I would think twice about coming to this particular Taco bell store. My sister drove over there to pick up some food for our family. We had $30 worth of food that she ordered. When she came home she showed up with 4 drinks and 6 tacos. She mentioned that there was a girl who was really rude. So yeah the order was wrong of COURSE. So I drove up to that taco bell with my sister to double check the order so they can fix it. I knocked on their front door (10:02pm closed), and they see the bag of their product in my hand. They yell out, sorry we are close!! It took them a good minute to finally open the door, but instead of saying "hey, was there something we can help you with?" No, in fact that same girl that got the order wrong told us that we cant come in, and that they were closed. We know that! You guys need to fix our order. So then she comes out with the manager. You think when you speak to a manager, you will get your problem solved and then you wait for an apology of some sort. NO!!!! This guy has the nerve to accuse my family and I of eating the food and then coming back to get more. Are these guys high or drunk?? It sure as heck seemed like it. So that same girl that "helped" my sister blames everything on my sister because she was "confusing" when she ordered everything. This place is ridiculous! On top of that. a whole staff of employees came out to there little camp out in the back of the store where the dumpsters where at to smoke. Who cares about customer service right? They had what seemed like 10 cars in their drive thru line. This place sucks! Customers shouldnt be treated this way. The managers name was Ortega. He should be written up for letting this happen.

Went there for some burritos and tacos to go, nothing fancy. Got home and found they only gave me half of what I ordered, so I had to drive all the way back to get what I paid for. Once I got there, the employee took a while to get me my order, because they were too busy socializing in the back (plus I was the only one in the store) and when they finally gave me my food, they didnt even apologize or offer any type of compensation. When I finally got back home to eat, half of my burritos werent the ones I ordered, but at this point I didnt want to bother driving back again. Overall, very poor and unprofessional customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

I seem to have a problem with finding Taco Bells in the area that puts the correct amount of meat in the taco, this place does it right. This place has 2 flaws: 1) there have been a couple times that I order a non-promotional item and get the promotional item anyway 2) for some reason all of the hard shell tacos get completely soaked in the few minutes I drive back to work with my food so ive converted to only ordering soft shells

This place was DISGUSTING!!! The lobby was so dirty, I didnt feel safe sitting down. There was not a single clean table there, and we were back-seated to the drive thru. It took over 5 minutes to get our stale food and even less to throw it away and go to the Wendys next door. I wish there was a way to give this 0 stars because even 1 star is a compliment

They made me wait 20 Minutes in the parking lot after Id gone through the drive thru then I had to go in to remind them I was there and waiting. Staff was rude, cashier too busy with her high school social group who hangs out in the lobby to pay attention to customers. Oh and the tacos were tiny and they forgot the sauce/napkins. AVOID THIS LOCATION

It has been a while since I have eaten here, the last time I did I actually found a piece of plastic in my burrito, it was the strip cut from a plastic bag, I could not even believe it. When I went back to tell them about it they did not care and actually seemed as though I was bothering them. I will never eat here again.

So first the door was locked 30 minutes prior to closing. As we walked up to the door the General Manager also walked in and unlocked the door. She was mad that they locked the door and made it a point to give us great service. I have gone here for years never had any problems.

The food is pretty good, exactly what youd expect from a taco bell. The only reason Im giving three stars is because they are so slow. They take forever to take your order and then you wait for a while to get your food. It seems a little unorganized.

Stopped at 7p on Saturday night. I counted 4 employees and it took over 15 minutes to get our order...which was wrong. Just to put a little extra on the visit, the music was turned up loud enough that we couldnt carry on a conversation.

Beyond terrible management of this location. Unmotivated staff, very poor accuracy, and VERY poor quality of food that is on par with food that is unsafe to consume. Take heed to the other reviews on here and simply avoid this location.

I go there quite often, and the guy who works the register is very friendly.... But everybody else in the kitchen suck!!! when my order was done, the guy literally threw the tray on the counter. The Baja blast is quite good though.

Surprisingly helpful and friendly staff the day we went. The food is consistent with Taco Bells flavor and texture. :) He let my kids sample the slushies. We went during happy hour, so the drinks and slushies were only one dollar.

Completely awful. Waited in the drive through for over an hour, then didnt receive a receipt or all of my food. I live in lehi so I obviously wasnt going back after I got home to have it fixed. Extremely displeased and annoyed.

I had to argue with staff and manager about how they forgot items on my order and the manager accused me of eating food aND bringing it up even tho I was at the front counter the whole time and was ultimately kicked out

The staff is rude, they actually hide the hot sauce so you have to ask for it and then seem disturbed if you ask for more than one packet per item.
