07-11-2017 8:29 p.m. I have been a Wingstop customer for over 15 years and normally I place my food orders at the Guilbeau Rd @ Bandera location however after a long day at work I felt it would convenience me to place an order at the 9234 N 1604 W STE 101 location due to my daily work commute. With that said I received my 10 pc. Boneless Lemon Pepper, 25 Boneless Original Hot (Wet) and Large Fries. Within a few minutes into our way home my wife noticed our Wingstop paper bag was soaked with sauce due to poor packaging! After I explain myself to the store Manager Jerry, He replies with " Next time Ill make sure I double bag the order and thanks for calling " at this point I realize what I was dealing with. So then I asked to speak with a regional Manager.... One wrong phone number later Im speaking with Raymond Gomez the " Regional Manager " and his attitude was equally poor as Jerrys. Im greeted with "Im sorry that YOU tipped your bag over and caused the sauce to spill " These two individuals fueled me to voice my opinion to corporate level.... I believe appropriate affirmative action will be taken and just want to advise future wingstop customers at THIS location to verify your to go orders to help avoid the mess I experienced. I like Wing Stop but this location is a little new and not as good as others nearby. The location is awesome, but the staff seem young and inexperienced and the quality of their wings is not the same as elsewhere Ive been. On occasion, the wings here come out less crispy....sometimes a little soggy and not quite so fresh and hot. They also tend to get bogged down quicker when crowds brew and thats usually when quality of both service and food suffer. It might be that its new or the staff are bit younger, but whatever the reason,I hope they improve because the location is very convenient.

I tried to call in my order. The lady was extremely rude. She started yelling at me so I hung up. I walked in to place my order. The whole time I was in there I could hear little miss gothic girl yelling at other customers on the phone. The girl at the register obviously hated her job. The food was wonderful. There is no way you can convince me that its that hard to hire service industry people that dont hate people. The management needs to seriously evaluate their front of house people. They are awful.

Only thing this place has going for them is the time they tell you its going to take is spot on. For my get together ask for a 15 piece boneless and 35 piece bone in family pack, apparently that adds up to a 40 piece so now Im stuck next door getting finger foods at HEB, do yourself a favor and drive down the road to Wing Daddys or Marcos where not only can they count, but the flavor is a lot better.

I went to this wing stop at 10:30, there was people eating inside and the sign was lit up saying it was open until midnight. I tried to go in and the door was locked. I stood there and they completely ignored me. I tried opening the door 3 times. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. I had looked at the menu for awhile figuring out what I wanted before I went just to get ignored.

I ordered via the Wingstop app and arrived at the time the order was supposed to be ready. Once I got there, my order could not be located until the manager noticed it was sitting in the fax inbox. Then they began working on my order. The manager did not apologize for the inconvenience. I wont support this Wingstop location with my dollars any longer.

Very rare do I order from wing stop, thought Id order today and pick up while out picking up my son from work. Got home and the food was just thrown in the containers, wings were so little (not even worth the 9.00 I paid for) ranch cups full and dropping out. Fries are super cold. Called spoke to mgr..never will i order from this Wing Stop again...

Cant go wrong with wing stop however it does take a while to get your food, it took ours about 30 minutes (it really stinks when you see other customers around you who ordered after you get theirs first). The food was good and what made the horrible 30 min wait better was someone walking around asking how our food was and if we needed anything.

The food is great but the customer service was lacking. Along with the lackluster employees the wait was 30 minutes on a night where they werent busy at all. Really just needs a better management to encourage a better atmosphere.
