The staff was very friendly, service was excellent, restaurant was very clean, food came out quickly and is great for people with limited lunch breaks. I received my meal in about 4-5 minuets after I ordered it. Soup: Wong Ton Soup was average . Entree: Seeet and sour chicken The chicken and sauce was very good, above average, containing a unique flavor. Rice: Fried The Fried Rice was excellent, very fresh unlike most restaurants you go too that the rice tastes like its been in the cooler for weeks. Their rice was very very delicious. Highly recommend the fried rice. Egg Roll: I loved their Egg Role, was a simple yet delicious vegi roll. Could not taste any shrimp, pork or beef. Was very delicious. I did not notice a restroom or place to wash my hands.. Overall I give the restaurant based off my meal, for such a friendly staff, clean restaurant and fast service 4 stars as "Above Average" for the effort. I would eat Lunch only, here again for sure...

Where is zero stars? We have ordered from here a few times in the past the first couple times were OK given the limited options in the area. We stopped for a long while due to very gross food on the last order. Unable to find any other delivery we decided to try a final time, hoping they had gone back to how our first experience was. Nope. Not only did portion sizes decrease but they also charge a 3$ delivery fee (which they surprised us with at the door.) The shrimp in our fried rice tasted like the ocean, unclean. We specifically said extra (×20) spicy and there was NO spice. The orange and general chicken had too much sauce, was hard, and very bland tasting. Crab puffs were too creamy (ikr) and i didnt see one bit of red (never had crab with no red.) Sodas were entirely too warm to have been cold when they left the restaurant. Will not be returning even if the food was free.

1/23/15 Worst Customer service in the Woodlands. Do NOT place online orders, when you do- they only receive partial and wont verbally confirm order after, extra charges for everything from online order to sauces$ 2.00. Received 1 of 3 entrees ordered and over charged for everything. When we called after delivery to see status of other two entrees, they refused to deliver the rest of the order due to it being under their $15.00 delivery minimum, although we had just paid over $20.00 for only a half an order to be received. Most undesirable & unprofessional experience. Food received was under par as well, very dry as if twice cooked. Think twice before you waste your money and time with this establishment or staff.

Id Give this place 0 stars if I could. We have ordered from these people multiple times. Every single time something is forgotten. Even having them repeat the order back doesnt seem to help. They deliver soft drinks in soup cups. So I am sitting here writing this review on an empty stomach, wishing I had something to eat, but no. I will never order from here again, nor will I recommend anyone I know to order from here. Also, it was a 1 and a half hour wait for the food to get here in the first place. If you guys are on yelp, be prepared, a bad review is coming your way.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, i seriously have no clue why they are still open. I ordered a meal and wanted to substitute my rice for fries cashier said it was ok so I began to pay. When all of a sudden a woman ran from the back to the register, took it over and my meal went from 14.00 to over 20.00. She claimed the meals are some sort of deal and cannot be changed, she charged me for each individual item. Needless to say I left without paying or food. This woman seriously needs some customer service training.

The first time I came here I waited over 45 minutes for one entree when I was told it would only be 15 minutes. The second time I waited 30 minutes for spring rolls, when I was told it would only be a couple of minutes and there was only one other person in the restaurant. This place has really awful customer service. For it being a small neighborhood restaurant they should really offer their customers better service.

Ordered Take out and the food was less then par. The food was dry and seemed like it wasnt fresh. It seemed like the food was of the same quality of what I might get out of the freezer at my local supermarket. The portions were small for the price we paid. I have eaten at almost every Chinese place in the area and if you want better food try china delight on 336N, it is comparable in price and the portions are better.

The owner of this restaurant is incredibly rude. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They sent the wrong order to me and proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that I got the correct order despite the fact that I order the same thing every time and have been ordering it for months now. I will not be ordering from here anymore and I cant recommend this restaurant after the horrible customer service I got.

Today I tried to place an order....had already put order in online so I knew how much the order would be...however when I called it in the manager continued to try to charge me several dollars over what the order was suppose to be. Then they charge to use ur credit card to pay...really! Canceled order and moved on...they r such a rip off.

Weve been getting take out from here for awhile now so cant comment on dine in experience but the food is consistently good. Unlike some other restaurants in the area, most of the chicken entrees are served with premium white meat and full of flavor. Be sure to try this place out.

Im shocked by the bad reviews that Golden Chopsticks has received. We have ordered and dinned with them for almost 8 years and always had good food and service. I also use their online ordering system and it works properly every time. The food is always hot and consistent.

Horrible food, customer service is crap. Ordered for our office, lady over the phone charged the CC wrong and then told us to have the driver pay the difference. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!!! That place needs to be shut down!!!
