I went into this T/A to ask what they Charged to check the code to find out why the Engine light was on, thats all I said. The Little Man behind the counter told me $95, that they can half the time can make the necessary repairs and that they dont clear codes, two things that I didnt ask him. The only thing that I wanted to know was the price for them to check the Code. At no time did I ask this little Guy to clear any Codes, to me, clearing codes dont fix the rood cause for the Engine light coming on. It irritates me to deal with dumb, presumptuous, ignorant, rude people that have no idea of who they are talking to. I say, just lower your expectations all the way down when talking to these stupid people, you really cant expect anything from them, look at the kind of work that they are doing, these arent College Educated Professionals, these People are morons and happy to be in their dead end jobs, thinking highly of themselves and their minimum wage pay. After I left the T/A, i was pissed, I bought my own Code Checker, it makes perfect sense to do so, because at some point, the Engine light will illuminate again, I will need to know whats wrong, Im never going back to the T/A, the vibe is all off.

Ok so this was a great place to hang out until for no reason at all we were told we cant hang out in the parking lot or the store we didnt do anything wrong, we would hang in my car in the parking lot minding our own we never caused problems or bothered anyone, we were regulars we would go in every morning and afternoon use the facilities and relax in the theater room just hang and socialize with other customers and truckers then out of no where we were told to leave that we couldnt stay there or hang out. So this truck stop SUX! and we would hang there even though the bathrooms were dirty the store is expensive and the cashiers are rude and disrespectful. The security is nice but my kids are bigger than he is. He is friendly but doesnt know when to speak up when he know something is not right. So we left and I am leaving this as a warning this truck stop needs better employees and management.

This Manager I use the word for professional s which is clearly Maria isnt no tack no customer service skills no language skills lack of understanding she tells her Hispanic thug security guard to go in TV room and make comment s during basketball payoffs how it smells typical lowlife when their not getting any attention takes everything personal like the little person she is wish there were better educated people in this town but it only offers cheap labor so that what she offers with her security thugs offering cheap drugs and beware of evil cheats working cash register and handling food some people have gotten food poisoning so be careful especially of Mary no customer service for Americans.

When the hubby was "driving truck", he preferred staying at the TA because of how courteous they were, their points program, and the cleanliness of their facilities. We both love their restaurant. They have a decent kids menu, and the staff is always wonderful. Every time we go there, we feel like family. They treat us wonderfully whether we are just getting coffee and splitting a piece of pie, or if we are getting a full meal. (Chopped steak with eggs over easy <3) **Regarding their wifi, hubby was able to watch movies on his PC with no issues at the TA.

The service in the restaurant is the worst I have ever seen. I waited around 10 minutes for service, around 15 minutes for water, 45 minutes for my food only because I asked if it was ready. I had small egg and hash brown potion. I asked for wheat bread and it was burned. The MANAGER TIFFANY is a total BIMBO. She was talking too much to certain custermers. When I asked for my bill, I found her and 3 others talking to some customers and she totally forgot what to do next. Lousy service and morons working there.

I have taken two trucks to get services and both times they have cost me more money down the road. Couple of weeks ago I had PM done. They had ine of the fuel filters was cross-threaded. Another time they grease the truck and I had grease fling all underneath the truck. Over packed one brake slacker that it blew the wheel seal. It looked like some had no experience both visits. I will not use it again and will advise my coworkers to stay away!

I dont know what everyone is complaining about, this TA is very nice inside, probably the cleanest Mens Room Ive seen at a truck stop. Ive had very good and fair priced meals at the Restaurant inside which was also very clean and modern looking. The parking lot does have some trash scattered here and there but has tons of parking compared to some other truck stops. I do all my fueling with Loves but this TA is my favorite truck stop in the area.

This is my one stop when Im headed to Houston, TX The facility is clean. The fast food is great. Overall a excellent place to unwind before heading back to road. YOU CANT go wrong with TA in this area. As a frequent traveler I recommend this place.! A+ in my books, as a one stop fueling station.

Worst service in the shop the techs lie and they dont stand behind there work the techs are not as knowable as the think and dont do there reserch. The over charged my a/c and blew a seal on the new compressor. Johnathan (tech) not good. I will never take my truck there again

Restrooms were dirty, lots of restaurants to choose from, but the customer service was horrible. Only part I was pleased with was the semi truck parking (plenty of parking) and the store really would be nice if they kept it clean and took better care of customers.

Possibly the worst TA Ive been to. Burger King workers speak just enough English to get by. Bathroom was horrible, and when I brought it to someones attention I was given attitude. Good selection in the store, lots of parking.

Restaurant is gone and I had to walk over to the Dennys at Flying J. No way was I paying those jacked up prices at BK or Popeyes. Thats price gouging. Same thing though at your location in Santa Rosa, NM. Its criminal.

Dirtiest restrooms felt I was gonna catch something... fast food side of the house has some of the rudest ppl no courtesy what so ever. Prices there are ridiculous! 11 bucks for a 2 peice Popeyes combo. Smh

Lots of parking, pool table, air hockey, t.v. room, laundry room, not the best but decent food. I liked it there, nothing to whine about here
