What what! Korean desserts and sweet goodies galore! I could eat this whole store and still want more the next day. The bingsu is where its at and it tastes just like the ones in Korea. My favorite so far is the strawberry bingsu but honestly they are all delicious I have a real hard time picking. Lets start with the good 5/5 for ambience: the place was well thought out and it brings a lot of colors together to make the place pop! Great place to go on a date or after dinner dessert stop. 5/5 for staff: the place is new so yes they may stumble here and there but thats forgivable because the staff tries hard to make sure you are well taken care of. Ive been in a couple times and each time is better than the last. Keep it up Neulbom. 5/5 for taste: yes taste is important and Neulbom does a really fine job making sure each item is consistent and well made. Korean desserts are difficult to balance well but definitely Neulbom takes the cake on this one. So far the best in Carrollton. 5/5 for value: for those that consider cheap yogurt places or the dollar cones at McDonalds as your go to dessert places... lets just say this place is not one of those. For one, customer service is definitely a pay grade above the typical dessert joint here at Neulbom and a sense of sophistication is felt while being here but still feels casual enough for the average human. Price of items are great for what you receive. Like I said I could eat the whole store and not think twice about going back the next day. 5/5 for cleanliness: Im a huge stickler on this and yes I take in my white gloves to see how much dust I can pick up with one swipe of the finger. Ok maybe that is going too far but man is this place clean. I dig clean places. Ok for the bad To be honest I only created this section so you wouldnt feel like I was be too biased. But they are too young of a business to really point out the bad yet. I always give places a good three months before judging. However, in my experience so far I havent come across anything noteworthy to call them out on. All in all Neulbom offers something unique and its going to draw in a good crowd. Im just hoping the owners see this and give me a key to the place as an honorary customer like getting the key to the city. LOL Keep it up!

Love the traditional Korean Interior that welcomes you but this place is welcoming younger ones with current Kpop hits. I ordered Neul Bom Signature shaved ice with combination fish shaped bread. Their shaved ice is tasty just like other korean shaved ice place, but if you are used to other places, you might feel that it kinda lacks sweet taste. I couldnt tell why, but theyre probably using unsweetened red bean. Combination fish shaped bread gave me a pleasant surprise because it came with vanilla ice cream in the center. I didnt expect that. (maybe its on picture there by now but I didnt see it) Despite less sweetened shaved ice, I really enjoyed hanging out at that place. Thats the whole point of dessert place, right? Id love to go back and try some other desserts. If I can say something to the owner, the bing su tasted dull. please compare with snow village and see what Im talking about when I say less sweetened shaved ice. Dear management: Please consider changing red bean supplier because it tastes dull Management responded to my review: Were hearing positive feedback for less sweetened bing soo. Unlike snowy village, our bing-soo is not too sweet and our shaved ice is more fine ground and people appreciate it. Please ask for extra condensed milk if youd like sweetened taste. Thank you for replying so quickly. It shows how much you care about customer feedback. Ill be back and ask for extra condensed milk next time and see if I like it.

The moment we walked in, we received a rather cold reception. We werent greeted in any way, and when we ordered, the cashier treated us rather rudely. He had a sour expression and spoke to us in a way that definitely didnt match the beautiful setting the cafe possessed. We feel as though the owner ought to know what their employers are like. With such inhospitable employers, its hard to have an enjoyable time. After all, good service is just as important as the food and setting. As we left, there was also an equal lack of care. It was as the employees didnt exist to us, and that we didnt exist to them. And one of the employees was outside talking to their friends, instead of servicing their customers. Overall, it wasnt a very welcoming environment, and the only reason the cafe got a one star was because of the beautiful interior design.

The owner is very impolite and disrespectful. When we got there, there was no one but us. We were studying very quietly, but all of sudden, and the owner came up to us and demanded us to take my feet off his EXPENSIVE couch (well, he asked us how expensive this couch is) with a disgusted face in a very impolite way. And then, he said we cant study here. And we told him that we will leave, but while we were packing, he was standing right next to us to make sure we were leaving. This was very unpleasant experience and I dont think we would ever visit there.

Rice cake selection was literally a joke compared to other similar shops in other states. I decided to purchase 3 small square rice cakes in pink, green and white in color along with mochi like one since I was already there and those were basically all they had. All three small rice cakes had moisture on the bottom and were all gooey. Mochi like one was even worse.

A coworker recommended this place. Im still not exactly sure what I ordered. I just described what my coworker told me "a shaved ice with cream" and the lady knew what I was talking about. So I ordered one with mango. It was topped with a scoop of ice cream and slivers of almonds. It also had a small side of sweetened condensed milk to pour on top. So so so good!

We love this dessert cafe and visit quite often. In particular, we like the mango snow dessert and the affogato (ice cream with expresso poured over it). The manager and staff are always welcoming. The ambience and decor is influenced by traditional Korean pieces which is quite charming. We highly recommend!

This is a nice place with a nice Korean setting, you will be able to find traditional Korean treats as well as the American Frappes. Very pleased with the flavor of the drinks. Nice hangout on a hot day in Texas. I will recommend.

There are many similar shops around. It is cute and pretty but it does not have much competitiveness. Korean traditional tea is very expensive over 5$ but nothing special...
