The food is great, but customer service is not priority. I have been treated poorly by the manager, and by the staff. I was once eating with someone else and the staff continuously interrupted me asking if something was wrong with my meal because I wasnt eating fast enough. We werent there for a long amount of time before this began. It happened at least 5 times before we left. It was humiliating. So, I decided to give them another chance. I went a few times with very little incident, but I always felt uncomfortable. I could see them watching me eat. Then, I went today and it was the final straw. My mother ordered Pad Thai with teriyaki sauce. This is something she has ordered several times in the past. Today, the owner informed her that he would put it on the side but would not put it on the noodles. Confused, we asked why, and he got angry and said it "didnt go together". I informed him that we had eaten it that way many times from his establishment and we would appreciate it if he did it then. He got angry, ladled three scoops into the noodles and said, "Fine, Ill do it. What do I know. Im just the guy who makes the menu." We informed him that if he was going to have an attitude, then he could keep it. Please understand, there was no sign informing us of this going in. This was for a custom bowl which is part of his menu. The custom bowl states that YOU choose a bowl, a sauce, a protein, a veggie, and a garnish. Apparently, you only get to choose what he says you get to choose. He treated us like we were disgusting. What was disgusting was his attitude. I wont be going back. The food is not worth being treated that way.

IF YOU DONT LIKE WHAT YOU ORDER SPEAK UP WHILE YOUR THERE! THEY CARE AND WILL FIX IT. This place deserves 5 stars due to their customer service. The food has a great concept non gmo, gluten free, real cane sugar, vegetarian options etc but the dish I ordered, pad thai, tofu with thai chili sauce wasnt all that satisfying and I guess my body language or lack of consumption triggered Rosario, an employee there to approach us to ask how everything was. (Side note being in management for several years and now a business owner of 2 businesses, Employees like Rosario are hard to come by ) I expressed that I wasnt fond of my dish and she asked all the right questions for example, what flavors do I look for in Asian Cusine and it resulted in her bringing me a sauce she mixed (soyginger & teriyaki ) which was truly delectable, Id highly recommend it but needless to say she made a potentially dissatisfied meal into an enjoyable one. Also, another employee asked us how our meal was after wards, (he was from Mexico I believe I didnt think to ask him for his name!, ugh) but I was happily able answer with a positive response. :) Anyways ,I rarely hear of people (myself as well) giving credit to those few and far between employees with loyalty, positively driven ethic and with above and beyond customer service skills even though they are probably making a less than livable wage. So I am going to be better at spot lighting employees such as Rosario. Thank you ! And the next Im in American Fork, Filling my ink cartridges at ThinkInk, Ill be stopping in.

OVERVIEW - 4.2 Came here last night after aimlessly driving around trying to find a place to eat. We wanted to eat somewhere wed never been before. We saw their building from the distance and made our way to their restaurant. LOCATION - 4 Not too bad of a location. We saw it easily from the back-road we were on. Im not sure if it is seen from State Street. PRICE - 4 The price wasnt too bad. Just slightly more than I was anticipating. It totaled around 23 bucks for two adults and a 4 year old. PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5 I ordered the Sweet & Sour Chicken Pad Thai. It was simply amazing! This was a recommended dish as it was on a paper that mentioned some of their most popular dishes. I was simply impressed. I also got a soft drink. It was odd because it was "organic" soda. The taste was a little off but it fitted the need. POINTERS/PERKS - 5 If youre unsure of anything that is to be included in your dish, they will give you a little sample. Also if you get a kids meal, be sure to get an extra little cup of sauce, as it wasnt enough for our daughter to put on her rice. EMPLOYEES - 3 The employees are friendly, although I was slightly bothered by a little round girl probably about 10 taking my order on the register, and then I saw her later cleaning the windows.

Ate here tonight for the first time and everyone *loved* it -- even my two picky kiddos. The employees gave great suggestions and were so friendly. The sweet-and-sour chicken is delicious, especially topped with a mixture of sweet chili sauce and massaman curry. The pad Thai noodles were super tasty, and the lettuce wraps were outstanding (that mango chutney is AWESOME). Both of my kids loved the teriyaki sauce. The portions of the food here are generous (a kids meal would suffice for an adult), and everything is fresh and yummy. Well definitely be back!!

Its hard to order because you have no real staple combinations and zero suggestions really. However the food is excellent and you just need to order as you go down the line the things you always love and youll build your favorite. The point is everything tastes good together here. I dont love hard to order places but this Asian Kitchen is a must if you havent tried it before. I have posted their menu here but again dont be shy and ask what to order like I see everyone do just start at the front and pick what you like and get ready to enjoy!

Went to check out this new place with 6 co workers during lunch. All of them had similar feedbacks. The environment and the service was good, but it failed in the main area, food. The precooked flat noodles were soggy and not good. Also same goes for the curry. Not sure if with Rice it would made the curry taste better or not. One of my co-worker tried the Banh mi and also commented it was underwhelming. Might give this place another try, but the first impression food-wise was not good.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this place. Ingredients were fresh and my meal was the perfect amount to fill me up for lunch. One of the employees saw me trying to figure out the menu and helpfully explained some of the items and gave recommendations. I went with their MYO Bowl with grilled chicken, brown rice, green beans, and soy ginger sauce. I really liked the asian pear topping that was offered as well. Im excited to try the other offerings!

This is a little bit like the Subway of Asian food. Choose your noodles/rice, choose a protein, choose a sauce, choose a vegetable. This is the flagship location, with more locations coming soon, according to the owner. Service was great, and the owner came out to talk to us as we ate. I chose the peanut sauce, which was lacking in flavor and a little disappointing. Some hoisin sauce from the condiment table brought the dish back to life, though.
