This food was aweful. Does not even deserve one star. My husband and I came here for dinner and ordered two ceaser salads and two entrees. The "ceaser" dressing was like nothing I have ever tasted, more like a confused italian. My husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs and I ordered the beef raviolis. Never have I been served freeze dried raviolis with what looked like a taco meat/dog food "meat sauce". Our waitress obviously noticed we did not eat the food and didnt even ask if it tasted okay. She assumed "we were full". How could we possibly be full after half eaten salad and half eaten appetizer (stuffed mushrooms with crab meat previously frozen). The best part was that it was 56 dollars! Please! I could go to an Olive Garden for cheaper, better service, and price! I do not see how this restaurant has 4 stars. Very disappointing.

Rude Hostess My wife, son and myself were new to the area and made plans to dine here Saturday night. The hostess came up to the front and sat four people that came in well after us that had no reservations. When asked why she stated " I saw you come in I just didnt think about it". "WHAT?"...... No apology, just told us the wait would be 20 minutes. When it was clear we were upset she just stood there looking at us. We began to leave and she never said a word to us. Trust me if the service starts like this at the door the same is to be said about the rest of the service..... or lack of. STAY AWAY if you want a pleasant experience.

This place has a decent atmosphere with acceptable food for the price of a five star restaurant. My husband and I could not believe we paid $50 for 2 plates of pasta and 2 glasses of iced tea, in a strip mall restaurant by the highway. The service was ok, even if our waitress Heather could not stop interrupting our conversations by incesantly asking if everything was fine. We are definetely not going to return as the prices of this place are completely out of the range where they should be. Any italian restaurant in the mall will offer same quality for half the price.

Good food. Terrible service. I just had my rehearsal dinner there. The room was incredibly hot. No one had a bite of food for a solid 45 minutes even though the appetizers and salad were predetermined and we showed up exactly on time. They charged adult prices for kids to eat noodles with butter and cheese. The owner never asked me how things were going even though I saw him several times. I had gone in to eat there several times prior and introduced myself. I really expected a lot more. I am very disappointed.

I had the spaghetti with sausage and meatballs and it was AWESOME!!! The sauce was one of the best Ive had. Everything taste scratch made. First time Ive been there and I will be back to try something else. Hopefully Ill have the same experience, fingers crossed. I work hard for my money and Im so tired of going somewhere and eating crap!!! I think its our responsibility as consumers to let eachother know if a restaurant is up to par or not, maybe we can weed out the bad ones and prop up the good ones.

This place is super cute and the staff seemed friendly. I got a to go order and was quite displeased. The Caesar salad was terribly small and the Caesar dressing was more like a vinegar garlic sauce. No resemblance to Caesar dressing at all. I also got fried Calamari and the portion size was OK, but parts of the calamari didnt even seem as if they were coated with anything before being fried. The prices are not fair for the quality of food you get

Pho is excellent, the grilled pork is full of flavor and probably the best Ive ever had. The wonton soup is beyond explanation. The wontons are stuffed with whole shrimp and has egg noodles that pairs well with the soup. The pork spring rolls were very very tasty. Im not sure how they season their pork but damn! All we tried was better than most Vietnamese restaurants I have been to. I highly recommend this place!

Took my daughter there for lunch today and SERVICE IS SLOW!! They quickly got our appetizer but took over ten minutes after we finished for them to come over and ask to take our meal order then almost 15 minutes to get our order. Food was good and price was okay but they need to train the staff and from what looked the owners were there they could have made sure customers were being taken care of.

First time we were able to try Giannas and we really enjoyed it. My wife and I are always skeptical to try new places. Every time we do, we are let down. Not today. The food was fresh and tasty and authentic. The service was good. You felt they took care in making the food. I would highly recommend this place and we will be back again.

What a lovely meal. It never occurred to me that I would have a wonderful tarragon sauce atop grilled salmon in Tomball. The veal piccata was nicely done, and the escargot was delightful, as well. Live music starts at 7:00 on Friday evenings, but get here a little earlier. Right now, they are rather short on waitstaff.

The food was good but the service not so. When first entering the restaurant you should be greeted and seated...that didnt happen i was left standing there for some time when i know the host had seen me and as soon as a family walked in behind me she attended them even though Id been standing there before. :(

Service seemed good and decor/lighting. The atmosphere feels a bit it uncomfortable, like walking into a small town diner where you are out of place. Spaghetti was VERY sweet. They did have a gluten free noodles. No kids menu though, only half portions. Big dislike on the kids part. Not real kids friendly.

Im a business owner as well and take many clients out. Great food and good service. I appreciate the family feel. I think the 15-20 person room needs a better hands on service with a better pricing for party services. Overall great restaurant that is best for a 2-6 group.

Best Italian food Ive ever had at a restaurant !! Im Italian (Sicily) and this is the closest to what my mom and aunts used to make that Ive had at a restaurant !! Great service and atmosphere and as an important note the kitchen is spotless !! Highly recommended !!

If you are looking for great Italian food this place is for you. The owner is Italian and was in fact visiting family in Italy when we were there. The food gives you the "mamas home cooking" flavor. Wait staff was very helpful. Prices were very reasonable.

Took forever. Didnt care to listen to how I wanted my order. I mean I told them they chose otherwise for me. Food was not even that great. Especially for the price, couldve gone to a cheaper place and gotten better food and service.

The owner is so friendly and kind. The spaghetti with meatballs was amazing awesome sauce. I was blown away. The beer was well priced and the establishment is clean. Im looking forward to making it one of our family favorites
