This place has gotten worse and worse every time we have been. Last time our ribeyes were ordered medium rare, came out rare- we were never asked how it was and it took so long for them to come back that we ate it. The flavor was great, but it was so rare! This last time they brought out the steak (we halved one) and it was lighter in color than usual. It was rare again, but it was also PORK. We couldnt believe they would serve a raw piece of pork. Of course, they made us feel like morons for sending it back and asking for a different steak, actually beef this time. The second one that came out was beef, but it was tiny- not the size it usually is and still on the rare side. They didnt take it off the bill and the waitress came back and said "no, that was the ribeye, but theyre going to get you another one", I wish I had taken a picture of it, any good cook could see it was pork. Im just mad we both took a bite of it and could possibly get trichinosis. We will not be going back here and if we get sick, they are going to hear about it. That should not happen at a nicer restaurant.

I was there for my birthday dinner around 9:30 and after hostess promptly sat us at the bar, server took forever to greet us. His name is Mark and I smiled anyway and told him I was there to celebrate my birthday in hopes hed make my experience there as pleasant as possible but nothing. He was careless, didnt say much and came around very little. He was, though, trying to leave as fast as possible because we noticed he cared more about cleaning dirty tables than checking if we were ok. I wasnt offered an app and he never came around anyway for me to ask for one. Entree was delicious but service was horrible. We ordered the crawfish salmon. At one point, my fiancee got up and asked bartender for another beer. Thats how horrible it was for us. Why work evening shift and then do a horrible job? I usually tip very well but this person got 15% and only deserved 10% really. Bad experience.

Im a big fan of chicken fried steak. I order it pretty much anytime I go to a new restaurant. Theirs was undoubtedly the worst chicken fried steak Ive ever had. The gravy was tasteless which is impressive. I dont consider myself a good cook and Ive made it myself and mine was way better. The meat and batter were so-so. The broccoli I ordered was also extremely mushy, cold, and not seasoned at all. The mashed potatoes were maybe the best thing on my plate but even they had a funny aftertaste. My friend ordered the same thing and he wasnt impressed either and his steak even had plastic wrap in it. To top it all off I was very nauseous for the next three days. Ive been to Stone Werks on one or two other occasions (before I got sick) and those visits were very forgettable. I see no reason to give them another shot.

Everything started out fine. The place was empty because we went right after the lunch crowd. Maybe 10 tables at most. The server brought out our food and left. Didnt wait to see if the steak was cooked right. It wasnt. Waited another 5 minutes for any server to walk by. After he brought out our corrected order, we didnt see him again until we needed our checks. We sat there waiting for our checks for about ten more minutes. He never asked us how the food was or if we needed anything. He wasnt rude but definitely wasnt great service. Food was okay. I will not be returning to this location. In this part of town, it is easy to find a better quality restaurant with better service.

The 2 go girls at the front desk are a bunch of rude disinterested BITCHES who could care less about providing curb side service for customers. Your food sits on their counter way longer than it needs to before they bring it out to your vehicle and it is cold!!!! I have to call back it the front hostess desk to remind them to bring my food out EVERY SINGLE TIME I DO TAKE OUT. WHY WONT MANAGEMENT FIRE THESE RUDE BITCHES? ???????

Went here a little over a week ago to have a dinner date with my son. His food was burned and my steak was over cooked twice. They gave us free dessert and took one plate off the bill but I was disappointed that we didnt really eat anything other than the dessert. This was one of many times Ive had my steak overcooked there. Youd be better off driving down to the Rim and eating at their other location.

Ordered a filet, took over an hr to get the first one, came out extremely over cooked, tasted like roast beef, ordered a second one to-go, got home(4 mins away) the second one was well done to charred, I think the cook did it in propose. Class act, didnt even offered to refund me, wanted me to drive back and get a third one, HA, why dont you do your job or go work at McDonalds where you belong.

Last couple of times we have been here we ordered Mexican martinis. Expectation is that it is served in a martini glass. Nope. Served in a high ball glass. Each time we were told they are out of martini glasses. Really? Theres next to no one here. Either wash the glasses or buy more. Used to come here a lot. Used to refer other people here. Things have gone downhill.

We have tired this restaurant multiple times and each time it is just not that good. The servers here are lackluster at best and every time we have been here something on our order gets messed up and the response to when that happens is meh at best. This shopping center has so many other great restaurants that i would not waste my time here.

This place has really good pizzas, and the patio atmosphere is really nice. We also took our children with us and I was truly impressed with the kids meals - generous portions and my sons grilled cheese even came with french fries and a cup of REAL fruit. Great value, good food, great neighborhood atmosphere, and casual dining. Perfect!

Food has been good in the past, but tonight we went in, sat, and waited 10 minutes watching others be seated after us and getting service before us. The hostess checked on us as we were leaving due to complete lack of service, so theres a positive in that someone recognized there was an issue, but we still left.

Greatest carrot cake in the city!! Best sea bass of my life! Prime rib was succulent. Kobe meat ball & crawfish stuffed mushrooms were awesome appetizers. I never expect much of house wines but even their cabernet was delicious. Ask for Robert, he is charming & all his suggestions were on point : )

Our waitress NEVER came back to check on us after taking our order (someone else brought our order out). No "How is your food" (our Mahi was supposed to come with a sauce but came dry), no refills on drinks, she seemed disengaged, definitely not what weve come to expect when we dine at Stonewerks.

Hire enough staff! Our waitress is awesome, but come on man, hire more kitchen help. We got here at 11:30 ordered 30 min later and still have no food. My second time here and the first experience was just like this!! Come here if you dont have crap to do the rest of your day!
