A fantastic restaurant for families, friends, dates, or just to grab a good bite of Korean food. I have been here several times with my family and have always been impressed with the taste, presentation, and plating of the food. Out of three Korean restaurants in Provo I think they have the best side dishes (panchan), hands down. They also recently repainted and decorated the interior. I was a little surprised about the review saying the restaurant was unsanitary. I have been here a dozen or so times and never noticed any amount of uncleanliness. So last time I went, I asked the owner about it and she told me, and showed me, that they had scored top marks on their county health safety exam for cleanliness and proper food handling. So, I dont understand where that accusation comes from. Overall a great little place to eat quality and authentic Korean food. If you like spicy food my recommendation is the Jaeyook Bokum.

Fusion is my go-to restaurant. I have eaten here more than any other restaurant in Provo. Everything on the menu is excellent. My favorites are the seafood pancake, spicy pork, and beef bulgogi. My husband and I usually order one appetizer and one entree to share and we always have extra to take home. Before tip, we pay less than $20. The restaurant is owned by a nice Korean lady who is also the cook. Her sons are the servers. The service can be a little slow sometimes, but the food is WELL worth it. Sam Hawk doesnt even begin to compare. The food there is bland and overpriced compared to Fusion. Fusion is a "hole in the wall" type of restaurant and you will definitely not regret going to eat there!

My friend and I came here in a hurry and asked if we could get a take out order, in as quick as ten minutes they brought out some of the most delicious food Ive eaten in Provo. I ordered the spicy chicken and it was out of this world, very delicious broth and tasty side dishes of sprout salad, Kimchi and a perfectly cooked mound of rice. Very fresh, hot, and delicious meal in such a short amount of time, we were very impressed.Very nice atmosphere, the inside is warm and welcoming with lots of beautiful live plants along the entrance, extremely polite staff. I highly recommend this restaurant if youre in the mood for Korean, or just an outstanding oriental meal in general.

I cant say Im any type of Korean food expert, but the little I have experienced/tried supports this place as being the best Korean food Ive had in Utah so far. Among the competition, Fusion stands out as my absolute favorite. The Bulgogi is great and sizzling, the soups are served at a vigorous boil, and the kimchi is just as kimchi-y as you would want. Great flavor and really decent portions. The service is a bit slow and drinks are not super easy to get refilled multiple times (even water) and its just barely more pricey than I would say is fair. Not enough negative to take a full star, and the positives more than make up for any small nitpicks.

Decided to try this place instead of Sam Hawk. I regret it. I got my food to go. First off, it was really expensive! I got Kimchi Chigae with tuna($1) and an extra side of Kimchi($1). Rice, and two small helpings of ban chan were included. All of that cost $15! Way expensive. It should be half that. If there were more ban chans included I could see paying $7 or $8 for it all. The food in the end was good. Their menu looked interesting. Looks like theyre adding things like bacon to traditional dishes. I regretted trying this place knowing that my normal Korean restaurant, Sam Hawk, was only 3 minutes away. I wont go back.

Dont even waste your time and money at this place!!!! I went there for lunch last week w friends because I saw the good reviews on it . But this is sooo false. First of all the waiter is not friendly at all he looked scared. Second the two cooks were just chatting away sitting on the chairs till 15 min. later passed and they finally went to the kitchen. We thought it was gonna start smelling like food and pans frying but all we heard was a microwave go on and beep that the food was done. Then it was brought to us. Very long wait time when its only 3 ppl waiting for their lunch. (Us).

My husband and I go to Fusion almost on a weekly basis (probably would go more if we could). Sometimes there is a long wait (Friday nights usually) but otherwise they are fast. The food is always worth a wait though. Lots of flavor and the side dishes are yummy and add variety. Service is friendly. We love the duk poki (sp?), beef bulgogi, kim pop, and the jap chae. We need to venture out a bit more, Im sure everything else is good too. We are devoted fans. Best Korean food in town. The other places weve been to were just pretty good and were bland in comparison.

Waited OVER AN HOUR for our food for a table of three. They decided to serve a large party instead. The worst part is the waitresses kept lying to us. One waitress told us a certain aspect to the meal was taking a long time to cook. However, another told us that they hadnt even started making our food. Luckily we knew Korean so we knew what they were saying about the food. Its really sad this happened because I was a loyal customer for 3 years and this is probably the best Korean food in Utah County (if you actually get served your food).

I went in there with my sister and Mom but we didnt actually end up eating there. we walked in and walked right back out. We were too discusted to eat there because it smelled like sewage. I know sometimes asian food has a strange smell but this smelled like sometime went and took a poop right in the middle of the restaurant and then put a fan in front of it and blew the smell all over. It was the weirdest thing. We couldnt believe how bad it smelled and that it smelled like poop of all things!! I wonder if one of their toilets exploded.

I went to Fusion with a smile on my face and left with an even bigger one. I loved the service, food and price. They were very nice to me. The chef came over and helped me mix my bi bim bop, because I had no clue what I was doing. Very sweet service, nicest service and the food tasted amazing. I also got the egg roll there, I couldnt finish it I was so full. sorry Fusion :U. I hope you guys are here to stay because you dont see a lot of korean restaurants around. and I will return next week. Thanks (n_n)

We went for Fathers Day and when we pulled up were a little skeptical but the staff/owners were very friendly and made every effort to make our visit a pleasant one from turning on a movie for my niece, lowering the shades when the sun was going down without being asked, checking in with us on our food and assisting us in ordering. The food was great and very delicious, we had everything from terriyaki chicken to squid. I would definitely go again!
