I only give this Sonic a GENEROUS 3-star rating, because I feel that compared to other experiences Ive had in life, my experience at this location really does fall under the "Its okay" 3 star descriptor. Overall this is a poorly managed Sonic restaurant. Food regularly comes out "messed up" - as in, holy crap, are you shooting the toppings out of vacuum tubes onto my hot dogs and sandwiches? Can you maybe, I dont know, keep my toppings ON my food. Service is always slow. I remember visiting Sonic restaurants in the past and the speed of service was actually at least a little more synonymous with their name. At this location (and the only other one I have nearby me - its just as bad) you are regularly waiting for your order to be taken, even if you are one of only a handful of people in the parking lot, and then about 10 minutes after youve placed your (relatively small) order for ONE person youll get your food. I rarely come here because of the overall poor experiences that I have, but the one thing that poor service cannot take away is the satisfaction of eating that kind of food when it becomes a craving.

After 10 minutes of waiting at the car hop I went to the drive through only to wait another 5-10 minutes at the call box when the two cars in front of me seemed to get fast service. Then waited another 5-10 minutes for my food. Worst service ever. And I came to this one since the one near my home was bad with messing up orders. Got home with my food....they mixed up burnt over cooked tots in with good tots. Yeah never again and I hope no one goes to this sonic.

They have no clue how to make a correct order. After having an entire conversation about wanting a dry burger with no sauce. I even went through it, no ketchup, no may, no mustard. Got home with my food and it was wrong. This isnt even the 1st, 2nd ir 3rd time they got it wrong either. Tried calling to speak to a manager and the phone rang once then spu ded like a fax machine. The WORST Sonic staff ever! They are consistently incompetent.

SLOWEST SONIC EVER. it takes over 20 minutes (sometimes 30) for just drinks! Its worth the drive to go to another sonic or just do without!!! Weve already been waiting 15 minutes for one Sprite. I should have went across the street to Walmart: where is the manager? This is ridiculous! Its pretty funny how they scan the tickets (like theyre actually making them) in less than 25 seconds but it still takes THIS LONG to get drinks.

I gave it 1 star because I had to in order to comment. This sonic always has horrible service. They are rude and when you call they do not know who the manager is. The gave me a kids soda with an open lid like a blizzard would have. When I said this is unacceptable she suggested her shoulders and said were out I cannot do anything about it. UGH!

I went around 10:30 p.m. last night and got an orange cream slush. Before I was done drinking it I felt terribly nauseous and had a stomach ache from hell. I rushed home as fast as I could and I vomited for at least 3 hours straight. It was horrible! I want able to move all day today either. Definite food poisoning! Will never go here again!

I just spent 20 minutes in the drive thru watching the four people behind me get their orders first only then to have the cashier very rudely open the window to finally greet me and he only said how much I owed him and that was it. My last few visits this location have been poor service and rarely ever do I get the right food.

Was at this location took over 10 mins to get my order taken and 45 min to get my order! After all that my food was cold, milk shakes were watery and the car hop used profanity 3 times infront of my children :( To many food choices in this city to ever go back to this location horrible experience!

They run of of wings and such in the evening easily, the sweet tea is more like tea water in the evening and they take for ever any time past 6pm. However lunch and happy hour there are great and no issues during the day, the sweet tea tastes much better and the service is normally faster as well.

One star due to port service, sloppiness and health code, they make you wait long on wheel hop and reset the call button, drive though they are slow as well, notice employee dipping cup into tea with bare hands and serve out literally sunk the cup and didnt use gloves fix your tea machine,

So about two weeks back my husband and I wanted a late night shake. It was 1130. We pulled in and were told that the only thing working was the soda machine. My husband was understanding but I knew better. When speaking with the manager on the phone later he was not happy.

I thought it was only me, but i see how this sonic is horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for others also. Michael is the only competent one that works in am. You need to get the number of the general manager and report this place, not the invisible rude manager.

Didnt know i had to literally bring my own toppings. Order a butterfinger blast, the only butterfinger i recieved was the lil bit that was sprinkled on top. Good thing i had a candy bar in my purse. Not to mention the long wait. Worst sonic! !

the food there is good when made by this one cook the ice cream is the bomb its the best and there are four guys there that are cute asf.....not saying any names but two start w/ N and the other two start w/ A & J.....you already know!!

Literally one other car in the whole parking lot. I ordered 1 hot dog and one corn dog. It has now been over 20 minutes waiting . Still waiting I should have just flown to Chicago to get my dog. F this im out .

Usually sonic does not disappoint, but this particular trip was not very pleasant. I get the feeling the employees on that shift were not very happy working there. I would not recommend this particular sonic.

If your gonna order just drink after 2pm then they are really good about getting it out to u fast. If your ordering food expect to wait awhile unless ur ordering in morning with the morning crew.

Sat waiting over 10 minutes after I pushed the button, guy walking around said they were not taking orders, WTF! He took my order of two vanilla cones and didnt charge, theres that.

The person who took my order got it wrong three times. I had to send my drinks back twice, along with physically pointing to the drinks I wanted. They still got one drink wrong.
