My wife and I visited this place on a Saturday morning. From the images I saw on Google, I want quite sure this was where I wanted my wife and me to spend a weekend morning. However, the location (Frisco downtown) and the reviews made me visit this place. The food was really really awesome. The staff was polite and was willing to explain the ingredients that went into it. We tried the western and spinach and cheese omlettes. The bread that came with it was perfectly toasted. The country potatoes were yummy. I am definitely planning to revisit.

Great home style breakfast. The counter service was excellent. I had omelette a la Mexicana. They let me substitute for bacon with grilled chicken and refried beans with hash browns or extra potatoes! The portions were huge. Taste was ok, bit bland for my taste, can be fixed with the hot sauce and salt & pepper ! The coffee was perfect, not too strong. The salsa was fresh but bland, some tortillas were dry.

Great little spot. Dont let the proximity to the gas station deter you. You really cant go wrong with anything on this menu. You order at the counter, and then they bring you your food, all of which moves very quickly even during busy times. The coffee and fountain drinks are self serve. The croissants are toasted on butter to perfection. There is a lot if history here and is worth visiting.

This place has really, really good bacon. If you think ihop bacon is good than there is no hope for you. If you prefer real thick cut bacon... breakfast is excellent... pancakes, french toast. Omelets are huge but overcooked. Dinner foods like scratch made roast, pork chops, cooked veggies have always been great. Limited hours.

We were a little apprehensive before going, because its attached to a gas station and seems kind of shady. After seeing the reviews we decided to give it a try. The service was amazing and the establishment was clean. We had lunch there and it was delicious. They also have daily lunch specials that are a really good deal.

Its a cozy place for breakfast. (I would assume lunch is just as comforting.) Food is good; I personally recommend the migas. Its open seating and there is usually a table free. Really excellent bacon. Parking is plentiful. This diner really does everything well.

The best counter greeting when you walk in. Home cooking and a hidden gem that is the oldest place in town! Love the feel of the community when we are here. Young and old alike come for the home cooked meals. Breakfast or lunch, everything weve had is good.

The real deal! Good home style eats. They have a fabulous chicken fried steak and serve breakfast all the time. Its a diner with a train theme that attracks a local crowd. They keep irregular hours, so check to make sure theyre open before heading out.

I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and it was OK. I did not feel it was seasoned enough. As usual the service and atmosphere is nice. People are friendly and happy to help. I jist did not have very good food.
