Terrible coffee and breakfast. I ordered a capuccino and it came in a tiny thick cup with Cafe Mila written on it. It was hard to hold and sip from(who picked that design??). The coffee didnt taste good at all. The waffles had a bad taste probably because of the oil spray they used. The whipped cream didnt taste fresh, maple syrup wasnt real maple syrup, it was some fructose syrup. My husband ordered a bom bom coffee looked like a dessert in a tiny shooter cup and it tasted so bitter and sweet. He ordered omlette which was ok (i could cook much better omelettes). The croissant was small and looked old. The location is great but food sucked. I dont recommend this place

The food was ok, but not impressive. The problem I have was with the owner arguing with me over how I wanted to pay for my mimosas on bruch. Sundays, they offer $1 mimosas or their usual $8 pitcher. I ordered 6 $1 mimosas, as I get more drink for less money ordering that way. She originally didnt want to sell it to me and offered the pitcher. I countered that I get more at the $1/glass than I would for the $8 pitcher. She did finally sell it to me at $1/glass, but snapped back that the pitcher is still a good deal. Thats not what I was arguing... it IS a good deal, but the $1/glass is a better deal. Why would I pay more when I have the option?

Theyre so accommodating. I brought up that Im losing weight and needed to eat something lighter. They suggested the chicken skewers and then their homemade hot sauce - cant remember if it was chili or habanero based but that was awesome on its own with fresh chopped ingredients. The chicken skewers come in a big portion, big chunks of chicken and pieces of veggies. It was delicious. I lost weight the next day, the ultimate test. The other food looks amazing, especially the breakfast.

My friend and I came in during a slow time in the afternoon and had a wonderful conversation with Bernadette and her husband. I really prefer to support small local businesses whenever possible, so we came to Cafe Mila instead of one of those big national chains. I had the KC Crema and a cubano shot. Both were EXCELLENT. The KC Crema might be the best espresso drink Ive ever tasted. Highly recommend Cafe Mila for anyone in the west Plano, Lewisville or The Colony area.

Great Place! Free Verizon FIOS Wifi for the laptop nomads!!!! They put together a menu that has a nice variety of food, meals and drinks that fit different times of day, a nice reprieve from the usual choice between a stale apple pastry or a stale cherry pastry. The only drawback is that since the staff is so friendly and helpful, its easy to enjoy your meal and completely overlook how little it cost! Oh, and best of all... BEER.

The food is great and the staff is nice, but the wait for food is always too long, our order is never right, we have to ask for our drinks always because if its not a coffe or mimosa the barista wont get to it, and our food never comes out together, so one person is eating while the others are watching, and we have to bug the staff about the rest of our order, which is usually forgotten about. Good place, but need some work.

My husband and I LOVE this place!!! The line is a little long when you go but but thats how we knew it was good!!!! People were willing to wait!! I had the "Big City" breakfast sandwich and I couldnt stop talking about it all day! The family who runs it is very sweet and attentive. The food runners and cooks are also amazing!!! Thank yall so much for making our breakfasts enjoyable!

Great food and friendly people with drinks. Only wish they were open for dinner. They have coffee, beer, wine, and other drinks. Great breakfast and lunch food. Have only had the regular drip coffee (very strong), so cant comment on the speciality coffee drinks. On brunch days when you buy an entree then you can get a carafe of mimosa for only $8. Wifes favorite place.

We will definitely be back! We are breakfast at Cafe Mila after seeing the great reviews. We were very happy with the coffee quality, the food and the atmosphere. The owner came by and was extremely nice - the whole staff was friendly! We also got to taste the house made habanero sauce - yum (has a nice kick when you dont expect it).

Was there not once, but twice this past weekend. Excellent coffee, great breakfast stuff! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Kind of defeats the purpose of a great Yoga workout next door and then go and get coffee and breakfast, but now that I know its there...Ill have to work EXTRA hard because this place is YUMMY!!!

I was fortunate enough to find the family/owners in attendance my first visit here. Delightful people - shared their supper with me. Pork ribs, lentils, and rice - just gorgeous. Really good coffee, too. Cant recommend strongly enough that you bring your coffee money here, every chance you get.

This is the cutest place! Came here for brunch with some girlfriends and we all loved our food/ coffee. Many coffee options. When its busy the wait can get long but its a family owned place. Employees are very accommodating and friendly. May be my new close to home diner spot.

Very cozy etmosphere. The lady in the back cooking came out to deliver food and genuinely seemed to be the happiest person on earth. Made the whole experience feel warm and welcome. I had the breakfast tacos with the home made habenero salsa and it was fantastic.

Breakfast Tacos were nothing special. However, they were very very filling. Ive heard the plated dishes are better. More importantly, they have $1 Mimosas singles and $2 Misosas doubles with $8 Mimosa pitchers on Sundays, andthey dont skimp on the champange.

My old stomping grounds. Lovely family owned cafe. Great relaxed atmosphere and delicious home made food. And they remembered what I used to order after over 1 year. They were like my family when I first moved to Texas over 3 years ago and knew very people.

Cafe Mila has amazing food, wonderful staff, and an awesome environment! I would absolutely recommend any item on the menu. Their events bring the community together like a true cafe should. Not to mention, they serve homemade mimosas!

Staff is very nice yet prices and menus keep changing. $2 for an ice coffee a month ago, $3.25 today, and the coffee is weak. Food is good, great location with a patio for people-watching, wifi is slow.

I got the twisted tator and it was amazing. Hand cut papas, jalapeños, tomato, and two eggs on top. She provided us homemade salsa that I couldnt get enough of. The habanero salsa is outstanding!
