I had Jack in the box elsewhere and those were 10x better tasting. We went in when both inside and the drive thru were empty yet it still took ~5 mins for someone to come from the back and take our order. 10mins for the food to be ready. When I got my food at the counter I checked and it was wrong. I tell the worker and she looks at me like I was speaking ancient Arabic and says "uhhhhh....sorry". After a awkward moment of silence I just took my food and left because she was just stuck there staring at me. Like I said taste wise, it was cold, bland, and nasty.

I live .8 miles from this location so it made sence too try it. The first time there was HAIR in my food and the second time my food was cold and basically soggy. My sister came to vist and even when i suggested we not go she insisted only to pay 11$ for a combo meal that had no toppings literally a chicken patty on a bun . They need to find workers that are able to make fast food beacuse ive never had this problem at any other location.

I hate it Ive seen that they dont use any gloves while making the good and Ive seen them drop the meat when doing the burgers Im disgusted by this jack in the box I will not return to this place and I will let more people know how bad this place is. I dont see them wash there hands as often. Lobby is always dirty when I get there. Very bad service.

Absolutely terrible. This location and one other location say theyre 24hrs and theyre not. We went through the drive thru at 12:40am and they said they were closed. Correct your advertising or stay open 24 hours and actually serve your customers properly.

Just horrible service. Never open in dining room or drive like they say they are. They run Jack in the box name into the trash. Corporate might want to take a look at how these Tomball franchise store are being ran into the ground

My boyfriend and I both ordered meals totaling $14, but a week later when the charge comes up on my credit card it says $44, someone gave themselves a $30 tip I guess. Thanks for stealing ass holes!
