Been here with a few times with my wife using the drive thru. It never fails to disappoint. .Examples are. Order is mixed up, go in and get it fixed., Items I or my wife wanted were not ready so ploeae pull around by the door on the other side and wait ten minutes or just tell them forget the order I am leaving. Out of 5 visits. Only 1 went according to the way we ordered with out a wait time or change what I want I wanted to order. Never Going Back.

Was greeted with welcome to A&W what do you want? Then when I mentioned I only wanted a mini polar swirl I was told that sit Ill meet you at the second window waited 5 minutes at the second window watch to people inside the store not once was a even acknowledged the gentleman then came to the window started doing something on the computer for another two minutes and never acknowledged me finally I drove off without my polar squirrel and without paying

All I ever get is the rootbeer in a frosty mug. Great deal for some great rootbeer. Great place to hang with the boys and get our hands on some crispy cold ones. Manager talked to us and help lift up the squad when we were having a rough time, mad respect for mr manager.

No rootbeer? Seriously - went to the drive through, asked for a gallon of rootbeer, and was told, "Ummm....we dont have any." No rootbeer at A&W Rootbeer restaurant?!? Its like no pizza at Little Caesars!

The service was slow and the order was inaccurate. The employees seemed to be having a bad day. Hopefully todays service was just a fluke. My family will not be returning
