My daughter and I decided to drop in for breakfast Saturday AM and upon arrival it was very busy however we did not have a long wait and were greeted right away and then seated shortly after. Our waiter Andre did a phenomenal job and made our visit pleasant and was attentive and very polite and respectful and on top of his customer service! :) I was highly impressed and he was attentive when my daughter whom is three would talk to him. We both enjoyed our time having breakfast and all the other customers appeared to be enjoying there time in this section as well. We waited what seemed to be less than ten minutes for our food. Everything was perfect and presentable. I want to give a big round of applause to this gentleman Mr. Andre W. for providing excellent customer service and being attentive and making my family feel welcome. This is the first time I can say I have actually had my expectations exceeded for a simple breakfast outing. My daughter was so excited to tell Andre prior to leaving that "she was going to get her daddy a present" and he smiled and told her "make sure you tell your dad I said have a Happy Fathers Day" . :) I thought that was very thoughtful, great service and great food at this location! We will def. be back when around the area for breakfast! Great job to the team at IHOP in the Forum!! Keep up the great work and level of customer service!

Well lets see I called and Paul answered phone completely forgot about me after 15 minutes on hold, I went in person and placed an order in. Cashier was unaware of how to place to go orders. She asked a co-worker for assistance, told me 10-15 minutes for order to be ready and it was actually 37 minutes that it was ready. During my wait I witnessed 2 parties leave due to poor service. Cashier was unaware of what was happening and didnt even ask patrons if there was anything she could do. Paul was the only person that apologized for the time it took for order to be ready. Also 10 tables were closed in a section and thus people waited for a long time to be seated. I have no idea how this restaurant stays open if this brief 1 hour window I witnessed is any indication of their routine running of a restaurant.

When in to eat services was great bit they were slow took over a hour to get food while there was only 3 tables with customers, ordered a big steak omelette to go and asked for no mushrooms, got no tomatoes on it barely any steak, green onions, and onions, then on top of that it was barely an omelette. Called multiple times the first time it rang for 2 mins, guess their phone is broke because I couldnt hear anyone on the other end call a few more times it rang once and no body on the other end. I took it back because no one answered the phone and the manager asked me if I wanted it replaced, from experience if u get the order wrong your are suppose to replace it. Not ask if they want it replaced. As of tonight this place will never receive my business again.

I thought this would be uncommon but check all the reviews IHOP went from a family favorite to never again wait for 1 1/2 hrs for half the table to get orders 3 of 6 orders come out one wrong wait another 1 hr for last 3 asked to speak to manager was told " What do you want me to do " apologize for the wait have great customer service skills or at leas common sense not to have a attitude with friendly patient customers that up until this point had been friendly with the staff. Manager David Saturday 6-8:30pm 6/18/16 is the worst. keep in mind noone was there more staff than customers I am disappointed as this was a going away dinner for my nephew and he loved IHOP just a disappointment all the way around IHOP at the forum

Order was wrong multiple times. Drinks not refilled. After waiting for about 15mins, told that they would need to submit another ticket and that we have to take the order as is. We felt sorry for the waitress because she looked like she was going to cry, and decided that we will just have the manager rectify the situation. After completing our meal, we spoke to the manager about it and were told that we were part of the cause for the wrong order. Management told me that the location does not believe that the "Customer is always right", and that I either pay and leave or the police will be called. This is a franchise, so give other IHOP locations a try. Im NEVER going back.

They service sucks!!!!! As we walked in today I gave my name to them and we had to wait 15mins then when we got called, and the manger walked us to our table. Then she comes back to ask me if I had more ppl comin I said maam she then leave with an attitude she comes back and asked us Wats the name again so she can scratch it off and I told her she then walk away roll her eye and shake her head. Shes the manger and for her to have that type of service is very bad. She need to find her self a better job that doesnt have to do with customers service. At the end of the day I took my money else where.

An over zealous bus-boy bussed my breakfast to the trash while I was in the bathroom. Long story short: even though I was upset, Mark Ford, the manager on duty and the waitress went to great lengths to get my meal replaced, quickly. They packed it up to go for me (I was too upset to eat at the time), and even packed a great deal more food than the normal portion. I am very pleased with their response to this situation. It was an unfortunate mistake that they turned into great customer service. Ive been there many times before, and will be back again. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food Omlette was cheap looking with a poor sloppy presentation, tasted awfull cold food after waiting 25 mins and not even crowded. The waitress came out 20 mins later and came up with some lame brain excuse that the ticket never made it back to the cooks. Another 20 mins and it arrived as stated above. Amanda the waitress played us for stupid instead of apoligizing and had a poor attitude not friendly at all like she didnt want to be there at work. We wasted 37.00 only to be treated so poorly. Done with Ihop.

STAY CLEAR FROM THIS IHOP Worst dine-in experience . Food was 1 1/2 hours late and all the plates came out at different times . We didnt get to eat as a unit . Kids ate last and all the plates consisted of was eggs an bacon . Eat at another location . Manager was not understanding about the situation at all . He was hiding in the back not attending the restaurant . I would expect slow service has it been busy but it was just three families in the whole establishment .

like I was in the ghetto. The waiter,karl kept calling me chief ,very insulting .To add my tea glass was filthy with lipstick stain on it.I cant understand what is up with the filthy places to eat at in live oak area.Omg its gets better as time goes by at this place. The Manager needs customer service courses ,never call a customer "boss".Also hes a slob and bad way to represent IHOP,with a paint stained shirt.This IHOP gives the chain a bad name....
