This is the absolute worst place to eat. I am not just talking Asian food, the worst food in general. I have eaten at some bad places, but this one takes the cake. The service was piss poor, we werent greeted when we came in, and awkwardly stood there for a few minutes till I had to pull a waiter aside and ask to be seated. Once we were seated we were greeted by a monstrosity of a waitress. A normal waitress will either hand you your silverware / straws, or gently place them on the table. Not her, because she was so obese, her little stumpy arms couldnt reach the table, so she just rudely tossed them in our general direction, mine slid off of the table and landed on the floor... Finally, once we received our food, I was so excited to just put something tasty in my mouth. To my dismay, the Orange Chicken I had ordered tasted like hot garbage, the consistency was all wrong, it had a hard shell on the outside, and the chicken on the inside was DRY. The orange flavoring was horrid. The rice was not any better, it was crunchy... WAY under-cooked. At this point, I want to just rinse my mouth out. Oh but wait, the waitress has not filled our water cups let alone come back to our table once to ask how everything was. After about 10 minutes, I have to flag her down to come to our table, and get us waters, as well as my egg drop soup that she forgot. When she brings out the egg drop soup, it was scalding hot, I wait for it to cool down to a temperature that a human mouth can withstand, and try it. It tastes like boiled water with an egg dropped lazily in there. There was NO flavor, and NO consistency to this soup. It was boiled water. We get up to go and pay, and the waitress comes up the front, and sits on a bench, because her body can not physically stand standing for more than a few seconds it seems. (Which makes sense why she never came to our table) She then starts asking my wife why we didnt eat all of our food, my wife bluntly tells her it tasted terrible. And she then has the audacity to ask my wife if she wanted us to box up our food to go. (nice gesture, but terrible timing) My wife tries to be polite, and says no thank you. and then again, she goes, oh, I bet it is too tempting... as if we would ever want to eat this food again, especially microwaved.....my wife just stares at her... like really... you would as that. I finish paying, and promptly walk out the door never to return.

Decent food but TERRIBLE customer service. My first encounter with their terrible customer service was a few years ago when my entire meal (dishes that I usually liked) tasted like cigarette smoke and they refused to refund my meal. Today I used their online ordering service to order two lunch specials within the lunch time frame. However, I got a call back from them after ordering and they said that they didnt do lunch specials on Sunday. I asked, since it was their own website glitch that allowed me to order the meal, if they would still honor the price. Nope. Last time I give this place a chance. From now on Ill be eating at China Express in Eagle Mountain.

This Restaurant is a hole. Dirty eating area, dirty bathroom. food tasted like it had been sitting for day. Looks like there are several 5 star rating, but i think thats based more on the quantity of food they serve and the cheap lunch specials. I guess if you just want a cheap lunch and you dont care what it tastes like, this may be the place for you - but if you are grading the restaurant based on the environment (dirty) and the food quality (piss-poor) then this is a 1 star all the way and would recommend you go elsewhere.

We have eaten there many times. For the best dinner experience, go with at least 4 people as many dishes are served "family style" and you get to share with each other, and try several dishes. Hot and Sour Soup was very good as was the Lemon Chicken, Orange Peel Beef and Broccoli Beef. The Sweet and Sour chicken was good, but didnt stand out like the other meals. Service was very friendly and efficient. We always start with the chicken lettuce wraps which have always been very good.

Best Chinese food in the world!! Seriously. The first time I ate here I couldnt believe it. Everything is good. The sweet and sour soup is amazing, the cream cheese wontons are the best Ive ever had! And their entrees are to die for. Everyone with chicken so far has been amazing. The chicken is cooked so perfectly. Crispy outside, juicy inside. The lemon chicken is my favorite! You have to try it. I crave this place regularly! It will become your favorite too!

By far my favorite chinese restaurant in Utah County. I go here for lunch quite often and really enjoy it. Not only do they give generous portions, but their food is really good as well as their service. I usually get their Orange Peel chicken, but Ive had a few other items as well and have not been disappointed. Their lunch prices are pretty low and it comes with a variety of food (soup, egg roll, and rice). Highly recommended!

We loved the General Tao chicken. This place had the best hot and sour soup weve ever had. I liked the hot and sour soup better than the egg flower soup- and thats hard to do. Its pretty inexpensive and you get great variety with the lunch special. They did get the extras mixed up, but it didnt matter because my husband and i shared anyway. They also gave me the wrong soup and thats why i rated the service only good.

Normally this is my favorite local Chinese food. But today I ordered the lunch special with my usual favorite Lo Mein (as a substitute for fried rice). The Lo Mein tasted like cigarette smoke and it had contaminated the taste of everything touching it on the plate. I asked for a refund because I had only tasted the food. They refused. Wont be eating here again. Terrible customer service is unacceptable.

Ick. We ordered a family special with a couple of substitutions. The orange chicken was soggy. The broccoli beef was grizzly with what tasted like canned gravy. The Shrimp Almond Ding was acceptable, but salty. The fried rice was like bad rice a roni. The paper-wrapped chicken was squished together chicken parts in foil. This is the last time I will patronize this restaurant.

Best Chinese in Utah County!! Service is hit and miss and the place isnt anything fancy, but its a great place. The food is amazing and has huge portions for a great price. The people are kind and its a quite place. Honestly if they had a bigger sign and spruced up the place they would be booming!!!! Me and husband will continue to go there for a very long time :)

Seems to be a whole brand new staff here. The dinner servings are a lot of food, and the lunch menu is typically under 7 dollars. 10x better than any panda express or buffet place. edit - update: "To Go" lunch portions have been shrinking the last month. 7 dollars should buy more food. dinner portions are still same size.
