Every time I order a pizza from this location, I tell myself that it will be the last time. After my 4th or 5th, last time... I will never order from this location again. The food is sub-par if you are being gracious. The service is beyond horrible with phones being answered with, "pizza hut, what do you need made?" I ordered a pizza at 1:06pm, got a call at 2:36pm from a delivery driver. Her excuse when she arrived was that my pizza was dropped on thr floor but she was nice enough to offer me the parts that didnt hit the floor in a separate box. Everything was luke warm and tasted pretty bland. The pizza that wasnt dropped on the floor was burnt to the point the crust has a distinct clang when it was picked up, very rigid, and tapped against the counter top. I am astonished that businesses like this remain in operation. I am beyond amazed that a chain as large as PizzaHut allows the management staff to go unchecked. Thank you for firing me as a customer, Pizzahut. I will not forget how much you have let me down.

Horrible service, I called them and I specifically told them my order for my pizza and the deatils so they could deliver. .They told me my order would be there in 75 minutes. thats a long time to wait. Anyways I waited for over two hours for my order arrive no one came so I called them back and the manager looked up my order and said that they never wrote down my order when the girl that took my order told me it would be there in 75 minutes.the manager seemed to be a young unexperienced teenage boy who was clueless of how to handle to situation he didnt even apologize for the inconvenience or for even thier mistakes. He seemed very careless. If you want pizza or at least for someone to take your order do not order from this location.I am very displeased not because I didnt get my food but because of how careless the staff was and how rude they were.

Absolutely terrible service. I got there and waited for 30 minutes. During that time, I had 6 people come in and get their food before me. When I asked what the hell was taking so long, it was found that my pizza was all boxed, ready to go, but just sitting there out back. Nobody knew it was there or didnt care. Then because I was there so long they tried to get me to pay again because they had no idea I had already done so. Why? Because they had people taking turns working the register. THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED. They didnt even apologize for making me wait. I almost beat their @sses.

Bad customer service and missing ingredients. My son got a reading award at school, which was a free personal pizza. I followed the directions to use it online, brought him to the store and gave the guy the coupon. He just took it and still tried to charge me full price. I argued back and forth with him until he finally fixed it. I paid for the other pizza and left. When I got home, I realized that the supreme pizza was missing olives and the cheese wasnt melted. This is the last time I go to pizza hut. Next time Ill just buy my son a whole pizza from little caesars. Itll be cheaper anyway.

Dont even deserve one star!!! Never seen anything like it! Guy at counter opens the pizza (letting it get cold) and says, "Oh wow, there isnt hardly any bacon, oh there is a couple pieces on that one piece." And I agree and told him theres only a couple flecks on the one piece. He says - "yeah it might cost a lot more money for that topping." I couldnt believe it. He doesnt offer anything - like to remake a new one. I asked him where the mgr is and he said, "well hes busy in the back." So he tells me how much and I pay and leave. Never go there! They are horrible!!!

This is just a bad location with terrible customer service. I dont understand how it still open with all of the bad reviews that is getting I even get better customer service at little ceasars. I like the pizza they make but the management and customer service is a joke. They cant get my order correct with rude customer service that are not willing to listen to you. I would like to know whose the franchise owner of this location because apparent there has been a lot of people complaining and no one has done anything to resolve the problem. its pathetic.

We order pizza here every Tuesday and Im never disappointed. I love their hut favorite crust flavor and they do a good job and putting enough pepperoni on the pizza. Me only complaint is that the wings definitely are not worth the price. I also never pay full price for food because they always have deals online or I use the coupon they email me. They are always friendly when I pick up my order and its always ready when it should be.

Just terrible. Cant get orders correct. Cant deliver on time. Just really Bad. I wrote to the corporate office and they said the manager would call me. It took two hours to get my pizza and when I did the order was completely wrong! Jessh! Bad customer service. Shut this down and get a real pizza joint in Saratoga Springs. I told them never mind. So bad Ill drive to Draper to get pizza. Booo! BAD BAD BAD!

The pizza as okay. Looks like I got a medium when I ordered a large. But what bugged me the most was the shadiness of how the place looks. With the covered up windows that makes it looked boarded up and the how dirty it looks. I did not know I lived in a bad neighborhood or American Fork or it is a secret place that I need to say a password to get in.

Terrible service, terrible pizza. We ordered a pizza with pepperoni and bacon. Each slice had maybe one tiny cube of bacon and very little pepperoni, when we asked for a manager they said he was busy. We called again later and they said the manager would be in the next day. This place is a joke and their customer service is terrible.

bad customer service. took 15 minutes longer than what they said it would take for them to make it and there was literally no other orders that night. we looked in the back and the lady making the pizza wasnt wearing any gloves. a new customer came in and nobody came to help him for over 10 minutes so he decided to leave.

It took nearly 15 minutes to place my delivery order on the phone after I had to spell the directions to the person taking my order they been charged the wrong amount to my credit card and had to void the payment and recharge it it was like pulling teeth to order a simple pepperoni give me a break

Service sucks and they dont care. Missed delivery by 30 minutes and pizzas had been sitting for 30 minutes before it was delivered and was cold and soggy. Didnt get pizzas until after 10 pm! Night manager blamed it on employees, didnt bother to call. Need more training or new manager.
