The food is so bad they literally gave me the large size after I told them Id like to exchange the smaller size I had already paid for and pay the difference for the largest size. Have never had Panda Express and now that im sick I understand why she said thats ok. She gave me the large chow mein without paying and let me have the small one. Everything about the dish was questionable and the soy sauce was terrible, as was the Chile sauce. I am miserable. I am nauseous and shaking. I only had four bites and Im afraid Ive been poisoned..!!

I just had the worst experience here with the take out window. The employee Ayonna K. acted in a extremely rude manner from start to finish. She never said a word to me until I complained. She had me wait in front of the restaurant for my food for 15 min while every other car drove off with theirs. She was completely rude and very offensive from the moment I began ordering at the window. I am appalled at the treatment of this facility. No one had anything to say even after I complained and I will be calling corporate.

Why does ANYone go here? EVeR. At all. Ive had the same food from a freezer chinese take out container microwaved just right. Except it was better tasting than in the restaurant. Same experience at multiple locations. Granted, that was more than 2 years ago and I have no interest in going back. Ill take myself to Kellys Cajun Grill if Im in the mood for syrupd asian cuisine.

Food is good but the amount of food you get depends on the employee is helping you, i will say it is about your luck you might get a lot of rice and lottle bit of chicken or a good amout of chicken with rice, they dont have a certain amount of the food you get, i just got today a lot of rice and a little bit of orange chicken,

Avoid this restaurant unless you want a poor experience. Not sure how they are still in business. They do a have a few gals who have a friendly smile & good attitude. I wish they werent stuck working at this poor excuse of a restaurant. Very high prices for mediocre food quality. They will be out of business soon......

Just went there and no one was in line but me. just there for about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Finally I was told that they would be with me in a moment. Stood there waiting. .. and finally I just walked out. The place does not look very clean and needless to say, I will not be going there again.

I liked the food a lot. The rice is very healthy compared to other places and the ragoons are my favorite. A lot of my friends like orange chicken! The costumer service to be honest changes depending on the people that work their certain days and hours. But the food is not poisonous like mentioned before.

Panda is usually a hit or miss but this time the orange chicken was cold, though I did get fresh firecracker chicken. Service was good, and its worth the price. The main thing is you get in and are eating relatively quickly vs some other lunch spots. I would go back, but only at certain times of day.

The two entrees I paid extra for were awful. The honey walnut shrimp was all in one lump and tasted blah. The angus beef had no asparagus in it at all. The fried rice was pale and tasteless. I had to wait forever in the drive thru. And to top it off, my fortune cookie had no fortune. :(

The worst fried rice ever!! they probably made fried rice with bad stream rice this time. I couldnt taste bad rice at the first spoon btw could smell rice was bad right away. CRAZY ! They just replaced my fried rice and kept sold it to other customers. I will never go back.

Incredible food. Bad service. When the website, and every page I find says it doesnt close until 10PM, I expect to be able to get my food at 9:30. But yet, and employee walking out the building tells me they have closed? Some pathetic stuff here. Seems like laziness to me.

The mules especially the plates are reasonably sized for the price. The place is clean if rather devoid of warmth. The staff has always been polite every time Ive either been through the drive-up or eate inside or outside.. my favorite dish is the crispy walnut shrimp

The food is good I love it, Im giving them one star on service , service is awful. This is he 3rd time I go through their drive through only to wait 15minites! 15 minutes in the drive through is waaayyyy too long. Management needs to get it together with this.

Fast food meets chinese...it serves its purpose and the price is right but not really chinese food. I hate to give a 3 because the food is good and the staff is friendly. Its clean....BUT...been 5 times and they got it wrong twice...BUT...will go again.

Ive eaten here and waited over an hour in the drive thru line. Its configured so once you are in the line you cant leave. I went inside to speak to a manager and there was not one there, at 1:00 in the afternoon! Wont ever be back.

Service is hit or miss. They often run out of items causing you to wait. In the evenings they stop making dishes before closing so the selection is limited. Food is usually hot though

Great fast food for a Chinese takeout. Orange chicken is their specialty and they offer several eat green items. You are looking to spend roughly 5-10 dollars.
