The food is excellent, the wait staff gives impeccable service, but the inconvenience today left a waning disturbance in my memory. This place is my absolute favorite go-to breakfast/brunch for the past year since I was diagnosed with celiac 2 years ago. Absolute best GF waffles, GF pancakes & GF french toast; and the fruit that accompanies these dishes are ALWAYS fresh, in season and sweet! Need to revamp recipes for the potatoes dishes though. Hash browns are way too greasy. Everything else on menu is fresh and good tasting food. I would give 5 stars for the food and service, however, extremely disappointed in my visit this morn. Website says opening hour is 6.30 am. I left an hour early this morn just to call while on the road to order. Called 4x this morn between 6.35 am - 6.55 am. No answer. I pull up into the parking lot at 6.58 am to check the opening hour and on the door it says 7 am. VERY INCONVENIENT. I needed to have placed my order while driving so I could stop to pick up and readily move on to the office.

I loved this place and would recommend it to coworkers and friends - regardless of the slow service. It is close to work, so very convenient. But I found a bug in my salad, and received no genuine apology. I understand these things can happen, and I was not too upset about the little critter. What bothered me the most was the attitude of the staff - cold and uncaring. They appeared more upset then me. A manager was unavailable nor could be reached. Hmmm..... Either way, my recommendations for this place has ended.

Below average food that was pricey. None of the food seemed fresh, seemed to be out of a can or frozen. It took a while for the food to come out considering we were one of two tables and the other guy had his food already. Staff was friendly when they were around. The rest of the time they kind of just lounged around talking, played on their phones, watched TV, and talked. I dont really care what they do as long as they are taking care of us but that wasnt happening. I wouldnt go back.

The food is not bad, not great, but good enough to enjoy. The prices are a little high in my opinion for what you are getting. The service is about like the food, adequate but not great. Since they seat you and serve you, be prepared to pay the extra few bucks for the tip making the final bill that is already too high just a little higher. It just wasnt good enough to make me feel like it was worth the price and not good enough to bring me back again.

Three taco special with spam is amazing. great salsa verde, beans tasted amazing and the rice was just moist enough. friend got chicken fried steak. Steak was okay but it seemed like it was a tenderized sirloin, he had no complaints to it being so though so score for them. The potatoes had excellent taste but were maybe to thin and a bit to much gravy. Great place. loved it

I stumbled on this place after reading some quick reader reviews in the Dallas News. This cafe is fantastic! The food is very fresh, prepared daily and the staff very attentive. They are open for Breakfast and Lunch and have gluten free menu options for those who require them. I will definitely make this place one of my regular stops for breakfast or lunch.

My family and I are regulars here! Its blessing that its so close to our home. I have a gluten allergy so we LOVE this cozy cafe for all its GF options including waffles and French toast. The coffee drinks are strong and delicious. The branch potatoes are addicting! Staff is friendly and food is always fresh.

Great food and great prices! Definitely my new favorite breakfast place. The portions and quality of food is excellent. The staff is very friendly and the owner is normally onsite. Best espresso I have found in a while in North Dallas. I am headed there right now!

Always a good choice. Breakfast all day but I lean towards the 4 corners salad with balsamic. They dont get their food from Sysco. Theyve upgraded and have lots of gluten free choices. And their juices!

The food was not a 4 star cafe. Cook deep fried the hash browns that was cardboard. Bacon was burnt one hardly cooked. Disappointed Ive been going since they first opened Not anymore.
