We have family in town, so we decided to share one of our favorite places for dinner and beer, Twin Peaks. Upon arrival on a Friday night, we were told our wait would be 45-60 minutes for a party of 5 adults and 2 infants. We were offered a high top table about 60 minutes in to our wait, only to have to turn it down due to 2 infants in our party requiring seating in a high chair, which clearly is not made for a high top table. Meanwhile, every regular height table was being sat with smaller parties, not taking into mind that the reception girls could have paired up two of those tables to make one big enough to fit our party. 30 minutes beyond that, we were finally sat at our table. Our server was eager to help us out, as we had already notified the manager of our displeasure with the wait time. Most of our meal came out how it was supposed to, but my meal was not correct. At this point, we had been there for over 2 hours and I was over waiting for anything great to come out of the visit. The girls at the reception area were not too enthusiastic to help out in the first place and when I had discovered that I had left my cell phone on the bench while waiting forever for our table, they stared at me like I was an idiot (yes, losing my phone is idiotic, but an establishment should never treat their patrons this way) when I had asked if anyone turned it in, yet no one did. Yes, I agree that the establishment caters more towards the young and single and families are not necessarily common at Twin Peaks, but I like ice cold beer and good food, thus, why we chose to go there in the first place. Im not sure we will be returning any time soon, as all the manager could do for us was comp us a sampler platter appetizer, which we didnt want in the first place (not that we arent grateful, we just dont eat what is offered on it).

Went to Twin Peaks on a Thursday night with 3 friends and had a great time. Staff was attentive & friendly, place was clean and I never had to look around our flag down a waitress to get anything...She was very much on top of things. We started off with some beers and appetizers. nice beer selection and the house brews were awesome. I tired the dirty blond and naughty brunette. Both were really good, but the blond had a nice creamy taste too it that was unexpected. Dont bother with glasses the little glasses...a 10oz beer isnt with the time to poor it. The glasses were of course frosted. We split up an order of fried pickles, billionaire bacon, and cheese tots. The orders of pickles and cheese tots were very big compared to other places. The batter on the pickles was a little heavy but not overwhelming. Cheese tots were probably the best Ive ever had. The bacon however was crazy...very very good and reasonably priced good the portion. Food came at a comfortable pace allowing us to work on our appetizers a bit and enjoy the atmosphere. I got a billionaire burger with sweet potato fries. Slight $1 upcharge for the fries but well worth it. I would recommend them. The burger was really good as well. not a huge fan of suracha and it was mixed in with pimento cheese. It wasnt over powering or spicy but you could taste it. But it was still good. Wish we had one near my house...If Im ever in town ill be back.

Ive eaten at a few Twin Peaks locations in San Antonio and Austin and all of them have offered good customer service. The interior of the restaurants look a lot like a country or mountainous cabin up in the Rockies. I met the manager at this location and found that he was a former manager from another restaurant I frequented locally. I know from speaking with him at the other restaurant that he does a good job. One of my go to items at Twin Peaks is the chicken fried steak. It comes with a jalapeno country gravy that is really good. The serving size on the chicken fried steak is huge, usually covering the side items and hanging off one edge of the plate. Prices at Twin Peaks are about average for restaurants, with the added benefits of ice cold beer and the beautiful scenery of the waitresses here, who mostly dress in daisy dukes and tied up plaid shirts. Twin Peaks offers some specials on certain nights, special events, and holidays so check with your location to see if any events are coming up you might want to attend. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who likes good food and beer. Food Quality 8/10 Food Price 8/10 Beer Prices 8/10 Customer Service 8/10

I had a wonderful evening at the Peaks with a few co-workers. Im in my mid forties and the Peaks isnt or at least I thought it wasnt my type of establishment but I beg to differ. My experience started at the bar and all the bartenders were nice and respectful and the drinks were not watered down. Im not a regular at bars so it took me some time to order and all the while the young ladies who tended the bar were patient and friendly. Once our table was available we were lucky to have a waitress that was so nice and friendly (not to mention beautiful) who periodically checked in on us and was not overbearing. I ate the pot roast, mashed potatoes and green beans. I didnt expect much since it was a sports bar but the dish was excellent. We enjoyed the Spurs and our company with one another. I will recommend Twin Peaks to friends and associates who want to have a good time to unwind and experience beautiful women, sport/ entertainment access, excellent food and drinks all under one roof. Way to go and keep up the good work.

The customer service here flat out sucks, never again will we waste our money here and neither should you. They dont even deserve one star. Went in today for lunch, the waitress was horrible and should seriously consider another line of work regardless of how she looks in the outfit, kept telling us that our food would be right out for almost 45 minutes, refilled our drinks maybe once the entire time, couldnt get her attention to let her know that we had to leave, waited to the point that we had to have it boxed up before it even got to the table so we could leave. The boxed food was nothing more than a lot of soggy fries, a few fish planks, cooked so poorly they werent even edible. This Twin Peaks sucks asphalt, and a few bucks off is the best they could do for the long wait and horrible food??? Never again.

I use to be a usual at this Dezavala location, 100$-200$ once or twice a week..on a small table less than 4ppl . My sisters Beer mug had a chip of glass missing on glass mug... Where her lips touch!!! My girls mug was dirty had a white spot inside , I have seen kitchen staff use mens restroom (I am Male).. and jus go back inside kitchen without washing hands wtf?¿ And lastly the restrooms get pretty gross and piss all over floor at times , I will no longer go to this location even tho manager spoke with us...
