top were regular "out of the can" stewed tomatoes. And the Steak Gorgonzola w/Fettucini Alfredo? Yea, more like Fettucini Gorgonzola with steak tips. It was so overpowering I couldnt eat it. Did I mention he brought us bread sticks only 15 minutes after he said he would bring us more breadsticks - about 2 minutes before I paid and left? What a waste. He got a penny tip and a curt note about how awful a server he turned out to be. So disappointed - wont ever go there again. Oh, after another server delivered our "take-home" boxes and realized we had a rough go, the manager comes to our table...and what did he expect? For me to make a scene right there and then? Service and food - terrible.

Worst experience. I have gone to Olive Garden several times and everytime I order the 5 Cheese Ziti with alfredo sauce instead of marinara. I have never had a problem ordering this until this last time. The waiter just kept telling me that I was just ordering alfredo and so I asked about the 5 cheeses and told him I didnt want the long noodles. He said the 5 cheeses are in the marinara sauce, so I told him to do alfredo sauce and then add the 5 cheeses, but he said that wasnt possible. So either their sauces arent made fresh on location or he was lying. He finally said hed put in my order and "see what the kitchen will do with it". Well, my food came out and it was the EXACT opposite of what I asked for. I had the long noodles AND marinara sauce. Funny thing, they did the exact same thing to my sisters order, too. The waiter offered to take them back, but was very rude about it. We choked down a couple bites and then took home the leftovers to give to our husbands because theyll eat about anything and they didnt even like it. It was AWFUL. Oh, also, the breadsticks have been super hard the last few times Ive gone. Maybe its just this location.....awful food and TERRIBLE service. I have found an AMAZING alfredo recipe to make at home, so I wont be needing Olive Garden anymore :) thanks for the waste of mine and my sisters money.

My husband and I and our daughter went to dinner here a few nights ago. We have lived locally for the last 20 years, so this is "our" location. In all the years we have been coming here, this night was by far the BEST EVER! Not sure if its under new management, but there was a BIG difference in customer satisfaction. All our courses came out hot and in a timely manner. Landon was phenomenal, treated us like we were at an upscale restaurant. There were a couple of small mistakes made with our order, and instead of trying to hide it and just apologize, Landon had the manager come and check to see if everything was corrected to our liking. At the end, dessert was on them. We sat at table 214, which is kiddy corner to the front desk. This table shares a wall with the other section. I sat next to this wall that is open, with wrought iron, to the other tables on the other side of the wall. All I could hear was the gentlemens conversations thru the wrought iron. It was very bothersome. SUGGESTION: move the wrought iron to the top of the opening, to keep the Tuscan theme, and put a solid barrier at least 3 ft high at the bottom.

Called ahead to reserve a spot. Our group of three arrived at the exact time instructed by the hostess on the phone. When we got there they acted as if we hadnt made a reservation. The main hostess told us it would be "2 minutes" and had us wait in the entrance of the dining area. After about 15 minutes I started to get irritated. There were 4 parties of three, there AFTER us that were seated before we were. The hostess were very unprofessional and unfriendly. They sat at the front gossiping and eating candy instead of doing their jobs. Finally I complained about the wait, the hostess had totally forgot that we were waiting for her to seat us! I cant imagine how she could we were literally standing about 4 feet in front of her the whole time. We finally got seated, the manager came over to speak to us, he was great. We also loved our waitress. My experience was excellent once we got to our seats. But before that it was downright painful.

Olive garden has been a favorite of mine since the first time I went there. The food is always good and the staff is generally very nice. On this particular visit, it took 45 minutes to get a table, which for a Friday night isnt terrible, but it would take a lot less time if they would take reservations. The waitress was nice and even provided some dipping sauce for the breadsticks upon request, and some breadsticks to go for everyone. The food was also fairly quick for how busy they were. I do wish they offered more of a drink variety in the non-alcoholic drinks. Particularly, I would like to see strawberry and other flavors of lemonade. We had a great time talking and were there way past the time we finished our meal, and the staff didnt seem to have a problem with it. Overall, a great experience.

The manager is very handsome and kind. Made you feel addressed as soon as you walked in. But then I noticed after he left the other three girls up front just let people stand in limbo. I was there for a to go order and a huge group came in behind us and the girls didnt say anything. Even if the the staff knew what was going on the guests all lined up behind me like they didnt know what was going on. The girls acted like they could care less. The food was great. Did the 5 cheese ravioli. Yummy for sure. Bread sticks a little dry. The Chicken Fettuccini had little sauce and was dry. It was my hot order and was still not that good. But my take one home was great. Ill be back for sure for the 5 cheese ♡ This was not meant to sound mean. I just know detailed feed back is appreciated.
