Feb. 14, 2013 was my first & my last time to ever enter this establisment. From the reception, to the waiting to be seated, being seated, to ordering & finally having to pay in order to leave, one word - HORRIBLE! My son & I walked in & were told 30-35 minutes to wait, okay, no big deal. I walked to the ladies room & noticed not 1, not 2, but 3 completely empty tables and a room with about 4 tables completely empty. I walked back over to where I was waiting (as there is only enough room for about 5 people to sit & wait) & because my 12 year old son was standing to close to the bar area (for lack of anywhere else to stand & wait, other than outside), we were told that we would have to move because he was to young to be that close to the bar, so I told my son to sit at yet another empty table, right in front of me ( I then noticed 2 more empty tables & 2 each 2 peron tables completely empty... all these empty tables, but there was a 30-35 min. wait ??) My son had been sitting maybe 5 minutes & was told to move by the wait staff because they would need, not they did need, but that they would need that table for waiting customers. I had been waiting at least 20 min. at this point & saw not 1 single person be seated. I told my son to stay until they brought people to sit down. I asked a young waitress about ALL of the empty tables & was told they were short staffed & maybe there was nobody assigned to that area, to which I replied, "Seriously, look around, there are people in every section that there is an empty table, they are getting waited on, right, well then sit some of these people that are waiting at those tables," to which the waitress replied, "Im sorry maam, but we are just really busy & short staffed tonight." & she walked off. First off, its Valentines Day, HELLO! you should have allowed for that in scheduling the wait staff, right?? Well I finally got seated, & had to wait at least 10 min. for the waitress to return with a menu. We did get our food & drinks fairly quickly (the only good thing about my experience here.). I never once saw the waitress, except when we first got our food, she brought me out french fries (which I did not order, nor want) and I asked her what those were for & she told me they came with my meal, I said no, I ordered cole slaw; her response, "oh yeah... sorry, Ill leave these for you & I will be back in a moment." We were never asked if wed like a refill on our drinks, I had to ask her, after my glass sat empty for I dont know how long. P.S. - the food was NOT that greatly & actually made me sick later that night. So, when I finally got the check, those darn french fries that the waitress mistakenly brought me, were on my bill. I pointed this out to her & she said, get this, no lies... "well you kept them & didnt return them, didnt you?" ONLY because I had my son with me, did I not yell & pitch a fit. I politely informed her that they were her mistake, not mine & she is the one that told me to keep them. She would not budge on the matter & not wanting to squabble over $1.59, I figured if they need the money, just pay it. Well needless to say, I will NEVER, EVER, NOT NEVER go back to this place, EVER!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. If I was anyone else out there reading this, please dont put yourself thru that experience by stepping foot into this establishment (as quality restaurant is such a loose term here.)

I purchased a Groupon and informed the waitress that we were going to use it and it was for the dinner one. She confirmed that it was ok and told us that we were able to use it but could not order off the lunch menu in order for the Groupon to be honored. We agreed and ordered off the dinner menu, ate our food, and the manager came to our table and informed us that we could not use the Groupon because it was around noon and we could only use it for dinner. I pointed out the fact that there was not a time frame listed on the Groupon or the fine print. He argued with me for about 10 minutes and I told him to call the cops because I was not going to pay him, because I had already purchased the Groupon. He continuously told me has could not honor it and I told him then he was not going to get paid. The waitress even told him that it wasnt right, she confirmed that she did tell us we could use it, and there was not a time frame listed. He made us wait another 10 minutes while he called another manager who had to "okay" it. I was very displeased with all this, sadly I loved the food but do not think I will be returning or recommending you because of this. Customer comes first and this customer service was POOR. I even read on the reviews that, PROBABLY the same manager fought over .75 cents for a sauce and that customer will not be returning. After reading that I really didnt know if we should try you out. And unfortunately, I should have trusted my gut feeling.

I showed up alone, craving wings. I sat at the bar a couple of stools down from another couple. I was informed by a waitress that the bartender would be right back. I said, "Ok, thank you," and started looking the menu over. A couple of minutes later, the bartender showed up. I asked about the beers on tap, to which he proceeded to stare at the taps and read off a list. Perhaps he thought I was illiterate. Immediately after reading the last beer on tap, he walked off even though I was ready to order. When he didnt come right back, I started a timer to wait 5 minutes, and I left my seat and walked out without anyone noticing. If they did, they didnt say anything. I wonder what emergency the bartender had that he found it necessary to ignore the 3 people sitting at his bar. I forgot to mention that they ordered drinks, but he hasnt made them either. I will never go back!

First they close at 12am on Saturdays not at 2am. They close everything down while the customers are still eating, along with the tv that we were clearly watching. Asked repeatedly to turn it back on since it was the only tv we could comfortably see from our table and again and again a manager type person, a young man with dark hair but blonde tips would come back and turn it off. Jordan our server was the only good thing about our visit. He was very attentive. With Armadillos nearby and many other restaurants as well, there are much better options. This place used to be great when it first opened. Has only gone downhill in the past few years. Have come multiple times, thinking the horrible service was a one time thing, but obviously it was not.
