The store is under a new RGM, be mindful that MUY has discontinued the following items: Balsamic, Lemon Pepper, and Firey Red Pepper. If you get a pizza missing toppings that is normally because they ran out of the product. The meats come pr-cooked and frozen off the truck and we use them when they are defrosted/thawed and when you ask for fresh spinach remember it is called fresh meaning it gets put on top of the cooked pizza, we do not cooked spinach. The store is under new staff. All pizza huts here in Texas are franchise only not corporate and the call centers are from San Antonio and Canada and yes they do not always get your order right and sends it to the wrong store state city ect. My apologies for any inconvenience the stores has caused you, we are doing our best to get orders out and corrected the first time Its not always easy for us to get to the phones and return calls from the print out from CSM and sometimes the CSM doesnt correctly send you through to the right store. We will continue to train and coach our teams and drivers to do way much better. Please make sure to have your phone numbers and address corrected due to many being fake and number not working thank you.
These people are absolute idiots and very incompetent. I dont hold high expectations from a pizza place. My food is always cold, typically late, and has only been correct once. 2 topping pizza dinner box....I wish i could choose which franchise to order from. Corporate or the franchise owner should order a pizza themselves and see how it goes...a step in at that location is needed, before it runs it self into the ground. So while in the middle of my last sentence I got a call from the location informing me that they are backed up and delivery would be about an hour and 45 minutes from now. I ordered this at 8:10 with an original delivery time of 9:40, which was already long. Now it is 10:30, they finally call and let me know it will be here at 12:15!? And when I asked why so long I got a nice snicker and pause...Awesome customer service...not. Luckily I already called 20 minutes ago to check on my order, and got it transferred to another store who will have it here in 30 minutes. Order it, I dare you to not flip out. I really wanted to....
same experiance as everybody else,ordered a pizza at 11:43. 2:00 rolled around ,no pizza,call what i thought was the store,turned out to be a call center??? was told that they would call the manager of the store i ordered from. 2:30 rolls around,NOTHING!!!! no call and still no pizza. finally 2:45 gets here HEY!!!!! its the pizza dude pulling in front of my shop!!! comes in acting like nothing is wrong"heres your pizza sir" well im like,what took so long? guy has no answer,he then calls the manager of his store hands the phone to me,she said whats up antonio?i say no this is the customer, why is our pizza just getting here? she said,well we are having issues at the store.i say well it would have been nice for you to give me a call and let me know,let me choose to wait 2 hrs and 45 minutes for lunch.thats all i got to say before she hung up on me! so the drive is still here i hand him back the pizza and tell him we do not want it and to take it back!
Decided to call in an order on my home from work and just wanted a thin crust meat lovers. I thought that was a pretty easy simple order. I allowed time even though i was told it would be ready in 25 to 30 minutes. I arrive and there was a wait which i was fine with but after waiting and my order was almost complete they verified what i ordered and it was incorrect. The had me down for dinner box with bread stick and cinnamon sticks. It was the same price....i was told it would take longer to put another order in. At this point i just took it. I did not get what i really wanted which was thin crust if not anything else. I work in customer service and know that the customer is always right even if its a busy friday evening. Now i see these pizza hut commericals stating have any custome pizza anyway you want it. And im not buying it anymore. It use to be one of my favorites but the sevice made me loose my appetite.
Wow this place is absolutely ridiculous. After ordering my pizza at 6:45 and told delivery time of 7:30, by 8:30 my pizza still had not arrived. On top of that, I spent a good 30 mins trying to get thru to the location to figure out what was going on. I had to leave a voicemail, call several times, and talk to 6 different people before I finally got thru to the physical location. The lady that I spoke with had poor customer service. She wasnt rude, but lacked polite phone etiquette. She acted like the fact that my pizza was now over an hour late was no big deal. She finally spoke with the GM and told me that my order would be free. Cool. Except when my order arrived it wasnt even right.. I will literally never order from another pizza hut again. The fact that you have to go thru a call center to MAYBE get in touch with the physical location is ridiculous in itself. Next time Im going to Dominoes.
This is awful. We ordered a pizza at 5 pm and it took an hour a half to get here. When we opened the boxes and both pizzas were cold. Even worse, one of the pizzas was not even what was ordered. No sauce, missing toppings, random toppings hiding under the pizza, and the crust had red pepper dumped in places and nothing on others. I tried to call to talk to a manager twice and was told they would call me back. I tried to call again and they "tranfered" me. I sat on hold for 4 minutes listening to it do nothing but ring. I will be calling corporate. As a new edit, I like how Pizza Hut is using my picturre of thr messed up pizza they sold me as one of their cover pictures. Note people, that picture of the chicken with what looks like alfredo sauce, was a picture of undercooked pizza that gave us food poisoning!
I ordered a medium thin crust sausage and a medium thin crust pepperoni for pick up. It took 45 minutes for my order to be ready. When I got home and opened my pizza, they were burnt and cold. I called the customer service line and after sitting on hold 10 minutes some guy tells me theyll deliver a fresh order but I have to wait 2 HOURS or I can go back to the store and get a new order but thats still gonna take 45 minutes. I break down and agree to pick it up but when he transferred me to the manager to complete the order, the line gave a busy signal and disconnected on me. I called right back, sat on hold for another 10 minutes and the exact same thing happened. So basically my family is stuck with 2 burnt and cold pizzas and I wasted my money and time. WORST PIZZA HUT EVER.
