I wasnt expecting anything special from a taco bell, but I was completely shocked by the customer service I recieved. The food was timely and tasted like mana from God. Plus, that rumor you always hear about mexican food causing bathroom issues, not true. My bowels are in bliss. But all that is not the reason for my critique. It was the outstanding service of the on-duty manager I spoke with. She approached me with a walk that showed her to be confident and graceful. Her hair (although tied back) was soft and long, reminding me of a great lionesses mane that sways in the wind before a hunt. Her eyes looked into mine as if reading my very soul. Not in an intimidating way, but a calm steady look that says "I know who you are and what secerets you hide. But you are beautiful with all your faults and I accept you." This womens beautiful frame was strong yet incredibly feminine. And when she spoke to me it was like the voice of a slighty angry angel. Over all I would recomend going to this particular taco bell to anyone with eyes and a desire to live.

Dearest Taco Bell Customers, here I was sitting at my new years eve party when I realized that my tummy was rumbling. Nothing sounded more delicious to me than a beefy 5 layer burrito. So I roll out of my house, drive 3 miles to the nearest American fork taco bell, and pull up to the drive through. Then I wait... and wait, and wait. Nothing. So I pull up to the window to see if there is life and theyre having a hoot back there. Throwing hot sauce packets at eachother, and laughing. So I call in to see their hours (understanding they may be different due to new years eve) and I sit there and watch the employee answer the phone, continue to then look me in the eye, see that Im on the phone, and then watch them hang up on me. The customer service here was absolutely atrocious. Never again will I ever be attending this taco bell, and neither should you. The one in Lehi (just 2 miles up the road) is fire. Phenominal. Highly reccomended. But do not waste your time here.

Look I get it, you eat at taco bell because sometimes we make questionable decisions in life. But trust me. This shouldnt be one of them. If reviews on the internet mean anything to your taco bell experience, avoid this one at all costs. Took me and the 4 other customers in the store about 15-20 minutes to get our food, not a single person left happy, there was no reason for such a long wait. Tables were dirty, employees werent helpful, and didnt receive a "sorry for the wait" or anything. Obviously the food was just as mediocre as any other taco bell location, but the service experience was far lower. Avoid at all costs.

Awful service. Messed up order. Went back. Waited 20 minutes to get right order. Still was messed up but got the right amount of food so I just left. Didnt want to spend an hour of my night at Taco bell. Dakota who I believe is the supervisor was throwing peoples orders onto the counter and swearing in the back. I left and he was taking a smoke break venting to anoyher emotes right in front of the store. About as bad as it gets. Never going back

This location is aweful! I went to this location ordered not even 2 meals with separate orders in the same car. Our first order was prompt and we were semi impressed, the second took them 20 minutes with them standing around the kitchen then they came to the window apologized and gave us the food that was sitting on the counter the whole time. Very poor customer service I will not be returning! I would rate 0 if possible

Im annoyed l. I ordered 2 crunch wraps. No one was behind me and it wasnt busy at all, the lady at the drive thru made me "pull around" and she would bring it right out to me. 15 minutes later she brings it out, I could even leave because I already paid. I think its rude to have people pull around! Especially when there is no one behind me!!! What a joke

The worst taco bell out there!! I keep trying to come back because other taco bells are "ok" but every time I make it to this location I have the worst experience. Something off with the oil. Nasty food. Cheese not even melted. I spent this night throwing up so far. I am moving on from taco bell. And you really need to avoid this one!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Taco Bell! They always give quality food. Always such a great selection and growing. This location even asked if I wanted sauce, usually they dont and then I forget so I leave without sauce. :( got the locos tacos and my wife got the new black bean burrito. Both were new menu items, both were excellent!

For the most part, they are always pretty fast, and very friendly, however they do mess up the orders, I always use the drive thru because I am disabled, and I get home and the order is messed up, they always replace it, but it would be better to get it right the first time, and less costly for them.

It took 30 minutes to get my order and when I got it, it was wrong. I ate it anyway as I didnt have another 30 min to wait for them to correct it. There were lots of mad people waiting for food orders. I would avoid this location or go thru the drive thru as they seemed to cater to thrm.

I get the 5 layer every single time at least twice a week, the burrito varies, sometimes its full, and sometimes they get lazy and make it the tiniest little burrito I have ever seen, just keep them full and Ill change it to 5 stars.

Food tasted great! Got food in a good amount of time. Clean environment. They welcomed us when we walked in! (-1 star for overcooking the quesadilla a bit and my Chipotle Chicken Griller had too much tortilla and not enough filling)

My wife and I had two bad experiences at this Taco Bell. I hopped on here to see what the community said and yep, it appears unanimous: The Taco Bell in American Fork is terrible! I will never go back.

I know its fast food but when when you actually find a lugi in your kids drink that just makes it that much worse and if the worker did that to kids drink just think what might be hidden in your food

Website said they close at 1 am on Saturday. Went through the drive-thru at midnight and told us they were closed. The guy working said they "got a new schedule" and couldnt help us. Right.

Its an older taco bell and the facility isnt all that great. It doesnt look and feel all too clean but its clean. The staff is nice and helpful. Quick and easy for some food
