Horrible service, I was expecting more after they remodeled the entire inside. No ice, first I went for Dr. Pepper and it came out white, then I got coke and had to pour it out. Root beer was OK. They had a big spill on the floor when I came in and no one cleaned it up. I kept watching customers walk though it. No large cup lids customers had to go to the counter for that. After waiting 5 minutes for my food they called me to the counter twice (did not have the courtesy to come to my table) to tell me they were out of some of the items I ordered. Been almost 30 minutes with no food, giving me plenty of time to give this review. Rip

Horrible Service. One of THE WORST Burger Kings I have ever been to. The dining area is always nasty and a mess. You have to clean your own table if you want to sit and eat. The ice and soda vending machines havent worked in months. Ive had to send my order back on multiple occasions because 99% of the time it is never correct. The staff is rude. My boyfriend drinks unsweetened tea and the past few times he has gone they dont have any because they dont have a container to put it in or they just dont feel like making it. Not sure how this place is still in business. I would give a 1/2 of a star if I had the option.

The vending machine has no ice. There was a huge soda spill on the floor which I told a employee about but all she said was "ok Ill get it" and continued sweeping the floor. This place is disgusting and is very unsafe. The food took 30 minutes to be ready which is a bit crazy since there was only 4 people inside the restaurant. My fiance finally had to tell the front counter manager again about the spill after 30 mins of it being on the floor. She manager told the first employee to put a wet floor sign on it. Which she did but the spill is still there as I am eating right now staring at it. So very nasty

The worst burger King Ive ever been to. Every single table was filthy dirty had food and spills on it. There was only 1 other dine in customer. I has to bus and clean my own table. The floors were filthy covered with dried spills and food. The drink station wreaked of spoiled food. There were 6 employees I counted on duty. 3 were just standing at the order counter chatting. I will not be returning.

I try to come to this one before work theyre never open on time. If your workers cannot open the store on time then why are they still employed. And this is every single Saturday and Sunday. Sometimes they still dont be here to open up the place a hour after. Someone needs to hurry and change whats going on before they lose even more business

The whole total was wrong plus charged me for someone eles meal I asked for a seedless bun (classic) and they gave me two bottom buns then the woman argued with me saying that they dont do classic buns when Ive been there before and had it several times trust me when I say Im calling corporate this is not the first time this has happened

THE WORST BURGER KING ever. I dont know how they are still in business, corporate is not following up with these complaints. Its ridiculous. The manager Jonathan is incompetent and he was so rude. They messed up my order and then had the nerve to be super rude and not fix the problem. Never coming to back to this location!!!

Absolutely horrific they couldnt even get my order straight and when I ask for the manager she was busy doing something else its lunch time and they only have one register open and these people want $15 an hour? I need to know who the franchise owner racing report this to him it should be a disgrace

Only giving one star so I could leave this review. They advertise things they do not have the staff Is rude an says they are "lost" and dont know whats going on. They are completely out of ice and half of they products its a sad excuse as as fast food restaurant.!!!

was hungry when I stopped here. after trying every drink( flat and white) got food. burgers were cold and old buns. wasnt busy at all. good luck. maybe you will get lucky but Im just going somewhere else. thanks for food I paid for and ended up feeding to my dog!

Horrible... didnt even get the food I ordered. I usually check but since it was literally fries I got, I didnt bother. Get home to find out theres chicken nuggets in the bag instead. Tried calling to point it out and no answer on the phone. Imagine that....

No-one greets you when you pull into the drive through, I have given this location several chances and they continue to let me down. I am done not going back here until they are under new management. Its time, out with the old in with the new.

For months there has been no ice up front. Most of the sodas dont work. Lots of Flys and uncleanness tables. Floors are gross and the people are rude. Not coming back.....have given chance after chance and they are not fixing the issues

Showed up at 9:30pm and was told lobby was closed even though the sign on the door clearly shows that the lobby closes at 10pm. This was a Monday night and I am sitting in the parking lot writing this review after this happened.

Their was a white hair in my daughters burger. They just ask her if she wants something els and they tell workers in Spanish to get their hair together. I think they could of done better. Never coming back
