This place came to my office and promoted their opening so I figured it couldnt be bad judging by the menu. The two stars are for the smoothie itself as it was good. The process of getting it was not ideal. I ordered JUST a smoothie and got there before the lunch rush. When i paid, no one asked my name (which i didnt see as a big deal when i ordered). I was 1 of 3 people on the cafe. I ordered and sat down. Then the lunch rush hit and groups 5 plus people were coming in and ordering and getting there food at that point I went up to ask where my smoothie was only to wait while the cashier washed dishes with her back turned to me. 3 minutes later someone finally acknowledged me. I asked when I was going to get my smoothie and was informed my ticket must have been lost. So they made me another one but didnt ask what if I had any add ins or anything. So I had to correct them on the order and to make it again. I was just going there to get a quick smoothie and ended sitting with nothing for 20 minutes because I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first. Will not be going back here nor recommending. I can be in and out at smoothie king or anywhere else.

I absolutely loooove tropical smoothie! I go at least two or three times a week. Im in Plano for work Ang was super excited when I found a Tropical Smoothie beside my hotel. Unfortunately this one is really losing I. My book. Every time I order its never ready when I get there. Now if it was busy I would totally understand. However its always me and one other person in there. The last time I went I ordered at 7:57p. I walked into the store at 8:09 at my order was on the screen. Mind you, I am the only customer in there. NO ONE HAD EVEN STARTED ON MY ORDER. A young lady walks from the back to ask "did you have a mobile order?". Ummm yes. So she scrambles to start my order. When she finally gets my smoothie done I ask if the add-ins are in it (because they didnt write on my cup) and she responds in a very condescending way "yea". It is now 8:21 and I am still waiting for my wrap. Im even mad now that I ordered two soni could have one for lunch. And to put the icing on the cake THEY NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR ME HAVING TO WAIT. Ive never been one to leave reviews but this experience was so disheartening. OMG MY WRAP IS COLD AND MY RICE IS HARD (undone)!

I love this place and my daughter and I frequent this location multiple times a week for smoothies and salads. But more often than not when we show up at 7ish for dinner, the stools are stacked and rugs are being shook and rolled up. While I understand the need for cleanliness, as a customer it does not make me feel welcome. Initially it made me look at the window for the hours of operation wondering if you were closing. I am sitting here right now and the stools were attacked up while i was sitting in one eating. I will be back bc we love your food and smoothies, but thought you might want to know.

These guys make fresh fruit smoothies, that destroy smoothie king for any other place doing powder smoothie blends. No artifical sugars, and the fruit is real fruit!! I cant stress this enough.. Smoothie!! They do flatbread sandwiches as well, so you dont have to do a smoothie if your not feeling it. Also they are likely to remember your name after awhile, which is a nice touch! Cheers Guys keep up the great work.

Only been here twice now and both times the staff and the girl who took my order was very helpful. I appreciate their genuine customer service even an hour before closing, that always speaks volumes to me. The same girl recommended the Avocalada smoothie and I LOVE it, the food is great and the wait time for me has never been an issue. Great little place And the restroom is cute and clean

I so love this place. Real fruit smoothies every time. The choices are so awesome. For breakfast I have the peanut butter, granola, banana,and honey Flatbread and a large smoothie for less than $7. Where can you get that? Lol. You have to try this place great for kids and quick lunches.

Great place to go. Awesome flat bread sandwiches and wraps and of course the smoothies. Even if your not looking for a smoothie and just need a healthy delicious lunch this is the place. Owner and staff are super friendly and you will never leave here disappointed .

Tropical smoothie here has the friendliest staff I have about ever seen! Every time I come in I am greeted with a smile and great service. I enjoy the food and the promos they run are great. Highly recommend the buffalo chicken wraps.
